and the place we're at right now has literally reinvented the buffet to the incredible variety of appetizers to high-end foods - what's deemed the best dessert selection in the world this is honestly like nothing I've ever seen before [Music] hello everyone and welcome to Las Vegas now if you're new here this is the series where we discover the best biggest and just overall unique things in the world when I think about Las Vegas I think of two things one casinos in two buffets and when I was looking up which buffet to experience I came across a buffet that's deemed not only one of the biggest but best buffets in the world so I'm so I'm so excited I haven't eaten anything all day and it's about like 3 p.m. right now let's go experience the best for fan [Music] [Music] [Laughter] thank you before never before no it's really amazing selection of a seafood American carving Mexican on this side and you follow mine to another maybe Italian salad bar an Asian if you like hot crab legs and seafood station serve them cold give a steamed crab legs at the back an Italian some Mexican you can order tacos and lots of dessert in making crepes you just describe like the world's cuisine thanks so much I guess so welcome everybody to the pacano buffet okay that was created using a hundred million dollars budget and also is 25,000 square feet oh my gosh I scouted this out like pretty well online but this is going and going this is honestly like nothing I have ever seen before okay plan I'm just scouting on everything on the internet I've devised the plan yep that will allow me to appreciate literally everything at this buffet and starting off at the front here we'd have a belief like all different types of specialties we have some honey barbecue and we got some fried frog legs I'm gonna leave the fried stuff for another time vegetables again it's a buffet can vegetable fried rice absolutely not I need spring rolls again get that pretty much anywhere else so plan is to kind of stay away from the starches go after more of these specialty items I guess you would say some roasted duck very good but this is what I'm talking about we got pork here and we got some like dumplings here to be honest I feel like I could get these at any kind of Chinese bakery and I really want to take advantage of this buffet business you know the best estate in the world home man now this is probably the one section that's probably gonna get me beautiful [Music] oh you Japanese cool where are you from in Japan yeah I I was just in Japan I went to Fukuoka I love Fukuoka Fukuoka is the best food city for me yeah enjoy your buffet yeah and we got all these different types of like salads over here smooth this over on the plate a little bit you know you're at a buffet with me when I have to like move things around on my plate strategically to be able to fit soup or salad on there and just [Music] fitting there's so much more to explore like I'm looking at cheese and meat right now and I really wanted and actually that's technically still an appetizer so okay what I'm gonna do is I'm gonna go put this and the ramen down on the table and come back really fast get another plate of food then go back to the table gotta be fast because that ramen is getting colder but a minute a little bit freaking out right now with that ramen going colder gotta go with like the crumbling blue cheese to one piece okay so it turns out there's a lot more expected there is going to be 500 okay so there's a few more things actually here like I was saying there's over 500 different types of dishes here which means I haven't even scratched the surface with oh my lord this is insane I'm sorry I'm getting so distracted I can't vlog in here so it being so distracted by this buffet I ended up taking quite a bit of food for the first round so just so this video doesn't turn into an hour film I decided to split the different sections up with rounds of two minutes so I'll explain everything I want after the ramen I am I'm easily impressed with having a nice fatty broth and also quite a lot of meat in there okay next the meat is most certainly calling my name holy fatty goodness if you take a look at this meat right here it's just the perfect fat from the ratio next up we have the roasted duck while the juicing literally just like next is the roasted pork right there [Music] now Caroline might be starting off a little bit too strong on the meat like all that meat the other thing to like counter the effect of that fat I think it's time to go some bus I'm city-run feed vegetable flavor like I said don't really want to get filled up on carbs but seeing that this was only ravioli right here I didn't think it would do too much hurt that's shot good words out right but I was like that perfect soup premium so rich okay appetizer section can be summarized as your instruction so after the first plate plates I feel good I feel great oh my gosh I mean I can't walk here I'm getting the scratches but what I was trying to say there is there's a bunch of different