so you've got a really exciting trip booked and you want to make sure that you're packing all the right things is that even possible absolutely and I'm going to show you exactly how to pull it off and how to do it for Less my name is Carmen sovi and I've been traveling for a living since 2018 and today I'm going to show you the travel musthaves that make travel so much easier not only are they all available from Amazon but they are all on sale because today and tomorrow are prime day Tuesday and Wednesday July 16th and 17th I've linked all the it items below and to make it easier for you every item is numbered so as you're watching this video if there's something that you like just jot it down and then you can find the corresponding number in the video description below now I can tell you from previous experience that a lot of these deals go really fast so if there is something that you really really want make sure that you hop on that and place your order as soon as possible because a lot of these deals really do sell out or just completely go away as the day goes on also Amazon will usually post more deals as Prime day goes on and so if there's any new stuff that wasn't included in this video I'll be sure to update the description below with any of the other cool deals that I'm finding as Prime day rolls on all right so let's get into it okay the first category is power Banks and Chargers obviously when you're traveling it's so important to make sure that your devices are powered up you don't want to be stranded somewhere where you're lost and you can't even call an Uber because your phone is completely dead so that's where these items come into play and the first one is the anchor power core 10,000 portable charger and this one is actually a best seller in my Amazon storefront my family has probably five or six of these we each carry either one or two of them when we're traveling they are very small very compact pretty lightweight but they pack a really powerful punch I would say you can get probably about like 2 and a half full iPhone charges out of this so this is definitely a Workhorse for me highly highly recommend now if you're looking for something more compact check out the ankor nano power bank this is really small just plugs right into your phone it's a really nice one to just add in your purse and for those of you who like the sort of Mag charge type of battery I'm less a fan of this but you know wanted to include an option for those of you who like it check out the ankor magnetic battery ankor is just in general a really reliable brand when it comes to any kind of power bank or charger so definitely check out that one and of course when you're traveling sometimes in your hotel or your Airbnb there just aren't a lot of outlets available to be able to charge up all your devices and that's where having a travel power strip like this comes in really handy I love that it's round in shape so it doesn't take up a lot of space and this one is on sale as well now if you're traveling to Europe anytime soon make sure that you have the right adapter because you're not going to be able to just plug your American devices into the wall so this European travel plug adapter is currently on sale for Prime day okay now let's move on to sleep and comfort Essentials so whether this is for sleeping on the plane or having a better night's rest at the hotel or the Airbnb that you've booked these items are going to help you sleep better and just be more comfy when you're traveling and those of you who have been following me for a while know that I love this fan I stand this USB fan so hard this is literally the number one bestseller in my Amazon storefront like all year round and so if you're looking for a portable fan and like who isn't these days like global warming is real guys almost everywhere you travel to it's just way too hot this one is amazing uh the battery lasts really long it has three different modes um so sort of like low medium high it's very very powerful not at all like the flimsy crappy fans that you may have experienced in the past this one is my number one recommendation when it comes to travel fans now if you're looking for a more compact one I recently got one of these and I really really like it it um is really small um but it folds out and then it has two modes and it's just really compact it's not going to be as powerful as the Virgin tech one but if you're looking for this to be kind of a backup fan or you know you feel like you're not one of those people that get runs that hot I'm just always a Sweaty Betty if you want a smaller one um highly recommend picking up one of these and there's no screen that's arounds the actual blades like the other fan but you also don't have to worry because they're made of like very like bendable rubbery kind of plastic so you don't have to worry about like injuring yourself on the blades as they're spinning okay another fan that I have on my list and this was recommended by one of my followers is this easy act foldable desk fan this is obviously larger this is not something that you would like slip into into your purse but I think this is a really good one when you're actually on the plane it's slim enough to actually fit into the seatback pocket if that's what you want but I would probably use this one for for sleeping at night at a hotel you know some of those hotel rooms don't let you change the thermostat or like the thermostat is set to like a very high minimum and so sometimes like you have to find other ways to keep cool and so I think this would be a great one to keep on your bedside table to be able to stay cool in like a warmer room okay let's talk about earplugs Loop quiet earplugs are among my favorite earplugs and I actually had a pair of these and unfortunately my daughter Ella took them um well I let her borrow them and then she proceeded to lose them and so now they are gone forever and