$17 Luxury Filipino Buffet! 🇵🇭 All You Can Eat Filipino Food at VIKINGS BUFFET Philippines!

hi guys we are in Manila and actually I'm standing outside of Vikings Buffet which is one of the most popular Buffet chains here in the Philippines so I thought it'd be fun to show you guys this buffet and also this Buffet is actually under $202 and so it's a great value for this buffet and they have a lot of selection of foods from Filipino to Japanese to Korean and yeah I'm really excited to show you this Buffet also one thing special about this Buffet they offer you beer included in the price so if you like enjoy beer and then if you enjoy Buffet you're going to make sure you want to stick around for this episode I'm really excited to show you this buffet and I'm really hungry so let's go inside and try out this Buffet have some mini cheese balls and a chicken kebab and they also have this Thai pelo salad and potato salad a Greek salad and a macaroni salad here they have some cheese also some feta cheese coold Cuts there and some olives appetizer section here we have some pin Wheels jalapeno poppers also we have some mozzarella cheese and some tomato we have some vegetable some kind of looks like a shot almost look at the shot glasses look at that guys also we have this pepperoni what is this I don't know this looks good though pepperoni mozzarella pepperoni mozzarella let's get that that looks amazing look like that's nachos you can make your own nachos here and the bread section a lot of different Maki here a lot of different flavors here's a looks like a tempura roll there I try that one yeah chaan Mushi there chaan Mushi here what custard egg custard egg custard there you go Al looks like we have some side things here got potatoes and cucumbers eggplant look like this looks like tempero too no bu guys this is a crean section here the ponchan presentation of these Sushi is really good you got a crispy C roll there you also have a spicy Seafood roll there California rolls here that looks like salmon on there skar salmon yeah yeah let's give that a try yeah little bit of avocado Mayo on there we have tomago there also we have a seaweed salad there we also have some sushi here as well and then we got temporo here guys we have fish temporo here we also have veggie tempero here that looks like a shrimp tempero there all right guys and we're going to make plate here with The Carving Station look at that they have uh marinated lamb leg they also have roast chicken as also roast beef I believe the lon's over that side so but let's try some roast beef oh look at that they have to cut up already look that guys they they warm up the roast beef for you look at this l t here amazing potato W look get one of these potato really good PE pizza looks really good look at that one lot of meat on there pizza over here it's all cheese over here looks like they can make some uh meat for you here they have some salmon belly they have skewers pork liver and also rosemary chicken and they fried it up right here there you all right guys we are here in biking buffet and we got our first round of food and this looks amazing and this Buffet it's really like elegant in here it's really nice and beautiful and yeah the buffet looks very good the presentation of the food is just amazing and we just got assortment of different things we started with the appetizer area first and then we also had to go to the meat section as well so let me go and show you guys this food here you go the appetizer section just a bunch of uh different things we got pin wheil there we also have some sushi rolls here also we got um this called a jalapeno popper I don't know what this is but it looks really good has a lot of cheese in it also we got some side dish here got some ponchan this looks like kimchi I don't know if it is or not but we'll go and give a try also we got some tempura fish there I don't know exactly what this is but I think it's a chicken appetizer we'll go ahead and dig in and try that as well on top of that we also got some lechon here and then also we got some roast beef and then they have this sauce it's called the black pepper sauce it's supposed to be really good so we want to give that try and then finally we got some pizza as well as a potato wedge so great way to start here at the Vikings Buffet so I'm really excited to try this let's dig in all right guys let's go ahead and try some of this SL Chun that's one of the things I'm going to always get anywhere here in the Philippines if I can get it I'll get L on right you know what this is a big bite but I'm going to take this big bite cuz it had skin on here as well as the fatty pieces the med pieces let's just try it by itself H all right guys the lon I'll be very Frank and honest with you I've had better Lon the crispiness of the um outside was not as crispy as it liked to be but it's a good Lon and quality of food wise it tastes good also I heard this um black pepper sauce you're supposed to use so I got the black pepper sauce yeah normally I would get like a vinegar kind of a spicy vinegar sauce but they said the black pepper sauce is supposed to be really good so let's give it a try very peppery really good sauce though let's try some of this roast beef you let's try by itself M good flavor cuz he um put on the flat top and kind of heated it up for us so it's nice that you get kind of a warm um griddle flavor at the same time he I think overcooked it cuz the roast beef I like my more or less um medium rare so he cooked like more well done so it's like kind of Catch 22 right get it heated up and get it nice flavor wise but also you make it more top versus that up if you eat it more cold room temperature you get it more tender right so but let's try with black pepper sauce actually the black pepper sauce is really good with the rast beef and also when you ordered this we asked for a little bit of the rast beef right and he's like boom he just like gave us like five six pieces you know and so I didn't want to fill up