excitement it's crazy we almost ended the night with heads up yeah if Queen's held cry we just had all the chips um but yeah three-handed as the flush came in for Oliver it was awesome there were some really spicy hands of poker yeah it'd be interesting to see how they jump back into this fresh day and get right back into the action uh such a role that uh Elderberry was on yesterday and it's tough to walk away and then regain that momentum we'll see what happens in this brand new day 0.6 yeah sometimes basketball football teams call timeouts to stop the other team from its momentum this was a forward and overall I think a little faster helps us with a casual audience I think moving most hands forward quickly makes sense I think when someone has a huge decision taking a few minutes is fine uh the people that drive me crazy are the people who take time before they look at their hands and they decide you look at their head and like this is a clear open and they're opening to the same amount every single time puts chips in and then when you have a two-minute River decision it's okay like if you're really thinking well there is a difference between the Big River two-minute decision and then if it's twice as long or longer than that like you know in the end you know you could you talked about Jason and he goes 23 things goes through his mind well in the NBA they got a it decides the game and they got to come up with a play at the end they have a timeout and they have two minutes to do it and they just have to do it within that time the poker players have to do it in a short amount of shorter amount of time to me to keep us interested I'm going for a chest clock kind of situation that would be nice than if you have a two-minute River decision you burn out all your time half pot I think that Holmes would stick around with a seven or a four on a draw heavy board so aldemere trying to charge those hands chop it up fellas really hmm I drove through traffic for a chop I call and with that attitude that he threw the chips in Jamie it kind of a little window onto what his attitude here is the table it's like whatever kind of you know I mean he didn't like it but it's like this that's how he's gonna play it he talked about his goal being one of the top three or four he said we made it and now I just gotta you know it's they're gonna play a different game today they're gonna come after me and aggression is going to be the the sauce of the day yeah I think maybe it was six players left yesterday I said Holmes would be the most interesting heads-up opponent for Karai because he has that shrug and put chips in attitude and like it's hard to chip down someone like that when they're gonna take risks thank you thank you yeah Church says uh these two guys the pros that he's got a battle he says they're good they're aggressive and that is the secret sauce did he say anything about speaking to Pros or getting any kind of coaching from last night to today no he's not getting any coaching I'm aware of in fact uh talking to some of Israel including Mike Watkins who plays with him he says I've played for him for 13 years and what you see is what you get right now this is exactly how he plays he hasn't changed the thing for this final table he says if you think the rail told me that if if he wins then he's going to be the king of Poker in Atlanta and I mentioned that Josh ra is now leading the player of the air race and they went maybe so but Josh calls me for advice one of George's rail toll no you have George wins he deposes Josh as king of Poker in Atlanta even though Josh might be headed to the Hall of Fame one day oh my God aldamere raised this to 5.2 million from the small expect him to continue he continued really small on two-way sport he does just a little over 25 pot when Oliver Flats pre-flop could take some of the really good Aces out of his range but he's gonna call just the King High can aldamere find another Barrel it's gonna be an expensive one now the pot's almost 20 million he has no piece of this welcome to three-handed Poker it is fun right when no one has anything brain just widened so much you can't wait for good hands this is where aldemere and Oliver will have a big advantage over Holmes who I'm assuming plays full ring cash games flooring home games you don't get comfortable playing some of these really weekends a little hope for aldamere that maybe they're both playing the board but we see King High will play now old mayor knows that he's stuck but as you mentioned he can hope for a chop pot climbing up as we mentioned last night that uh his mum as he would say passed away to breast cancer and Jack running the marathon to help raise money for breast cancer research Holmes has the option if he wants to pump he does pop it up to 4 million that's some people's favorite I love it it's beautiful right now George says that his favorite hand Aces but Karai says that too so there's a reason there at the final table and I am not Oliver with just a weak Ace But Blind versus blind still reads to be the best hand wow raised well he ate his Wheaties today this is why he wanted to break last night exactly okay I'll triple up now go home still getting a little over two to one folder have you seen so far very rare All In holy dude Holt is awesome that's why it's not a falter absolutely no fear at all [Applause] those are already two situations here in the first 10 hands where we are seeing Palms put himself at risk in spots you might think he's not going to put himself at risk he and Oliver trading second place this three-handed table so far and the early going and Mike Watkins mentioned that one of George's biggest strengths is his ability to read people and he can apparently read strength and weakness a little better than the next home game guy he's four in the small also with that hand it's you know obviously going to be dominated if you can get it all in but it has a chance it's not like he's picking nine three off suit and being like I'm reading this guy I'm just putting my chips in you know he's giving himself a chance at least sir flop for cheap flopped for all the mirror yeah and two diamonds George's all in maybe it has a little more leverage against Oliver with similar stacks