I need to replace them not that I'm bitter at all but no these really are so wellmade um they have um different size um ear covers so that you know no matter whether you have you know smaller ears or bigger ears you're going to be able to find a comfortable fit um but yeah these are just excellent excellent excellent if you don't want to deal with the disposable ones that get kind of gross after a while these are a really great alternative okay so travel pillows that's another great item to have especially if you're on an economy or a coach flight and this one I think is really cool it's the dot and Dot twist memory foam travel pillow as you can see you can twist it into all kinds of different shapes and so you know whether you want it around your neck or you want to just like actually like cuddle it like a teddy bear um you're going to have a lot of of options with this one now White Noise machines are another really useful tool when you're trying to get good sleep when you're traveling because you know sometimes the hotel or the Airbnb you book is noisier than you thought it would be maybe you're right next to the elevator maybe there's just a lot of Street noise maybe someone is having an annoying party um so this is a great uh little Gadget to bring with you it's a white noise machine I think this would also be great if you're traveling with like a baby or a toddler um to kind of like produce some white noise so that they are not so easily woken up so yeah this is the yoga sleep travel Cube portable white noise machine and it's currently on sale during Prime day now when it comes to comfort staying hydrated is also really really important and this travel water bottle from Ninja is currently on sale it's got all the cool technology to keep your drinks hot and cold um and so this is a really great one I always recommend that people bring an empty water bottle to the airport with you and then fill it up after you get through security that way you have water with you on the flight yes I know the flights get hand out water but you've probably noticed that sometimes they're a little stingy with it or if there's a lot of turbulence then the crew actually isn't able to do the beverage service and you might be like dying of thirst and so it's always a good idea to actually come prepared with your own liquids okay so let's get into entertainment Essentials obviously when you travel there's a lot of waiting around right there's flight delays or sometimes you get to the airport early and there's just a lot of time that needs to be passed and it's always good if you can find ways to entertain yourself so the first item I'm going to recommend that's currently on sale for Prime day is the airfly duo so airfly is a gadget where you can actually plug this into the earphone jack on a plane however you can then use your Bluetooth headphones pair it to the airfly and so you can use your airpods your airpods Macs like whatever your wireless headphones are you can actually pair them to the device that way you can use your regular headphones without having to settle for the crappy airpl airplane or Airline headphones and the airfly duo is actually a device where you can pair two different pairs of headphones to the airfly so this is especially great like if the two of you want to watch a movie together um I think this is especially great for those of you who travel with kids like very often like siblings will want to watch a show together and kind of share that experience and so airfly Duo is a great item for uh being able to accomplish that when it comes to travel obviously noise cancelling headphon are a must and Bose quiet Comfort noise cancelling headphones are on sale for Prime day these are some of the best noise cancelling headphones on the market I would say that the top three in this category are Bose uh the Sony's and the airpods max but Bose is obviously very well regarded these are excellent headphones and so if you've been looking to upgrade your headphone game this would be a really good time to snap these up okay another fantastic brand is Technics or some people call it techniques and their bluetooth earbuds are on sale for Prime day I actually got to test these out um in Chicago uh Amazon had an event for creators there and so I got to try these out and they are really really good um Technic is a brand that's really known for having prle equipment so a lot of DJs love it you know sort of professional recording Engineers but they also have a line of consumer uh products and these earbuds are part of that so these are on sale really good time to get these obviously we love the over the ear headphones from Maximum noise cancellation but it's not very comfortable to sleep in those so when it comes to sleeping on a plane definitely earbuds are a much better option and for those of you who are the road trip Warriors this is going to be fantastic for your passengers or your kids who are sitting in the back and it is the lamicall car headrest tablet holder you don't have to worry anymore about are we there yet are we there yet I'm bored you can actually stick this tablet holder to the back of the seat and then your kids can watch all of their favorite shows while you're driving to your destination of course a big part of travel is the packing prep and so let's talk about packing Essentials and some luggage pcks so first up if you're looking for new luggage the Samsonite free form hardside luggage two-piece set is on sale right now Samsonite is obviously one of the best brands in the game these are spinner suitcases so super super easy to be able to navigate through an airport with and it's the two-piece set that is on sale so so this is definitely a great deal to snap up if you are team packing cubes and I definitely am check out these Amazon Basics slim packing cubes I think the shape of these is really really great um a lot of the packing cubes that I own are