Filipino American Tries The Best Buffet in Manila for 2024🇵🇭

in this video we're going to try out the best buffet in the Philippines the medley Buffet at okada Manila next on [Music] J what's up JK shers welcome back to another video here in the Philippines series and today we're going to do a first and that is have a buffet here in the Philippines I've never covered a buffet yet here in my parents' Homeland and I heard that the best buffet here is the medley Buffet at okada vanilla and they have seven stations of amazing Cuisine from Seafood Italian Indian Filipino Korean they even have the dessert station here and tons of meats and peeking duck lechon dude it's it's awesome we're going to tour the entire buffet and I'm going to try to eat three or four different dishes here they even have lobster they have sushi you name it they have it it looks just so I don't know Vegas you're going to have to take some notes from this buffet for sure look they even have a Cheese room we're going to have to get some cheese just like Steve my boy Steve URL said get some cheese let's go guys they have a Cheese room and you actually go through this automatic door and you have all this cheese and different types of Salamis they got hamon Sano spec ham butcher salami and then here are the different types of cheese and jams and nuts wow and it smells amazing here you guys know I love pungent Cheese look at that and this Place gets full once it opens look at the meat station here you got your Yorkshire pudding roasted Prime ribs and rosemary sauce over here and you got Tabasco Le impins and all the A1 stuff you want look at the colorfulness in the seafood paa over here wow this is panir tanig Kos rabo D Toro mushroom truffle cream soup oh yeah I'm going to get some of that and the sausage gumbo soup ooh some gumbo and then look at that this here is the chicken barbecue buttered veget roasted leg of lamb and your potato wedges look at this guys they got duck and Leon here and they're already all sliced up look peeking duck Lon Macau pork assado and soy chicken and then you have all the sauces over here yes please look at the Indian section here you can get your paneer your Biryani your garlic naan and it's got really nice silverware here here's the tinolang manuk with your white rice beef caldereta mixed ponit tuna sarci Leon adobo and ginisang SATA at calabasa oh we and then you got your vinegar and Bong over this way too look at this and if you want D and some other dried fish and some pork rinds they got it too that's dangit look at this pork spare ribs chicken feet pork and shrimp Shai chopo vegetable dumplings and Panda buns then you got your red chicken curry mixed vegetable tanig and yangchow fried rice and centuri egg soup ooh really good you got your Korean section here with egg rolls and different types of Korean stuff we're about to have a lot of this in Korea Korean soft tofu stew more rice Korean spicy pork sear fry Korean brazed chicken grilled pork skewers and la galby oh that's it that's it that's what's up right there look at the local Delicacies they have here Hal ping Kong laik nupac oh ton we're going to get some of that and Gucci egg tart and snow coconut balls P bong over this way that looks amazing and some churos ginan Amo here nice if you want to get your own Crepes made you can do that here as well cashews bread and butter pudding chocolate lava vanilla creme brulee and then you got your assortment of things like like macaroons and cupcakes chocolate lollies Ruby barks green tea shards and chocolate M and then you also got lollipops with marshmallows and wow look at this white chocolate fountain and a regular chocolate fountain pretzel L that looks really good looks tasty ooh that pizza looks good and it's whole right now too we're going back look at this B Teriyaki yaki udon oh my goodness and since they're a Japanese company of course they're going to have a really amazing Sushi spread here tempora Maki spicy Maki crunchy Maki and wow I like it I like the wooden swords in the background and then you have your Snapper salad tanig salad and Japanese potato salad and EA salad so you got apple and cheese salad P Pasto salad Greek salad green beans grilled beetroot pumpkin and potato salad couscous salad and baby potato salad that's calling my name and then you have the unlimited drinks here you got different types of wines in these buckets and you got the glasses over here available and these are the different juices cucumber pineapple Apple lemon and orange juice and then you got the soda section too so for those of yall that drink soda you know I don't drink it so you can get it here this Buffet is amazing some really unique