ticket that he can issue or is it just his job to go and see if he can catch the person in the act and then issue a ticket but without catching him in the act is he just maybe gonna write a warning or just verbally warn me after he looks up all my stuff I'm not really sure I don't know if I could get a ticket a fine how big it would be would there be any points I hope not well there's another cop