like square or rectangular but sometimes you have that like little bit of like sliver of extra space in your suitcase so I think these packing cubes would be really great to be able to take advantage of that space now some Travelers I know are not into packing Cubes but they really love the vacuum storage bags and so these are currently on sale for Prime day and so these are the ones where you like put all your clothes inside and then use use a vacuum cleaner to suck out all of the air so it folds not folds but it um contracts to being really really flat so you can fit a lot more stuff in your suitcase um I am still like team packing Cube so I haven't really ventured into the vacuum storage bag realm yet but if you have been curious to try out this packing technique this would be a great time to snap up these bags because they're on sale okay toiletries is always a bit of a headache when it comes to packing and these travel bottles for toiletries are on sale currently they are the sort of like squishy ones which are great because it's much easier to kind of like get all of the last remaining parts of the liquid out versus like the really hard plastic ones so this would be a good time to pick these up and then these Cadence travel containers I have been like low-key stalking their Instagram since I started seeing ads for these they are honestly absurdly expensive uh travel containers for travel uh travel containers for toiletries rather but they snap together in this very aesthetically pleasing beehive pattern so if you have also been curious about these and you're looking to splurge on these this is a good time because these are also on sale right now for Prime day luggage tags that is a very basic thing that is actually very important so if you need new luggage tags these travel Lambo faux leather luggage tags are on sale they actually come in a bunch of different colors um so whatever your person style is I'm sure you are going to find uh luggage tags to be able to fit that the travel inspir luggage scale is also on sale and this is super important especially for those of you who like to check a bag for those of you who are not team carryon um but even when you are trying to go carryon but you're flying an international like a non- US Airline very often those Airlines will have weight restrictions even for your carry-on or your personal item so having a luggage scale is actually a really good idea to take with you on a trip especially if it's trip when you've been doing a lot of shopping and the luggage is a little heavier when you're coming back than when you're you know going there um it's just really good to kind of like know what the weight is to avoid any unpleasant surprises at the airport CU those overweight baggage fees can be pretty medication organized and for my fitness girlies those of you who even if there's no Hotel gym you want to squeeze in your workout definitely TR these fit simplify resistance bands they are on sale I actually have a set of these and they're really fantastic um and I love that they fold down so flat I mean it's there's not a lot of fitness equipment you can bring with you that is this compact um and so it comes in a variety of different like resistances and so these are really great if you want to stay fit on the road okay now let's get into some beauty and grooming Essentials for your trips now this fun touch rechargeable travel makeup mirror is also one of the best sellers in my Amazon storefront it's so useful um because you know very often especially if you're traveling with friends or with family like you all can't all crowd into one bathroom and like have time to do your makeup and things like that or maybe you know the mirror is steamy so you can't even see um so this travel makeup mirror is so great both of my daughters have one of these they're both you know they like their their makeup they like to play with their different looks and so we always travel with these um they actually come with a rechargeable light so that's another really fantastic feature and obviously it folds down to be really flat so it doesn't take up a lot of space in your bag so this is really uh a very useful thing to have when you're traveling now if you want to keep your hair looking good and the place you're staying doesn't have a dryer or a hair dryer you know most hotels have it but if you're doing more of a vacation rental at Airbnb they're not always going to have everything um this dry bar baby butter cup travel blow dryer is currently on sale dry bar is obviously really well known for having great products since they are the blowout experts and so this is a great time to snap up a travel blow dryer if you don't already have one and then this item I actually got to preview also at the Amazon event that I went to and it's the Panasonic compact shaver and this is so useful I think whether it's for men or for women you know whether it's you're shaving like your actual beard and mustache or shaving your legs underarm um this is very compact uh it just travels really well it kind of looks like a giant airpod and um it actually works wet or dry so you can actually take this into the shower and like shave your legs in there so I actually got gifted one of these I'm going to be trying it out um but I think that this is really great and also you know sometimes when you're traveling like carrying razors uh can be a little dicey um when it comes to you know safety regulations of certain countries um so having this kind of like compact shaver is actually going to be a great alternative now another grooming essential is to make sure that your clothes are not wrinkled and not every hotel is going to have a iron and an ironing board for you um not every Airbnb rental is going to have that and so if you want to make sure that you actually have the ability to unwrinkle your clothes once you land um this travel garment steamer is really fantastic