- These are the 10 things you should be buying at Costco in April. Welcome back to the channel. I'm the YouTube deal guy, Matt Granite. And today I've got an eye-opener from flameless lanterns with built-in Bluetooth speakers to deck tiles, half priced beverage bars, and insane food bargains. I've got you covered in a big way. I'm gonna bring you inside my local Costco, today's video is not sponsored in any way. And I'll also highlight the differences between warehouse and website pricing. If you guys like this content, please give this video a thumbs up. It helps me more than I can articulate. The first product you should be buying at Costco in April in my opinion is the Keter Bevy Bar and cooler combo. It's 100 bucks which includes the price of shipping and handling. This is the most competitive price on a product that will keep all of your favorite beverages cold, and will also help you entertain. I you are short on space, this will compress so you can easily move your beverages along in this cooler formation, but as a vessel to serve your favorite beverages and entertain, this is a game changer. You could use this for tailgating, take it to the beach. I love the price, easy to assemble, easy to clean. And as an alternative, if you don't need a full beverage serving station, the Coleman coolers are also a great competitive price. At Costco. this month, we're looking at $80 or less with shipping and handling included if you're buying online. For the Coleman 150 Quart Cooler Extreme, and then the Igloo Legacy coolers, which generally carry a little bit of a higher price, I don't know if it's worth it. 99 bucks in that price also includes shipping and handling at a discount of 35 bucks. In the number two spot, before I get to some high Sierra backpack bargains, for $19.99, it's garden lights galore. And for some of these solar offerings the Tommy Bahama did not know this was a brand associated with solar LED pathway lighting. But the six pack at 54.99 is competitive. If you are shopping online, you're looking at around 55 bucks, including the shipping and handling. Although there are lower prices available reported at some local Costcos depending on your zip code. So please cross check. And if you have the opportunity to shop in store, you might also wanna check the local price on the Sterner home solar multi-surface light. This is a strong solar contender, quite well rated, so you could use this to line decks and patios, stairs and pathways. This illumination system is bright, and also keep an eye out for the Atomi smart color changing LED pathway lights. If you guys watched some reviews that I did in the past of these Gavi indoor lights where I decked out our place. This is the same approach with an app and a controller where you could change the color and velocity of your solar garden lights. I don't know if I would personally spend $230 on it, but it is difficult to find something of this caliber at this price as a garden solution at 230 bucks. Number three on my list of the 10 things you should be buying at Costco in April, is a high Sierra elite pro business backpack. It'll show up as completely out of stock on costco.com. But the reason I'm flagging this is this is an available product at your local Costco warehouse until April 11th, for $19.99. Well, I don't have a whole lot of experience with this particular high Sierra backpack, I've got a lot of experience with high Sierra as a brand. And whether it's business, back to school, or just trying to escape your traditional briefcase, men bag or a purse, the high Sierra elite pro business backpack will likely go quite far for you as a way to carry your tech, and also all of your business essentials. Wow, I sound like an infomercial for high Sierra but I do happen to love their products, and I hope you guys like that. In the number four spot, it's a bacon related product. And if you guys watch me regularly, you'll know that I always try to incorporate a bacon product in the top five, as well as a Bluetooth product. So we're gonna go bacon Bluetooth, and then back to food. My number four pick is the bacon wrapped cheese filled jalapeno bites. And I'll tell you right now, while this relatively new Costco food product doesn't have the same cult following as some of the products that I've mentioned in videos past, this is a game changer for your taste buds, highly recommended. And if you guys are looking to learn more about Kirkland's product taste tests compared to a big brand name, I've done that in a prior video and my very attractive wife helped me. In the number five spot, it's a flameless candle that incorporates Bluetooth. Oh yeah, we're talking a lantern that looks like it might've come from sharper image or Brookstone, if those brands are still a thing that resonates with you. But for $74.99 as an in-store exclusive, not able to find this online at the time I'm uploading this video, you can enjoy the benefits of a flameless lantern and a blue speaker, all incorporated into the same device. We're thinking about our patios our decks, outdoor entertaining. However you can make this work for you. At 75 bucks, this is a very friendly price. It might be something you wanna consider as a top pick from Costco in April. Before I get to a good old fashioned inflatable, if you like ice cream and sandwiches, your life is about to change in the number six spot as a must buy at Costco in April on my list. I don't know if you're aware, Costco has a variety pack of Nestle ice cream treats where you get 40 different items, three different products, the cookie dip bar, the drumstick and the vanilla sandwiches for a price of $14.99 cents reported. Now, if for any reason, you can't find this, or you want something a little bit more bland, the organic vanilla bean ice cream sammiess for $10.89 is also phenomenal. I don't know when ice cream sandwiches became so trendy but there are times in my community where a place that sells ice cream sandwiches will be lined up all night. That's a great way to destroy a first date. But now that I think about it, my wife and my daughter, two separate people, if that's not clear from how I'm speaking would gladly lineup for ice cream sandwiches, so maybe I should be more aware of my surroundings. In the number seven spot, I'm gonna talk camping and hiking. And then in a few moments I'm