on those be but at the same time we have to finish this and you know in Vegas they basically give you a little bit you ask for a little bit they give you a little bit here a little bit means a lot apparently I don't know it's generous they're generous right this Buffet you know it's under $20 so you're not expecting to May the highest quality of food the Ambiance here is really elegant it's really pretty and it's really the the food presentation is really good and it's a really relaxing environment I feel like I'm in like a fine dining restaurant right and just catering to kind of more Elegance so having this even though the food maybe quality may be more just you know good on average but in terms of the experience it's kind of like more above average for a buffet so all right I want to try this jalapeno popper so a bunch of cheese just like cheese and maybe Jalapeno in there but this is a lot of cheese guys it actually pretty good cheese also the jalapenos in there a little bit spicy yeah I think I've had this R cracker I put on top or maybe some bread on top of it be really good might be a dip maybe it's a dip I don't know it's really good though I like it let's try some of this uh it called chicken right mhm oh yeah it's like chicken salad oh yeah good the flavor is like a pate like chicken Pate like chicken salad Pate this is really good actually M and then we got a little pepper and cheese skure M appetizer just nice one bite really good to eat probably go back and get more appetiz juice really really good all right guys we got Sago gulan this is a popular Filipino drink and uh I've never tried this before so perfect timing give it a try wow vanilla flavor to it well Mak it's ice in here it's almost like a watered down version of um the Vanilla Coke you think vanilla Coke something like that right that's what kind of tastes like vanilla Coke it's not bad so you finish up those uh final items there we had the sushi also we had um the tempura actually was a salmon tempura which was really good also we had the little pin wheel thing that was just a regular pin wheel with a little bit of cream cheese in there also we had the Kebab actually the Kebab was pretty good had the peppers on there as well as a more that turmeric flavor and I think that was about it right that's it so yeah first round is done now we'll go ahead and get you get to the second round let's go see what we get all right guys totally missed this you can order salmon shashimi so you have to ask for it so we're going to go ahead order some look at that guys so you create own shabo shabo plate all the different ingredients all right guys here it is this kanji right here and for those you guys don't know what Kani is it's like a rice soup or porridge and you can put these other ingredients in there to season the Ki it's a very light flavor so very popular in China this is the one we like the what is that the no no what it's called that's what it looks like yeah also they have the roed chicken there they also have the fried dumpling here and then I also have some uh some buns here and shumai dumplings there also steam buns here got soup there huh soup and also got the plain rice here guys all right got to get some rice guys we have randang I am look at [Music] that oh is tofu oh look that guys they Pai oh look that that's that's kak I think so that looks like it huh that looks really good also we have some kind of fish try one yeah I try a little bit of this I don't know what this is what is this guys let me know it's the Filipino food here so make your own FL guys all right give it a try we'll see how we do shrimp yeah shrimp and then we got some egg there nice and we got some calaman and also got a green onions chives sauce looks [Music] good all right guys we got round two and looks amazing a lot of different foods here more or less from the Asian section we have the Japanese here the Chinese also we have the Filipino here we go we got a little bit dumplings here also this a dumpling here I think it's a tofu outside with the pork uh mixed inside I've had this before I think it's a no hang I think that's what it's called but um yeah we'll try that also we got some salmon shashimi you have to ask for it and then we got some paluk here we had K we have some rang am also we have this fish dish here that I don't know exactly what it is great variety of food here and the selection of food is really good here got a lot of different countries a lot of different uh variety of uh not only meat but vegetable dishes so round two has begun let's try it all right I'm going to start off with this my favorite thing here um no h or H can't remember very similar flavor has like a pork sausage um Pate kind of thing inside of this fried tofu and outside also we got some eggplant that's really good too M good job with the eggplant P Pon M yeah they did good job on this um eggplant got these dumplings it looks like she might but we'll give a [Music] try yeah I'm not bad the meatball inside it's like a pork meatball it's really good start next plate here with the palok here a little bit kalaman you like my technique guys trying to do my best technique stop the seeds all right here it is the palok there we [Music] go M I think we might have a business in making blob it really good it's got busy we're here on a weekday lunch buffet so a lot of people here and a lot of big groups come here too I think they like co-workers have like a lunch together or they do also celebrations they have celebrations for like birthdays and events so yeah I think a lot of people here for that but it's this place is really friendly it's like a familyfriendly environment it's really laidback and peaceful most buffets it kind of look like for me chaotic and I'm really busy so but this one here the music and the kind of the mode of this area I'm kind of relaxed enjoying my meal here so also no time limit so we can stay here all day long if you want to which we won't but we could if we wanted to I got to try one of my