it's pretty cool to be just say like yeah I'm the second best left termination like it's just a pretty cool saying I really see her being an Olympian weightlifter I'm Brooklyn Center aka pvz I'm 11 years old and next year this is my gym that's where I work out let me show you what I do best I first started working out when I was about seven but seriously got into it when I was about eight you got to make sure you warm up really really well especially with lifting press you can pull certain things if you pull too fast or too slow very technical so you need to warm up [Music] speed will make you lift heavy weights I'm Cory sitting there Brooklyn the dad what she's doing right now actually power snatch is harder than a squat snaps because you don't get to drop under the weight and catch it down here the training probably doesn't get stressful is not stressful in a sense that she doesn't want to do it but it's a lot just from the ground gym here and then jerk just any way to get it from your shoulders overhead this is now my full body weight on the barbell for weight I weigh 85 pounds body weight anything is impressive I'd like to be able to hit 150 it definitely build your confidence when you hit a goal I did that I did that she definitely will go to the games at some time and I could really see her being an Olympian I left her as well her potential is unlimited she just works harder than everybody else I think I just love pushing myself to new limits finding out what our bodies are capable of and I think that's a really cool thing to know that you can push yourself to such great limit so you can go as high as the sky appliances it's so fun you can repeat and climb up climb down it's almost like climbing a building that's a lot of fun to work with Brooklyn she's willing to do the work it's great to have an athlete especially a young athlete that isn't afraid to do the work quick feet slam that front foot down she's so strong a lot of times she tries to press the weight out over ahead I want to make sure she's trying to get under the bar and using correct technique there you go look good I think it's just a passion for the sport she really loves doing it she loves being here she gets to spend a lot of time with her dad it's what she wants to do session now I gave you a fun workout with all my friends training with adults I love it if you're training with older people when you go to train with somebody your age you're thinking ice cream with adults all the time I can take this person like this person is like food is fuel period the better food and fuel you put into your body the better your body's gonna perform I think that's contributed to a lot to her athleticism we try to eat more wholesome foods a quick way to actually know if it's healthier for you is you shouldn't have to read the ingredients in it so eggs you know there's one ingredient it's just eggs I like adding out tomatoes because I think it makes them more fluffy a tiger my muscles no it's great for calcium [Music] like every bicep is one egg - seven not for long I've been training at MMA gym since I was probably like two and a half I think it's pretty cool I'm not gonna ever fight in the cage but I will do two tips just slap that get after it you did her first tournament at three years old so pretty much as soon as she could get out on the mat and walk we're working on hip bumps and balance my uncle well it's pretty amazing he does a lot for me and definitely supports me through infinity and beyond super strong too and he knows how to defend themselves so that's a good honorable behalf steady steady steady she's always had the intention and now we're working more and more instead of just fighting knowing what she's doing and do it and intentionally conserving energy and then I'm starting to train with her now to start getting them into real self defense to where they're fighting bigger people just having the self - thanks baby super important anybody ever tried to tread on her she can shred right no I'm Brooklyn's father since high school he's been my strength conditioning coach I can't tell Corey what to do and you can't tell Brooklyn what to do but if they get it in their head they're gonna do it no one's gonna stop them so these are all my medals for weightlifting because right now at this age I can't really compete and CrossFit this one right here I bombed out on snatch so I didn't hit any of my snatching lifts if you bomb out your total is gonna be zero I was really bummed out like started crying in the back a little bit when I was like well it's over now all you can do is go out and clean or jerk and perform I went out drinking hit all three of my lifts and took a competition PR and it felt like I didn't even for a bombed-out it was probably the most proud moment I have ever been at myself we don't believe in luck that as part of the strong mindset my dad is definitely my number one Supporter you know just do one big thing and make it people are make it because they do the little tiny things that everyone else doesn't want to do day in and day out want it ride up grab your legs I actually really enjoy tumbling because I know that it will help me with my self-control and body control and it will definitely help with hand-eye coordination power through push-up there you go this helps her in CrossFit because she has to keep tight she has to keep her core she has to keep form so we gonna work on muscle isolation there you go you shortened it about a foot and a half she is loving and she's just ready to impact the world with her heart her soul and her gift she's gonna be exactly what she wants to be she inspires to be herself she inspires to be the best Brooklyn sinner one of the things I'm most proud about Brooklyn has nothing to do with like her athletic ability her ability to love everybody like how big a heart she is she never wants to hurt anyone's feelings and she always wants to show people like how much she loves them her like love is like contagious she makes other people smile thanks again for watching and thanks to milk it for sponsoring this video if you want to see more cool videos make sure to subscribe to no days off