it's so compact um and you just you know fill it with water and then you steam away and all of those wrinkles will be gone so super super useful and of course it wouldn't be a travel mus haves video if we didn't talk about hand San izer because let's face it when we're traveling we're touching all kinds of like icky things and when it comes time to eat we may not always have time to wash her hands and so it's always a good idea to have some hand sanitizer on you and the touchland unscented hand sanitizer is on sale um this is just a great brand like whether you like the unscented or you don't mind some fragrance their scents are really good and it just doesn't have that very alcoholytic does okay now let's get into some beach vac vacation essential so if you are going on a resort vacation you're heading to the beach here are some items that are going to make that much more pleasant first up is the bay laurel Turkish beach towel this one is on sale and you know Turkish towels are really known for being highly absorbent they dryve really quickly they're really good quality they hold up well through washes so this one is on sale and um it's a really good time to snap one up if you don't have one for travel now another must have when you're at the beach or by the pool is having a good Bluetooth speaker now obviously don't interrupt the comfort of other guests but if there's not a lot of people around you why not have some tunes right and there's actually a couple of bluetooth speakers that are on sale for Prime Day first up is the Sony SRS xb13 Bluetooth waterproof speaker so yes this one is waterproof so you can actually like bring it into the pool with you if you want or I don't know if I would recommend that but at least like if it gets splashed with some water you don't have to stress too much another Bluetooth speaker that's on sale is the Bose sound link revolve plus and Bose again is one of the top brands when it comes to audio products so you can definitely trust the quality on this one um and this one is on deal for Prime day and of course it wouldn't be a Beach vacation without some good sunnies so sojos is a brand of sunglasses that has a huge variety of inventory on Amazon and one thing that I really like about this brand is that they're very inexpensive however most of them at least a lot of their sunglasses are polarized and sometimes it's when you buy polarized sunglasses it comes at a pretty steep cost like there's regular brands that you know even the the same pair of glasses polarized versus unpolarized they actually mark it up a lot when it's polarized so I really like the fact that you can get really inexpensive affordable sunglasses that are polarized so that you're able to not kind of compromise your vision when you're doing things and really bright sunlight so um a couple pairs that I've picked out uh first are these aviator sunglasses these are on deal and then also the polarized uh sunglasses here also from sojos are also on deal so these are definitely a great Beach vacation essential okay now let's get into some content creation Essentials even if you are not like a professional content creator when we travel these days like all of us really want to have some nice pictures and some nice videos from the trip right to save us memories so here's a few gadgets that are on sale for Prime day that will help you actually capture that great travel content so first up is the Fujifilm in STX mini 11 instant camera and my daughter sea has this one and she absolutely loves it it's kind of basically like a mini version of the old school polaroid so it actually prints out on film and this is just like really so much fun she actually brought this to school on her last day of school and you know captured memories of all her friends and now all those pictures are hung up on her wall so you know whether you are a kid or an adult this is just a really really fun camera to have obviously we all have cameras on our smartphones these days but there's something really appealing about going analog when we're living in such a digital world now the next one is the smartphone clip on light and so you know often dubbed the Alex Earl light Alex Earl is a very popular Creator on Tik Tok and she really popularized this light um but yeah these clip on lights are super super useful when you are you know shooting any kind of content I find them especially useful in restaurants um very often if you want to you know take a picture or video of your food restaurants are often very dimly lit and so it's really nice to have like this a little bit of light that you can add on these clip-on lights typically come in three different modes so sort of like a white light u a more yellow light um one that's kind of more neutral and so you can kind of pick the effect you want you can also you know in adjust the intensity so it's like brighter or dimmer um so these are really really useful um another great selfie light is the newer one and this is also one that's been a bestseller in my Amazon storefront so you can't go wrong with either of these clip-on lights they are very very helpful in in getting those nice photos those nice videos especially when you're dealing with some low light conditions and then one Trend that I did not see coming is the return of the digital camera like not the smartphone camera but the point and shoot old school digital camera from when digital photography first became popular so many like twin and teens and people in their 20s have been gravitating to you know these so-called Y2K cameras um and really liking that it I guess has a little bit of a vintage feel even though it's still digital photography and so if you want to like get in on that Trend and experiment um this digital camera is on deal I actually have this one it's a great one um so it's again pretty inexpensive way to play around with a different kind of Photography okay so those are my