chef stations anything from like this freshly made taco station so you show me to a seafood section over there too I think there's something behind here too she's put three more over here okay so many many different types of sections so this plane is going to be called the chef's section could I have a few crab legs perfect yeah Oh bleep out of you come the meat butter hey how are ya good can I get a which is the best one out faster carne asada yeah okay I'll go with that one [Music] oh my lord look at this pizza normally I don't get pizza emphases if they make it fresh over there in a wood-fired oven and it also looks like it doesn't have that much crust on it so the herb roasted chicken breath the 16-hour brisket the charcoal grill tried to the prime rib roast oh my gosh this wagon you choose smoked beef rib Apple smoked bacon not making it easy for me good eye good good fun yeah yeah I'll take some of the while you wait for me try a piece of everything yeah try piece of everything you know given you might have a man man yeah good piece of everything why not they got bone marrow here too all of this is such a sport defense rotisserie chicken and bread absolutely not and although the mac and cheese looks absolutely delicious once again when you see mac and cheese at a buffet run away cornmeal cheddar hush puppies maybe not the card okay I'm just gonna try one this is so cool [Music] I'm really not gonna have enough space this is insane and then they have this entire section here of fresh seafood I grab this up you alright we have two of the most epic place I've ever made so thank you buffet gods for bringing this buffet to me the meat is just like staring me in the face here so definitely gonna try that so first up we have this 16 hour slow roasted brisket that brisket or the total game come to me Wagyu I don't know something like good to do but honestly the Wagyu seems to be a little bit meteor than Houston I'm gonna do something is gonna put a tiny bit of butter on it so much better much better butter plate number one of the plate round two perfection now I've got a lot of seafood soup before but never have I had it in my own little pot like the suited salty and sweet acidic carne asada you are and a pizza added buffet that has crust it's been at that I mean you can't normally empathise pizza is honestly its place it's not the best thing there and it's just like tends to fill you up but here at this buffet a good cheese a good need so that's why white woods is obviously the pepperoni trend the one thing that you just have to be careful of is just kind of like scraping it never would I ever have thought now I am super excited to check out the dessert part because I've been sitting right there let me just like take you guys around a little bit what's here we're here we have the little cakes and pies then we have an entire section dedicated to cupcakes freakin crepe section two different types of creme booze a little like bites of things including cheesecake place which is like one of my favorite things and also lemon bars in entire donut in cookies section I mean I don't even know what you want to call this acting like we have a secon bar a rum raisin bread pudding Taiwanese Pike tart is like in everything corner so cool red bean cream puffs Wow okay I am I'm incredibly impressed by the diversity of their dessert session there's literally desserts from every culture you can think of oh my gosh there's ice cream here this is a lot of ice cream yep Wow so how is this done you get it in a cone or a cup you can have soup I can have three flavors okay I'll go with your three favorite flavors that yeah that's up to it all right got my ice cream and next I mean I am that type of guy that likes to try one of everything it would be kind of extreme to try one of everything here [Music] all right careful with my camera just played of dessert I've ever had on this dessert plate there has to be like one to like ten different types of disease starting with supposedly Vietnamese these days like word chocolate bars continue with the chocolate the chocolate kind of life chuckles la bodega it's nothing you need you can see it like everywhere however it's a really cool way to measure the buffet and kind of the quality of it wonderful that is it page cover legendary the Fed Reserve never seen anything like that absolutely innovative right there normally I don't mess with ice-cream but this one supposedly alder ice cream is a hand make here this ice cream is so creamy so delicious and also tastes so fresh desert our wouldn't even please why doesn't buffet you don't need a cupcake like this you eat it renew it topic arcade was on a beautiful flight sighs please get how is it that was the bite sometimes you know when the bike comes to end would say I'm were you just like okay I just had one of the buses over my life I am recommended with wolf I am very thankful and just downright happy guys coming below you guys thought of this buffets and I'll see you guys back on Friday all right
