he'll be going to kick it off and headed watch out for this guy he's dangerous to the 30 out of bounds at about the 35 let's have a look at that Indianapolis offense led by Peyton Manning a star already and headed for superstardom inside line Glen McKenna Moore Jackson and meadows very young and very smart James Wilkins Harrison Pollard and dill gird will handle the ball for the Colts Aiden Manning 13 touchdown passes already this year and he is the [Applause] Greg Ellis took him up then let's look into Dallas defense hitman and Ellison's Alonso Spellman and Chad Hennings both enjoying great years in the middle Coakley Godfrey and Hambrick the linebackers and the secondary Deion Sanders Kevin Smith the cornerback size L Reese and Darren Woodson Kenny Wheaton get some playing time [Applause] Sanders isn't buying Marvin Harrison on display [Applause] - Kevin's first there with grant I know they're in that defensive unit playing very well yeah that has great speed I mean that'sthat's the thing Randall Godfrey was an outside linebacker they moved him to the middle and all these guys have great speed in the minute that they see or feel something they can get right to it they're very good tacklers and almost have the same speed as the running back does so it's thirty nine misalignment out here [Applause] they go this time and Manning and over his head out of his reach yeah and that Terence Wilkins could run and you know that they have confidence in him because he was on Deion Sanders they were gonna test Beyonce we thought it would be Marvin Harrison they put Wilkins over there on that side a guy with great speed and of course Deion Sanders just ran stride for stride with him and Sanders back to return the punt and he attracts some attention hunter Smith will do the punting for Indianapolis the answer bud has fired up on one of these things as he gets Smith's hunt goes line drive to Sanders he'll have a chance to work with us me and Dion steps up and steps out and there he goes all I need to do is see the punter and I'm cutter insight and the punter takes him down at the to he told us yesterday if he ever sees the putter he knows it's a touchdown that timer was not a spit and sputter and he tackled him badou still a great returned by Deion Sanders was a bad cut by hunter Smith because he gave him a line drive and what he said the ball is a line drive about and you see Wendy on catches it he has a ten-point gap there to make the first guy miss then he makes the second guy miss then he finds a seam right there then he sees the punter and he said if I can make eye contact with the punter I know it's a touchdown he made eye contact with the putter and a putter random dad looked like he just ran out of gas either that or he started his first play from scrimmage they laid it six nothing already they know exactly what to do they get down there and their goal line they're going to give it to Emmett Smith I'm going to get right in there behind Larry Allen and they're gonna make movement down there [Applause] it's gonna be right in here sooo they get the double lead there Larry Allen gets his guy going back big flow Zell Adams he takes a couple with him and they get that whole left side going back in the end zone and they have a new fullback Robert Thomas who also did an excellent job where they can create some power on that one side now is Emmitt Smith's 130 second rushing touchdown eight straight games he is score right now for an update let's return to James Brown in Los Angeles and John with 21 seconds left in regulation new audience had gone up by two on a field goal but take a look at Tim Couch hauling a 60 yard Hail Mary guess what caught by Kevin Johnson Wireless pick up their first victory that over New Orleans has taken back to Pat Summerall and John that those Saints can find a lot of different ways to lose congratulations to the Cleveland Browns with their first win ever I'm sure everyone wave was and Deion Sanders and he cut that line drived punt I'd say he's such a dimension now I mean he's Deion Sanders is probably the most dominant player in football I mean you're just you know that he can take away of Hilden look at these moves and he makes to get free I mean he just doesn't run free and he makes himself get free he has a few blocks and speed do it they'll be going to kick off the terrorists Wilkins at the goal line maybe about the one and Wilkins gets up to the 30 he's exciting before the game as of course you know the anthem is played or sung and here's before the lot like the Cowboys yeah remember when try eight it was young and Michael Irvin and Emmitt Smith as they with Edgerrin James and Marvin Harrison and Peyton Manning that you know they're the same type of thing and you can see that I mean veteran James is a real deal Marvin Harrison is a real deal Peyton Manning a real deal there's baton meaning got free again but there this this cowboy defense really does they're very aggressive and they really do pursue and gang tackle well Peyton Manning was telling us the other day that one of the things that he wants to do is to throw the ball more to James I mean he thinks that Edgerrin James can can not only be a good running back in this league but can be and every down player and a real good receiver they want to use more of that in today's game well you know when you give up a Marshall Paul you better have some hope from whoever replaces that beer game the Cowboys swarm around and they say we have it but I'm not sure that was one of the things they do worry about James that not only the fumbling but the slow start you know he he really he has a pretty good second quarters and third quarters and fourth quarters he has very poor play in the hit James knocked the ball loose that's the thing that will get you on that side is penetration and you see I think the ball started to come out Pat yeah where Ellis ever got there I think so too I think cuz he put it to his right side the ball just starts to slide out got his line there he did have a hand in there for 618 alone but there that that's the thing that will get use that penetration on that side and Greg Ellis got the penetration on that side Chane shotgun formation for Peyton Manning and the coast three wide receivers maybe James again [Applause] now that's that's my fumble that ball went out of bounds and of course once it hits that sideline you cannot bring it in but I think they I think the plan of not throwing to James or thrown to James that they better change off of that and start throwing to their receivers and Jeff Ogden back in place of Deion Sanders who still out there that took a heck of a lot of oxygen out of Deion Sanders ended I think part of it was covering Terence Wilkins on the up when the play before that and then then the return the combination of those two things in fact he still looks like he knows you know not only the lack of ox and he looks a little woozy that hit that he took last week is blocked by litters snip blocked by the Cowboys who have the ball at the coat 24 yard line and then there's going to be a head of 15 pile and one of the things that be that the Colts were worried about Jim Mora talked about is one that his defense really isn't good enough yet I mean that's the area that he still has to fill in and one that they're not as good as he'd like to be in - they're not as baking as you'd like to be and he worries about this physical mist kind of see happening already they smell goes to the right Alvin shotgun and they give the ball in its this is the approach that I don't like the number this is the approach that they took against Philadelphia this is the approach they took against the Giants the pushes them up and then just stops and runs a hook pattern but to get that open you have to have great speed that Marvin Harrison does and you have to sell that you're going to go deep and he did a good job of doing all that and you know he's talking to Peyton Manning now and they're probably talking about the next time that they will go deep I mean he'll use that there kind of hook and go or and out and up or a double move on Kevin Smith well the Cowboys had said that some of the time Deion Sanders will go with Harrison I think Deion Sanders the scope fire I think he is I do I mean I'm just looking at him out there in the field I think he's still covering from that punt return well you know he didn't have any training camp and and then he we hit we have that toe off yeah I'm Tim do you know a lot of work and and then you'll be in shape to be in shape is one thing being in shape to play a lot of downs of football is another kind of thing and the only way to get in that kind of shape is to do it like to welcome those of you we were just talking about st. rocket Ismail just came into the block and I think as I'm trying I remember a couple weeks ago and he says the biggest thing it surprises him about rocket Ismail is how good a blocker it just doesn't the block punt this game would even be a lot closer than it is because I don't feel that either one of these offenses have really gotten in the same well those two special teams plays that you were fourth year Peyton Manning in the second year Edgerrin James in his first year so they're not only here now they're gonna be here for a long time well the Cowboys dominated the first half the Colts contender in five years I think the Colts are going to be their contender now in the second quarter the Cowboys looked so dominant like so much in control and then all of a sudden to come back yes I
