ever heard of Chess Vision or drills what about chess.com beta Edition here are 10 chess.com secrets and features you may never have heard of first off is solar chess when you don't have any friends to play chess with the objective is to ensure all pieces on the board are captured only moving a piece a maximum of twice if there's a king it must be the last piece left on the board you can change the level to make it as extreme or as easy as you'd like and I find this variation of Chess really fun the second is the chess vision test and this tests your knowledge of the chess board which random squares are highlighted you must click on them as fast as you can in 1 minute you can also change the settings to peace movement instead of squares which is a bit more tricky but still quite as fun the next thing you might not be aware of is Arena mode where you can play tournament games in a ranked player versus player stuff to try and earn as many points as possible this is pretty cool cuz it's available for all rankings and skill level next is the free version of puzzles drills drills allow you to practice openings end games and everything in between against bots of different adjustable ratings this is completely free and unlimited daily and really useful for testing out new tactics You' just learned now one feature which I just found out recently is chess beta which can be enabled in settings which provides not yet release feature however the only side effect of this is it can be slightly glitchy and affect your current chess.com experience but I still think it's really cool and I didn't know about this till a couple days ago moving on to two external sites linked to chess.com we have chessable by Magnus Carson which provides online courses made by ton of grandmas however it is a price but they vary based on the course you pick however my person person Al favorite on this list is number seven aim chest training which provides tons and tons of free puzzles and can be linked to your chess.com account it has a feed to get daily updates however two of my favorite features are blunder prevention and blind puzzles blunder prevention is all about decision- making and you need to pick the right move that doesn't result in a blunder or you going on to lose the game and blindfold tactics is puzzle solving where you're not showing the actual pieces on the board instead just a notation and then you have to solve it like an actual puzzle and I find both of these really fun and really useful in improving your chest play now next unfortunately is a diamond only feature however Insight show you an accurate breakdown of your stats and playing style my two favorite features of these section are the opening breakdown move quality section that can assess how accurate your moves are especially in the opening which I find really useful for assessing which ones that I should actually pick which openings I should stay away from another pretty cool feature is the calendar that shows how well you perform by time of day and how often you play depending on when about it is and can also show how good you are compared to everyone else in the world which I think is pretty nice Now features number 9 and 10 are pretty similar and like any money hunting business chess.com has its own merch strong now it does have a pretty cool missions plus and a nice looking chess clock yes a literal clock however I'm more interested in the merch store over on chess kid on the chess kid store you can buy all sorts including clocks boards merch and even tournament supplies in particular score books which are quite nice anyway these were the 10 chess.com secrets you may not have known let me know down below if you like a second part and subscribe to Elbert to get to 250 before Christ thanks for watching have a nice [Music] day no way
