100 tons of beef: Helping chase Cows

okay what's the plan man okay still want the all the cows to run up and start eating right but like what kind of mamas would just leave their babies [Music] [Music] this is where your burgers come from right over here yeah you're a good mom huh good job do you love counts no what you don't but you like them sometimes that's good my wife feel about cows I'm more of a you know elk and moose guy but I mean they're beautiful whoa look at the bag nothing you see that was a giant bag Sheila half dairy no lots of the older cows do us kind of spread from the top to the bottom of this little ravine here yes some walks on the top and someone just kind of walks okay okay you know what I do like about cows is that they live out in the woods this mud this is why we're moving on because in the springtime this was great or the wintertime but in this spring time to money that is our new pasture [Music] I think that one pretty quick hey that's [Music] [Music] [Music] [Music] hey what's next we're gonna feed the cows that are still here okay that's what we're looking for is content cows do they know what's going on are they excited okay I'd be excited to write green pastures yeah that's a thing it's better than I'm pretty sure that's biblical yeah green pastures yeah the Lord lays me to rest and greet no the Lord leads me to green pastures yeah biblical it's biblical what we're doing is biblical he's guided okay huh yeah what's going on do we got him on in and then the real begins you hear that you're gonna be driven not you rose says let me do the cattle drive expert you've been paying attention okay so you guys are staying cuz you haven't had your babies yet are going to pasture a family farm is hard to do yeah because I live in this spot between loving the farm loving the animals in the land but also trying to make some money yeah but also just not letting it turn into like just a corporation you should invite your friends over to chase the cows because we work for free and that's what I think the family farms used to do was everyone helped each other out yeah I would choose your cars cows and I would I would change I know gals and I'd spend the next three days trying to collect them in you know how many pounds of cattle lettuce all those cows like how much beef was that 100 tons of beef this is not a commercial part this is like a family farm a hundred tons but a hundred tons of beef right there just just in that Corral yep in perspective a big burger is a quarter pound which is a quarter of mm of a ton so that's one eight thousandths of a ton and then there's a hundred of those there's one hundred eight thousand says 80 there's eight hundred thousand big burgers quarter pounders that's almost a million let's just say a million there's a million burgers right here that's a McDonald's right there over a million burger served yep [Music] [Music] drop off people we need a person by the loading ramp and then the truck can probably stop at the moment did you get a job now I don't know the like psychology of cows but do I stay near the front of them or do I let some get in front of me or and stay in so don't stay too far behind them and if they trying it in the field just run them down run them over just take them down that's what I heard okay like my job is done done a pretty good job is what you're saying one little cap Ethan was cuddling it there for a while and carrying it [Applause] [Applause] [Music] you do account we got along and yeah look at the green just like this is this in the last couple days right really greening up what kind of pasture do you like green pastures well know what now what do we do okay I think we should go shooting let's go shoot okay [Music] [Music] make me proud baby I'll try forget how this works basically just handling that gun makes me proud both hands on there let me let yourself you we can calm all cows ring that's not wrong but it's kind of wrong yeah because the cow is actually the female and it's trickier than that because the cow is like actually a mom like a mother cow that's just call it beef animals for now the cow is the mother beef animal the heifer is the female beef animal who hasn't had her baby yet okay the boy babies are called anyways the boy babies generally become steers that's what makes burgers and if you want those lucky boy beefs who doesn't become a steer the one in a thousand you you get to be a bull you that's the truth you stay intact and you go on the whole point of your life is to make more baby boy beefs and baby girl beefs and so you become the father of Nations but you are one lucky boy because very few boy beefs become bowls did you see this before no you just touch it and it goes up G collected and polished and then glued on all these agates anyways this thing's beautiful and the girls love building these things by the way the spoons and this little light thing and if you're hunting in BC you should buy Julia's hunting thing look you put your tags in there yeah Joseph last horse standing another exemplary song he's an artist who just writes his own songs and then sings up and plays them yeah right that guy's a hero he's a great musician yeah so handsome too hold on I said that last time too there's like a thing going on my chest [Music]
