if you'd like to take a few deep deep breaths centering and calming coming fully to this sacred work of remembering i invite you to feel the presence of your loved one imagine they're sitting right in front of you looking right at you take a good look at their skin their face their eyes reach out and take their hand as you recall was the grip firm or gentle warm or cool big or small hold their hand for a moment look right into their eyes as you recall the color the shape are there specks or other features or their wrinkles around their eyes seeing especially how they look at you recalling the sound of their voice is it high was it low certain or tentative take a moment in your mind to say anything you'd like to say to them maybe you got to say it while they were alive maybe you didn't but it bears saying again [Music] it bears saying now might be i love you it might be i forgive you it might be there's something that still hurts whatever you need to say and now in your mind hearing them saying whatever it is you need to hear from them it might be i love you it might be i forgive you they may have said it in their lifetime or not but still it bears repeating what do you need to source of strength during times of sadness and loneliness isolation distress and fear imagine torah as melting into our souls like we melt honey into hot water imagine torah comforting our bodies like the hand on our shoulder of someone who we once loved in a moment we're going to take out five taurus scrolls and we're going to place them around the sanctuary we invite you to visit those torah scrolls as a source of healing a source of sweetness and honey as you recall the loved one whom you remember during yiskar as you walk up to the parchment recall the person's skin as you notice the substance of many was scattered by the winds to the earth's four corners yet we will not forget them we take them into our hearts and give them a place beside the cherished memories of our own loved