stuff and look at this Firefly lady right here and more of their dining section in their dining area all right time to grab the first plate guys round one fight shout out once again to okata Manila for setting us up here at the medle buffet this is my first ever Asian buffet the food here looks so unique and so amazing I've heard really great things about this place and I already have a Bread Basket pretzels a plethora of meats ton of seafood got Lobster on the way I don't know I'm going to gain like 20 lbs here but we're going to try our best and we also got a a bonus gin and tonic to start off oh boy pray for your boy Jan because this is going to be a fun Buffet review wow medley looks amazing first thing we're going to dig into here are the muscles with cheese just looks so scrumptious looks like some cheesy goodness here let's dig in to these muscles oh yeah that cheese mixed with the muscles momic back in at home Dad they make some really great muscles this is good M I already down two of them guys yum all right so they got the Sal in here they cooked it for me I picked it out of their area let's dip it in their sauce [Music] [Applause] here yo that is so good this is some good salmon I would have just gotten salmon period Mas m g wow wow wow yes please so these are like their pretzels I'm going to dip it in there and their arti choke dip here I should have wore a looser shirt I'm going to get my first main plate in get some water first no jonic yet we got to go with the pecking duck look at this juiciness you guys know I love myself some duck that is duck heaven in my mouth baby wow I need more of this I'm going back for seconds I got four pieces I'm getting I'm getting more and then you also got richon look at that Lon I got the lon sauce as [Music] well bro that light crisp on the skin and that Luton sauce oh so good how's everything so far very good I don't know I'm going to eat everything e everything so sounds good thank you Sal it it's the final night guys so I guess we got to do a food blowout like this here in okata to end this trip here's our potato salad little small potatoes M oh I'm feeling that we got the Korean rib the [Music] gby those are so tender wow that is amazing tenderness right there we're going to have to try out those Filipino dishes as well guys goodness I'm going to have to past myself 6:30 we got to hang here for like an hour and a half 2 hours more of that melting your mouth ping duck just lron is a winner though first taste of the bnst Jin and tonic they put lemon and and lime in it with scheps let's try it out yummy yummy yummy and the pizza it's really good impressive all right I'm going to have to try their fuka bread here it looks mooy Bueno so the fukashi bread is their very special bread they brought out they got black olive sauce and a artichoke dip sauce I'm going to go with the artichoke cuz I love artichoke now I really is tasty oh wow let's try the black olive too now I know I have bread special I ain't lying you guys oh man that's the H man now check this out holy moly bro Singaporean Lobster Lobster with Singaporean tahan with their sauce it's supposed to be sweet and spicy oh oh look at that metin yeah you do got sweet and spiciness to it just like that song by BTS smooth like butter baby here we go [Music] M I'm going to skin this Lobster yum yeah get that Singaporean style they also have a garlic style too s s this is a lobster I'm just going to dissect get every piece of that that Lobster meat Finger Licking Good baby oh man I got a big piece of this Lobster meat let's dip it in that [Music] sauce I'm just going to be chilling here real quick give me a second so I can go for another round guys and I got Lobster on my lens guys I get really excited when I try it really unique buffets and this is probably one of the more unique buffets in the world that Cheese room has a different temperature they have truffle Mano Mano cheese is my favorite cheese in the world they also have some blue cheese and some really pungent stuff and I asked them for the most pungent cheese that they have and they gave it to me let's just try the hon itical look at that thinly sliced shout out to Raymond for slicing that really nice and [Music] thin it tastes like Rich mahogany and leather lace books you know what I'm saying woo mhm now truffle a lot of people love truffle let's see what's up with this truffle look at that oh my goou oh my goou I need to go back for more of [Music] this this is A1 m 9 months of working out all gone in the span of 3 weeks we'll lose it again guys we'll lose it again I love cheese I can just enjoy this cheese all day all night all day you got your salmon belly tuna jaw Salmon