Zuko vs Sokka - No Bending

throughout all of avatar the last airbender we always see zuko being very capable with his swords as the blue spirit he was able to save aang from prison with absolutely no fire bending and he was also shown to be able to easily hold his own with some earth kingdom soldiers not to mention he's also shown to be able to be on par with jet and jet's known for being one of the best non-benders in the series he was even able to hold his own against aang for a little bit so i've always been thinking sock is pretty good with the swords he trained under pian dao he's also been fighting benders his entire life as a non-bender he's a part of the warriors for the water tribe so i was thinking who would win in a sword fight zuko or saka turns out there's an official comic about this that was never put into the cartoon it takes place during season three so i guess you can call it a little bit of a deleted scene so yeah this is zuko vs saka [Music] this comic starts off with saka asking zuko for a little bit of sword bending zuko says he's busy and that he's supposed to be training aang and he also throws like a little remark being like i'm just a little bit too good for you saka go train with that kid the duke and then uh saka over here actually challenges zuko to a sword bending kai and then zuko over here um he's still all about his honor he's like yeah but for my honor i will accept this sword bending kai and then all of a sudden i thought ang was supposed to be training with toff but everyone's here everyone's lined up you got the whole crowd here just to watch this match i thought this was an interesting piece of information that was dropped zuko actually says don't get your hopes up saka i started training with the master pian dao when i was just a kid so they share a common master zuko and saka are sibling students that that's pretty crazy to think about so the match begins we have everyone cheering in the crowd we have katara rooting for sokka we have toff with the upside down photo of zuko and the match seems to be even so far until it wasn't zuko beat saka over and over and over again zuko is like i'm better than you please just give up let's get this over with and then saka drops a line here which i find very interesting he says all this from a guy who unsuccessfully hunted aang for three years now guys correct me if i'm wrong but the events of avatar the last diameter was not three years everyone was still the same age at the end of the series from the beginning i thought it only took place during the whole summer so i don't know if this is just a mistake from the writers or or just they typed it wrong and it was supposed to be three months but let me know what you guys think in the comment section below about that and then soccer proceeds to lose again until he throws his boomerang it comes back hits zuko in the back of the head just like in episode one i think this is a little bit of a homage to that and then um i guess saka wins the match or as saka describes that he won the battle of the words and now i think i like how they remove this from the show because sock is known to be that guy without bending and if they would have had that zuko beating soccer's ass over and over and over again in the cartoon at something saka is supposed to be good at it's just not a good look for saka so i think it was a good thing to remove that but i do like this ending here because i feel like if zuko didn't have his bending saku would find a way to beat him in a fight just like this ending right here but anyways that is the end of the video guys if you liked the video please leave a like comment down below what you thought comment anything comment how your day was coming about zuko's weird art style here i don't know comment anything don't forget to subscribe and uh i want to thank you guys so much for watching and i will see you guys in the next video take care everybody [Music]
