[Music] [Applause] the Dallas Cowboys six and two record has been achieved despite some key injuries backup quarterback Steve fuller stepped in and kept the NFC's number one offense rolling along with wide receiver Mike Gerard today this explosive offense will be bolstered as Herschel Walker welcomes the return of his dream backfield mate Tony Dorsett [Music] the New York chance acquire circle look when they prepare for a game with Dallas call it intensity call it hate and today call it revenge for a loss earlier in the season the Giants know they gave away in that game however the Giants lack attack and approach this game well you know what they'd like to get going is their wd-40 offense in other words they'd like to get now that they have Tony Dorsett back they'd like to get the ball in the hands of Walker in dorset 40 times now they realize that the best defense against a run in the NFL is the Giants so they're not going to be able to hand it for those guys and do a lot of running they just want to do enough running to keep them honest but they want to get the ball in the passing game to those guys get him in the open field and let him run from there and as John is I and John and I talked earlier in the week to Bill Parcells the giant coach he has some definite ideas about how to attack Dallas well the first thing that he talks about in the thing that he wants to do is test that running game and that's the thing that the Giants do best on offense with Joe Morris he said that the Dallas Cowboys are 26th in the league against the run he's find out if that's true now if we can get the Baltimore's if we can run well early then we can get them uptight then we can go to some play passes and some other things later the other thing he says on defense he said they have Walker they have Dorsett Tony Hill guys running all over the field he said but when we've had success against them said the thing we have to do is put pressure today on Danny white well the Giants have won the toss elected to receive Dallas will kickoff and the wind definitely will be a factor it's at the back of the cowboys and Rafael sentian set to kick it off and because of the severity the