Head salmon jaw and tan right there it says shoot to kill they also have all the different salad dressing here and your salad bar I didn't even go to the salad bar I should though and what's over here in the end oh smoke salmon salmon gravx smoke Snapper smoke tuna and smoke tanig if you want salmon or Snapper Sashimi they also have that here look at the dessert bar here U ice cream pistachio ice cream okay you got me sold then look at the jars here red velvet crinkles homemade U marshmallow yes please then you got some gummies here you got a mix of everything they even have U halaya and some lean here oh that's a Holo Holo station oh dude oh they already have the Holo Holo made look at that they just add the ice and then over here you got more gummies strawberry mascaron you got Macha moous Opera oh I need to get that later wow red velvet and Peach Parts they also have a center bar here where you can pay per drink if you want some cocktails or some Gin or some Brandy but uh wine is taken care of I ain't going to lie this is me taking it easy on this next round I got a little daring because I got the chicken feet which I swore I'd never try but I haven't tried anything daring here in the Philippines and at least it's cooked and I trust this place and they got the chuckle mushroom soup more pecking duck I got the caldereta with a little bit of rice and then I also got a little bit of the Kebab here let's try out this uh mushroom truffle soup here oh goodness that is truffle cream Madness right there wow I'm glad I got a little bit of it cuz it's super rich but wow super full I love that all right so let's try the beef ceretta with the rice there's a potato here ooh they even got peppers in it m First Filipino thing that I got from the buffet M wo woah wo wow all right chicken feet let's go oh the bones are still there wow chicken feet is very bony I don't know about this I don't know about eating metac carpal the templ is good but just eating feet I don't know if that's for me guys I don't know if chicken feeds for me oh yeah it's good but it's just the the fact that it's feet truffle mushroom soup though I'm already just going to grab it with my fingers love you pecking duck I'm messing around a little bit with my cheeseboard I got some blue cheese and it is on point that's what you call dank dank baby dank a shame now let's try this one that good halal meat wow you got like Curry taste to it with cucumbers and like [Music] taziki I'm just going to have to sit here and stare aimlessly at the wall or something so I can make a little more room for dessert tell you what I'm taking advantage of this place even if I have to take a nap taking advantage of this place my stomach can expand and it can retract good night all right I'm just going to chill we made room for dessert I had to try a few Filipino things I got the babinka I got the teron I got the Uber moose I got the Macha moous I got the Uber marshmallow I got this Ruby like crispy treat thing and then I got Uber ice cream with macapuno got to blow out my last dessert here in the Philippines we're leaving Philippines early tomorrow morning so they have uh coconuts strands here with the U ice cream that ice cream's good let's try the powdered U marshmallow wow there even pistachio in it oh yeah all right this tun looks good it's got like a little Sesame in it brown sugar glazed plantain banana in the inside this might be the best buffet I've ever had fairi yet I'm not lying to you guys this might be the best buffet I've ever gone to Holy Moly Vegas I'm sorry guys if okata ever came to Vegas this bu would top the other buffets that I've reviewed Macha moous ooh Macha mous with chocolate too raspberry ooh SRA SRA M all right I'm just picking at this now let's try some of this babinka here M I love that brown topping it's so good yum all right U moose it's like cornbread with u moose on top wow that is super mup guys so good this might go down is the best buffet meal I've ever had in my life and I'm not just saying that I think they know how to do their stuff here wow that Teran is the perfect size just a mini teron so that was the medle buffet here in okada Manila I'm not lying to you guys that had to be the best buffet I've ever had wow the Asian Cuisine and the quality of the food they definitely know what they're doing here that Lobster Singaporean style was amazing everything is done right here Filipino food the dessert aisle has so many Ube options and that Cheese room don't get me started with that Cheese room wow the Mano so good the Truffle Mano wow I will definitely be back here definitely bring my parents here it's amazing if you guys like this video give it a thumbs up really