I mean it worked against aldemere was holding Ace Jack that one hand very strong holding that was interesting yeah I mean they were all three involved in the pot I think the biggest factor in that was that aldemere has a pre-flop Advantage um he's got more experience he's got 12 million in earnings so just increasing the variance pre-flop can hurt him so making a tight fold makes sense but man if Holmes is going to put pressure on like that he's going to win so many pots before they can get to a post-flop confrontation oh hold me Earth just bottom pair backdoor Diamond draw that you know is dead and now no straight cards on the turn you can just check with bottom pair keep the pot small hope to show down it's obviously a vulnerable hand but I'm just not sure yeah aldamir is gonna play it a little safe and passive it's another thing about home is he's just so likely to pull the trigger at all times that you're gonna find it hard to just make a bet with the six there you might get Checkers yeah interesting yeah it is the home game guy from Atlanta who's make the players in end of day chip leader aldamere with almost 265 million there are the three remaining and the way aldemere has handled this Final Table uh and it's just it's just starting to feel like Secretariat winning the Belmont Stakes by 31 lengths in the 1970s no one has gone close to him he keeps pulling away he started the final table with a full table of nine with 35 percent of the chips he's had about two-thirds of the chips for quite a while now it's crazy I like holton's chances though honestly not counting out Oliver just saying Holmes has got that aggressive and aggression and some Randomness to his game which is really hard to figure out oh I agree he's uh he seems to have a different sauce as long would say that's more difficult for them to decipher she just counted out Oliver though Jamie uh Lon says you wanna you wanna count in Oliver I said I'm not counting when someone says that's the opposite is true I've I've grew up in Washington DC you never you just absent by anything anybody says publicly is that kind of like no offense but it's like that the most offensive thing you've ever heard is coming next right well I don't want to interrupt but you know true I seven much especially to be a problem for players who are not elite players as the bed sizing is an issue for them I think that's one of the hard hardest things to learn although he almost mixed it up with the 200. yesterday which is pretty cool yeah got to be some Mardi Gras chips going in now you love those that's 10 million that should end this hand Oliver capable of having the queen as well I thought it was gonna end nobody wants how much shorter stack if he shoves here I will be taking and Jamie will be happy if 55 minutes sabbatical and I'll be taking the Holmes class for live tells not going anywhere yet I think this spot is just too scary when Oliver can have trip Queens himself it's just too risky he's cutting out chips though oh my God let's go on an immediate fold from Jack check raise and then a second check raise wow if you were deeper you would have had a third check raise which we call that the Unicorn we can go three check raises in one hand okay he just didn't have enough chips left you know it would have happened that's 3.5 million [Laughter] well I saw that George loves poker loves fishing he sat down and talked to us uh oh show me the lights I'm sorry can we half million checks 70 big blinds all over down to 20 big blinds and Holmes working for those chips there's not big hand matchups he's just making the most of every opportunity putting so much pressure on everyone that's 3.2 million embracing three-handed play and frustrating this man right here Jack Oliver call wow oh man it's Holmes world today check the handy Bluff last time it's funny because I expected homes to continue through this turn having such an aggressive image having put his ships to work with absolutely nothing on certain boards when he does have a value hand he gets to bet those hands he can get paid oh tiny bikini that's a dirty bet you sound like the rail guy go to seven something to win seven wins that's right George I'm just doing it again oh my goodness come on say it [Laughter] was like mine imagine the earlier poker and fishing he sat down and talked to us a little bit about fly fishing one of my favorite activities it's all about presentation when you're Fly Fishing 100 about presentation and I think that was a more intriguing like I love to catch non-stop catch fish but it's also a challenge to try to figure out again which way you're going against or with the current and then the fly you choose that's the challenging but exciting part of it it is it is more challenging because you cannot check raise those fish you do have to figure out it yeah what fly is going to work raise it to 3.2 and fly fishing is incredibly innovating you said you've done it you know just standing in the water and just the motion exactly just being there and being active in in the river stream call you ever catch a fish bare-handed like a like a bear spelunking or not splunking it's called Uh no I haven't but they do that with catfish down in Louisiana spelunking's like cave spelunking but it's a similar thing uh I can't think of the name of it but they do okay they reach their hand down into the hole and gets the catfish maybe noodling noodling I think you're right cause I'm gonna be like that's cute I once lost an arm wrestling match to a freshwater bass and you don't even have arms it's embarrassing that's why it was my last arm wrestling match against any freshwater fish they're tricky check wow the whole three involved at home still has the best of it just gotta hang around long enough in the tournament and right it'll happen supposedly I'm out by the time I catch this rush but uh both players now with the gut shot this is the closest anyone has been to all the mirror in a long time just twice the stack of homes right now I'm going to talk about just got to hang around long enough and anything can happen indeed with these three I would say never give up aldamere on the end of his day 1C he was 380th out of 433 at the end of his day two CEF he was 748 out of 922.