gonna show you a $200 price discrepancy between a product in store and online for Costco. The cascade mountain tech inflatable sleeping bag and pillow, decent reviews online. But after having looked at it in my store, at least seeing it hung from the ceiling in this very strange formation, I'll tell you the $31.99 price is attractive. An additional $8 off, depending on what warehouse you're out available until the 11th, shipping and handling included in the web price. This mountain tech sleeping bag does include a pillow, which is nice, lightweight packable and the core, six person tent with block-out technology at $114.99 or less at your local warehouse is a competitive price. Now, just to be clear, the block-out technology refers to sunlight, not necessarily me walking around aimlessly on a campsite in the middle of the night and accidentally stumbling into the wrong tent, $114.99. Before I explore two. soon to be famous food products in my opinion, if you guys are not yet subscribed to this channel, please do so. Turn on your notifications, I'll hook you up with more insider store secrets and deals on a regular basis, but let's talk pork. The pork Carnitas, perfect for a summer taco night. A great grab at Costco in April, and to accompany that, or just on its own, the frozen avocado chunks which are new and a great way to save money based on those high prices associated with avocado. And the fact that they're never perfect when we buy them and they brown and they go bad too quickly and you get upset 'cause they are such a rip off half the time. A great grab at Costco, and now enough of my personal monologue, let's move on to another Kirkland product in the number nine spot. 50 elegant plastic plates made by Kirkland for a price of $8.49 or less at your local Costco. These made in the USA plates are a great alternative to paper plates. They're reusable, they're heavyweight, they're more durable. They're super easy to clean. They're great for cookouts, patios, if you're fortunate enough to have a pool. I'd much rather have this than a glass plate anywhere within the vicinity of that backyard. They're great for birthday parties, so many different ways that you could use this and take advantage of the low price. Well, I do have something giant to show you in the number 10 spot on this list. Other than my ample head, I'm gonna dive back into some garden products and a must have for mother's day on the bonus section of this list. But let's take a look at the two-tone metal wind spinner. Now, if you do not wanna try transporting this in your car, although you will likely lock in significantly lower prices at your Costco warehouse. So this is very cool. It's got this antique copper look, it's weather resistant and incredibly well-rated online. And now, for the bonus bargains section of this video, I'm gonna go through these products a little bit more quickly. I'm gonna cover Mother's Day, your backyard, your deck, even a fitness related product. And for the first bonus buy, something that I would've never actually recommended as a Costco purchase in the past, it's a four wick candle, but as I've seen these start to trend in online discussion forums and how my wife schooled me on candles right before I started recording this video. These are a 60 hour burn and a good grab from Costco if you've never purchased a candle from them before. Those candles are presented nicely, they could be a potential mother's day gift or an add on, but more importantly, if you've never purchased flowers online from Costco, you can now do so for Mother's Day. And many of these offerings compared to 1-800-flowers or FTD, or a lot of these massive national conglomerates that add on all sorts of delivery fees and service charges. You could score this entire arrangement for under 50 bucks with the shipping and handling fee already worked into the price. I love that. I know the flowers are very overpriced as we lead into Mother's Day. And this $55 arrangement with shipping and handling included as well might be something you don't expect me to say as a best purchase from Costco in April. But if you guys read the fine print, your last day to order these with delivery included in time for mother's day is May 2nd, which is why I'm flagging this as a bonus buy from Costco in April. And if you're not yet familiar with the flower selection at Costco, we;;, it is limited, in my experience, the flowers are of a very high quality. And to get the delivery worked in, in the event you can't visit your mother in-person, that is a goodbye. For bonus by number three, before I move back to the backyard, it's that anxiously awaited price discrepancy that I alluded to, the echelon connected bikes are very popular. And while you can buy the bike for 949 online with the one-year membership included, which I guess is the classes which allow you to connect with other people, which sounds like the worst thing in the world if I was doing fitness in my basement. But any how, all the power to you, you can tell I have a long way to go and I wouldn't necessarily do a connected class. And I would ultimately just hang garments from this exercise bike, and then move it into storage. But that $200 price difference between online and in-store is significant. So please check your local Costco warehouse if you can, before you make any purchase online. Bonus buy number four, these gigantic planters available in some really nice colors. I like the blue ones, which is why I am showing them to you, a great buy in April at Costco. And if you are looking for an indoor or outdoor rug, at $19.99 for some nicely styled six by nine rugs, I would highly recommend picking up a carpet or two from your local Costco. And finally, with this being spring home improvement season and many of us trying to tackle a whole list of DIY projects, the deck tile options available at Costco are limited in terms of style, but very rewarding in terms of the prices that you will find. So perhaps keep Costco in mind over Home Depot. And by the way, if you're watching this video and you wanna learn the top 10 shopping secrets that Home Depot does not want you to know, I did that video last week. So please feel free to check that out. And again, if you guys liked this video, please feel free to give it a thumbs up. It helps my slowly developing self-esteem.
