[Music] so [Music] we all know costco has the best and cheapest toilet paper can i get a thumbs up for that many of you are here for costco videos and in today's video we're going to explore some more costco items but costco items that you can get for your stockpile your emergency survival kit and more we've gotten all of these items they all are really really good quality items a lot of them are kirkland brand and spoiler alert the kirkland brand is actually just as good as the name brand don't forget when you're shopping at costco be sure to check out some of my favorite rewards and rebate apps like fetch rewards and ibotta with fetch you simply scan receipts and refer friends and family and earn points towards rewards that you can cash out for gift cards for places like walmart target safeway chipotle buffalo wild wings and more use the code on the screen to get a special sign up bonus and extra points and money towards your first reward i bought it as a rebate app that you can earn gift cards and actual money to your paypal as well look for deals in the ibotta app before you go shopping and get money back for shopping for items you're already picking up use the code on the screen to get a cash sign up bonus when you redeem your first reward let's jump in and let's talk about 20 items that are really good to have in your stockpile very affordable and easy to get at costco well when there's not a supply issue and if you have a costco membership or you can get to a costco or you have a friend or a family member that can get these items for you definitely look into getting them i actually pay for my costco membership with my costco visa rewards so we put a lot of our expenses on our costco visa and we gain points and we're able to get back money that pays and affords us to actually pay for the membership so i know a lot of people say why do you shop at a place that makes you have a membership well the prices are really really good let me tell you a quick story before we jump into this it's actually on my list i think yeah i think it is the freezer but i did buy a deep freezer at costco and i have to say that was my first purchase it was 139 for a seven cubic foot yeah seven cubic foot deep freezer you can only get it in the store they only have about two to three at any given time this was three years ago i bought it for 139 and then i priced it at home depot it was literally eighty dollars more or a hundred dollars more that was almost the price of my membership so just with that one purchase i saved tons of money because it was something i already needed so that's what i mean by saving money at costco and it can actually drain your wallet if you're not careful yes you can overspend at costco just like anywhere and they can really get you but you can also save a lot of money especially if you're intentional at costco all right let's jump in so the first emergency or stockpile item i would get there is batteries they have an amazing deal on their curriculum batteries but also keep an eye out for when they have a deal or a sale on duracell batteries sometimes costco will have sales on the name brand items and it'll be cheaper than the kirkland brand the second item that i would get and we do get are paper towels and toilet paper for a while we couldn't get toilet paper so we got paper towels but we don't normally buy paper towels if you can get paper towels and toilet paper go ahead and get them they're a really good deal the paper towels last us forever if we ever do get them and the toilet paper actually lasts us a few months such a good deal i think it's 16.99 for 30 rolls gosh it lasts a long time and it's actually really good toilet paper i prefer it to the cotton out or the charmin let me know what you prefer the next emergency or stockpot item you can get at costco is peanut butter they have a really good deal on double packs of peanut butter i was very disappointed they stopped carrying the skippy my kids really liked the skippy they do though have kirkland brand which is all natural and i think it's organic and they also have gif so depends on your costco your market may vary but they do have the best deal even the double pack at walmart isn't as big or as good of a deal than at costco costco also has an amazing almond butter and one thing i wanted to mention if you're keto or low carb is to stock up on their almond flour too you cannot get the steel costco but i highly recommend grabbing some high key items for your pantry too they have some of the best low carbon keto snacks and baking mixes and i love to have them on hand in a pinch be sure to use the kofrida family at checkout for a nice discount the next emergency or stockpile item you can get at costco is coconut oil or really any of the oils they have great deal on their oils i got the big vat of coconut oil and it lasts forever and has a really good shelf life so definitely go ahead and get your coconut oil over at costco the next emergency or stockpile item i would get there is medicine you can get medicine at walmart you can get medicine at your drugstore but costco has the best deal especially if you have a larger family or you need to get a good significant amount of it this is not an emergency item but just for just for you know information's sake i do also like their supplements at costco the next amazing deal at costco are the disinfectant wipes i just recently was introduced to the kirkland disinfectant wipes and they are amazing amazing if you can find them they're 9.99 they're amazing see if you can get them at your costco and if you can grab them the next emergency or stock pilot item are baby wipes when we couldn't find toilet paper baby wipes were a great replacement now obviously people need them for babies but they're great for adults so they're great for everyone in the family they're also good to wipe my dog's paws they're great to clean up around the bathroom they're great to take off makeup i can't say enough about the kirkland baby wipes so definitely try them they're a little bit pricey but you get a lot for your money the next emergency or stockpile item i would get is bleach you can get a big pack of bleach at costco for really pennies and bleach has gone up in price believe it or not and costco still has one of the best deals here it is on my list the next emergency or stockpile item is the freezer yes i absolutely love the seven cubic foot freezer it's a different brand now than the one that i got but and it's a little bit more pricey but any freezer you can get at costco price it out go ahead i dare you i double dog dare you you will not get a better deal than at your costco but keep in mind these deep freezers you have to go into the store and get the next emergency stockpile items you can get at costco are canned items they have soups they have chilies they have chicken in a can they have spam they have so many good things that can last in your pantry and last a while they even have i think ramen noodles they have tons of great priced items that you can add to your pantry for a good price the next stockpile item i would suggest is water you can get a huge pack of water for a couple of dollars i'm not a big bottled water person but if you're having a party or you're having a picnic or you're doing something where you need bottled water go to costco for it if you need to stock up for dog food or you need to stockpile dog food costco is a great place to get dog food you can get pounds and pounds of it for pennies on the dollar this is more of a survival item but the next emergency survival item you can get is a good gas can costco has a lot of great camping here and outdoor gear go down those aisles and see what they have and see what you can grab you'll definitely get a better deal at costco than most places costco has amazing first aid items so if you're looking to fill or stock up on your first aid kit go to the pharmacy area and grab some first aid items you're going to get them at a really good deal another emergency or stockpile item that you can have in your pantry is honey we don't eat a lot of honey as a family but it's great to have because it has an amazing shelf life costco has an amazing assortment of nuts so definitely stock up on nuts we stocked up on a bunch of almonds we can make almond flour almond milk you can do so much with just plain almonds or plain nuts definitely go to costco for those because you're gonna get the best bang for your buck on nuts costco has amazing appliances and amazing water filters if you're looking for water filters check out costco as a matter of fact if you're looking for anything in your home or home related go to costco first most of the time they're gonna have a better deal and they're gonna have a better return policy and warranty costco has an amazing deal on flashlights in fact in the last coupon book they're actually having a sale on flashlight so always have flashlights in your home i can't tell you how many times flashlights have saved us in so many situations if you have a flashlight get one now costco is amazing for shelf stable items now they have great fresh items great vegetables great meat awesome produce but their shelf stable items are the best they have amazing packs huge packs of rice beans sugar flour definitely check out costco and compare and contrast and see who has the better deal but if you're looking for those big items costco is going to have it and it's going to be the easiest to grab last but not least you can stock up on cleaning items at costco they have great laundry detergent great dish soap and i have to say just a quick tip when we couldn't find hand wash anywhere we used the ultra bright or the kirkland brand dish soap to wash our hands it was amazing it worked perfectly and it washed our hands and it's not hard on your hands a lot of times you can't use dish soap on your hands without drying it out it was great so definitely check your costco for cleaning items i know that for a while they were out of stock on certain things but they're back in stock and they have a
