103 Broward Motoryacht Walkthrough [$1,779,000]

hi i'm chris daves with denison yachting today we're here on the 103 foot broward motor yacht three kings i'm going to take you on a full walkthrough of this immaculate broward and point out all the great things that make her unique the thing that makes this walkthrough different than anyone i've ever done is that i'll be showing you through the boat with the help of my son fletcher who's the co-broker as soon as you walk aboard this beautiful broward there are three things that jump out at you immediately the first is the head room in the main salon when you combine the approximately eight foot headroom with a beautiful mahogany millwork you get a feeling that few browards can offer the next thing that jumps out at you are the owner and guest cabins all four cabins span the entire beam of the boat at their location and the guest cabins are every bit as nice as the master [Music] the third thing i want to point out before fletcher kicks things off is the aft deck the aft deck is large and spacious it has a beautiful spiral staircase that goes up to the boat deck which is something not found on many browards having told you a few things i like about the boat i'm gonna hand it off now to my son and co-broker fletcher daves hi i'm fletcher daves with dennis and yachting we're gonna get things kicked off on the fly bridge all the way aft on the tender deck when you're underway heading to your next port of call this is where your 15 foot and overrania would go and on the port side this is the davit that would lift it a great safety feature about the sun deck here is a safety rail that goes all the way around where the tender should be so you can set up sun chairs moving forward on the sundeck we have a four person jacuzzi to the starboard side this is a great place to cap off the day with cocktails and a sunset across the jacuzzi on the port side we have some l-shaped seating that's easy to move around the forward half of the sun deck is covered by an oversized molded hard top and has a plethora of seating which makes for a great area to hang out underway or at anchor over on the starboard side there's l-shaped seating around a hi-lo table the seating is mirrored over on the port side with an additional day bed aft on the sundeck the centerpiece of the guest area is a wet bar forward complete with a grill also found in this area is an ice maker drink fridge and a sink wrapping things up here on the sun deck all the way forward is your upper helm area complete with an oversized bench here the captain has access to everything they need in order to operate the boat safely we're going to revisit this a little later in today's walk through but on the port side of the upper helm area you have access to the pilot house for now follow me aft down the winding staircase leading to the af deck all the way aft on the water line is the swim platform and it serves a few purposes it's a great place to tie off the tender jet skis rafts it also doubles as a beach club a few other notes about the swim platform are the stanchions found all the way aft lazarette storage on port and starboard side as well as a freshwater hose and shower from here follow me into the crew area stepping down into the crew companionway to the starboard you'll find a cabin with bunks that has access to a shared head another cabin is found on the port side this is your captain's cabin with a private ensuite one step out of the captain's cabin is the first of two stackable washer dryers and oversized refrigeration all the way forward in the crew companionway is an additional crew room that's currently being used for storage forward of the crew area is the engine room with a pair of detroit diesel 16v 92s each putting out 1450 horsepower outboard of each engine is a northern lights gen set wrapping up in the engine room our next stop is going to be the aft deck now we're on the aft deck which is my favorite spot on the boat for a few reasons the first of which is the dinette and the oversized couch seating the transom seating spans almost the entire beam of the boat and pairs nicely with the five deck chairs the majority of the time you're going to be boarding from the dock for that there's a boarding gate to port and starboard a few more creature comforts are a tv on the port side a refrigerator and cabot storage before i hand it off i want to mention the molded hardtop with recessed lighting speakers and a cctv camera and under foot we find well-maintained teak decks having wrapped up all the exterior spaces i'm going to hand it off to chris or as i like to call him dad he's going to take you through the interior starting in the salon the first thing you'll notice when you step into the salon of this broward is the ceiling height this boat was built for a gentleman that was six feet six and he specified this high ceiling the other thing you'll notice is this beautiful mahogany raised panel woodwork this is also unusual in browards most of the boats that were built at this time had either oak or maple the aft section of this salon is a seating area with seating to port and starboard along with a pop-up tv one of my favorite features of this broward is the full beam salon and the large windows on either side that open this room up and bring in lots of natural light moving forward in the main salon we come to the dining area which is also unique you pass through this arched opening with these beautiful columns and there's built-in cabinetry all around the dining area to house all of your dinnerware on the port side of this dining area the cabinet storage is primarily for your glassware flatware and silverware found over on the starboard side is more storage but also a wine cooler and liquor storage inside this large cabinet the centerpiece of the dining area is this beautiful table which when expanded can seat up to eight people heading forward in the main salon we have two options it's a starboard we have the main foyer to port we can go down this companion way to the two guest cabins below reaching the landing and turning aft we enter this full beam guest cabin the thing i like about all the guest cabins in this broward as they're finished to the same high level as you'll find in the main salon turning our attention to the starboard side is a vanity with storage on either side another great feature of this cabin is there a pair of walk-in closets forward jumping to starboard we have a love seat under a port light with storage to either side perhaps the most unique feature of this cabin are his and hers baths found aft of the birth to port and starboard [Music] coming out of this cabin back to the landing we find the kaleidoscape system and the second washer and dryer passing through the landing again we enter this enormous guest cabin which could pass for a master on any other boat to starboard is a love seat with storage on either side underneath two port lights one of the main differences between this cabin and the last is the size of the walk-in closets to port at starboard we find another vanity with storage to either side underneath two port lights forward of that is the entrance to the bathroom for this cabin leaving this area we'll go back up to the foyer which i mentioned earlier and pick up there the main deck foyer is the center of many guest activities offering access to six different areas starting with this day head adjacent to this day head is a crew access door which is opposite the wheel house as fletcher pointed out the wheelhouse can also be accessed via the flybridge the wheelhouse is clean and functional and has great visibility along with all of the navigation and safety aids you would expect in a vessel like this a few of the primary components found at the helm is a flir night vision control nyad stabilizer control as well as a joystick for your bow thruster aft of the helm is a settee which serves as an observation area as well as an area for the crew to keep the captain company forward of the wheelhouse is the fourth access point from the foyer the galley one of the nicest features of the galley is this large window over the sink that illuminates these sprawling stone countertops in addition to plenty of storage and refrigeration and freezing the galley also features a four burner cooktop ge oven microwave and dishwasher leaving the galley moving forward through the main foyer is the master stateroom this on deck master features the same living space as the lower cabins we just looked at the main difference is the head room and the finishes of the woodwork in addition to storage on both sides there's a vanity to port along with two closets and an entertainment center on the aft bulkhead forward on the port side is the herr's side of the his and hers head which features a tub starboard is the his side with a shower stall stepping outside the master and down this set of stairs is the fourth and final cabin the forward vip walking forward to this very private vip we find a vanity and next to that is a large cedar lined closet to port is a beautiful head with a shower and tub all the way forward in this split level space is an island queen berth directly above the vip berth is the four deck and a nice touch here is the teak cap rail which wraps all the way around there's