favorite things here in the Philippines K C all right there is [Music] guys m [Music] katti has a Filipino stew with peanut sauce in it I like peanut so I like the peanut sauce but really good have a little bit of rice with it really good all right and then finally on this plate is the what it renang am am rang yeah am renang there you go let's try [Music] that M that's SM good very nice little spice CH coconut flavor ooh that a lot more spice that's really good yeah the chicken's really tender actually this is really good they did a good job making this I finish up on my last bite here and I forgot to ask um if you're from the Philippines or tried Viking Buffet um what is your impressions let me know what you think of uh this PL Buffet my impression is it's actually really nice buffet for the price point very nice elegant buffet and I'm really enjoying myself here and the food is good quality and you know like I said it's nothing like a fivestar restaurant but at the same time the quality of the food it matches the price point I think personally yeah but got is my favorite I love katakat of course lechon is also my favorite as well so the Filipino food here is really good and now I'm really excited to show you guys the dessert oh but look at that guys they have all these different candies you can have too wow yeah let's try go Donut oh look at this chocolate cake this looks really good too also they have this is a what's that poia poia a cheesecake that looks really good look at this chocolate cake double air it looks amazing caramel cake here you go this is this is Ube cake here wow and they have oh look at that they have churros and Waffles and they have caramel and fudge sauce here display only they have what is this this is Bon and aing sauce a Filipino oh Filipino dessert look at that sa cake wow that's good also they have what's that Pinko Pico Pico the Filipino dessert and we'll try that as Welling look guys they're going to make me a crepe and then also we got the pachy pachy all right there you go that's my crepe she's going to make a Hol Holo for us very nice you to choose your ice cream huh all right we have avocado strawberry vanilla mango bubble gum chocolate um cream and a cooking cream I have cooking cream thank you can put some gray um or Oreo oh you put on top okay cooling with the chocolate okay thank you put some caramel on it too caramel and chocolate look at that guys oo [Music] fancy okay guys we are moving on and we got some crepe and they um they make the crepe for you and then I made it with some uh cookies and cream ice cream caramel and chocolate drizzle and it's melting really fast cuz of a fresh crepe so oh they also also have waffle too guys if you want a waffle but ask for a crepe here wow this looks good that's really good plus I'm a big fan of cookie and cre ice cream but the crepe nice way to add a little bit of balance in the flavors something different than just getting ice cream by itself there you go it's fun crepes are fun and the dessert section they have a lot of variety in the dessert so have cakes and donuts crepe waffles ice cream big selection but all right moving on next plate okay here it is we also made a Halo Holo by ourselves and here it is I going to get this uh mixed up before it melts too much we got to control all the ingredients also got the ice cream in there as well oh this looks like a very good H Holo you guys put ice cream in your H Hollow and if so what kind of ice cream do you guys typically use our favorite is Ube so but this looks really good all right got to try to bite of this got the jelly in here got the beans in here oh so good all right here we go did good job oh oh it's so refreshing M wow so any restaurant I go to they have a h Holo I'm gonna get it CH I'm gonna get it all right guys next we'll try some of these Filipino desserts I can't remember the name of these desserts but I'll put it name of dessert here in the video but here you go yeah so the first time trying these Filipino desserts so I'm really curious to know what they taste like here you go just not too sweet kind coconut texture or coconut Flav flavor the texture reminds me like of a almond cake it's really kind of dense but not bad actually it's a great way for the try this in a buffet you kind a little sample of the desserts and try them out so we have the little cakes to try them out this very coconut flavor also it's like a sticky rice flavor that would be my first guess this is like sticky rice so since we've been here pretty much the only dessert I've been eating is H Hollow so this is new to me it's a great experience all right this sticky this is really sticky it's like really like sticky rice this is more like em Mochi yeah rice cake rice cake oh look at that three layer what's that is that U on top yeah mango yeah mango say mango U and the bottom white part there there really isn't like a difference in flavor to me just tastes like em Mochi really soft a little bit sweet and really kind of gooey Mochi I love that texture So Great Dessert cuz that if you like that muchi texture yeah this is a good one of course we have these little mini Donuts here I think has the U Frosty on it I'm [Music] guessing M this is me donut I love donuts so they pretty much have anything on it I love it good okay guys had to go back and get some chocolate cake and of course I had to get some coffee with my chocolate cake this chocolate cake double layer with some cream in the middle mousse in the middle yeah looks amazing never go wrong with chocolate cake yeah strawberries in there too M got strawberri in the middle ah fresh ground Americano oh yeah that's really good all right guys that is our experience here at the Viking Buffet hope you enjoyed that episode we had a wonderful time and the food was really good and the Ambiance can't ask for a better setting for a buffet know I was really relaxed and enjoyed the buffet here and also the time Lim so I can just pretty much eat is whatever I want to eat so um yeah
