what's up you guys today we are visiting the biggest buffet in houston we are outside of kim song buffet which is a vietnamese chinese restaurant so let's go inside this place and check it out it looks huge and i heard there's over 50 items to choose from all right you guys so we just got sent down the place is beautiful here and there are so many options to choose from or i don't even know where to start but let's go and check it out all right guys so right now um since it's covered you actually don't touch any of this there's going to be a waiter behind each station getting the food for you that looks like some desserts yeah there's like this is dessert area that looks so cool they got shaved ice and fruits so we'll save that for later oh oh my god there's so much desserts all right here we go fried food that looks so good oh my god look at those chicken wings definitely have to try some of those these are the stir-fry items we're just gonna browse first and then we're gonna see what we're gonna get later but they also got some dim sum items oh that's a fresh batch this is mixed sticky rice cool all right we got some soups oh chicken curry they have chicken curry that was so good oh my god and more fried chicken is that fried chicken honey chicken wings we seem to be very big on chicken wings i like that we got some healthy vegetables over here this is a deluxe macaroni fried rice all the carbs uh some salads oh so what's really cool oh i got dessert stations everywhere that's super awesome oh my god they even got summer rolls a lot of really cool like asian vietnamese dishes whoa what is this i'm gonna try some of that cool and then they have of course their noodle stations where they make fresh noodles for you cool there's van sayo's and fun and soup oh my god can't wait to try it all right guys i just want to do a little quick browsing before i get any food because i have no idea what to even expect but now we got a little bit of idea let's start getting some food definitely going to try some of the chicken wings some of the fried foods so let's grab a plate and let's get let's pick some items out okay so that cool thank you this is the uh pan fried chicken with fish sauce thank you oh those are some pork ribs dude can i try one of those pork ribs yeah just one is fine cool thank you these look good barbecue meats amazing oh let me try fried breadstick that's one of my favorites cool thank you and one of the seafood balls that looks good cool thank you all right all right this definitely looks interesting this is the shrimp tofu chicken with that let me just grab it on to you perfect thank you and then steamed fish yeah let's try seafish steam fish with black bean sauce yeah let's try that that looks good too so many different items wow and what is that oh put soup on it okay cool that's it okay on top of my tofu all right let's go try this out all right can i try some of that please this is the honey chicken wings thank you and get some healthy vegetables string beans these are my favorite veggies oh thank you and uh spoon sour pork well should we try um oh let's try some of the deluxe noodle look at the news that's good yeah good thank you perfect i want to try that that looks like muchy that looks good cool thank you oh okay okay okay okay i'm just agreeing to whatever she wants okay some egg rolls yeah perfect yeah yeah oh yeah okay cool thank you look at that thank you she's so cute thank you all right you guys this looks amazing there's so many dishes here so we guys got some desserts oh yeah all this looks so good that's my favorite that's bamboo which is like a beef stew oh looks so good can't wait to get started on this all right guys the food looks incredible i don't even know where to start there's so many different noodles especially that you can choose from so i guess i will start off with my favorite so i know this one for sure is the uh bumble wave which is like a blue stew look at that let's try this oh yeah the soup is very um savory there's spice in it there's a little bit of lemon in the city to it this is the beef [Music] oh definitely a really good noodle texture too noodles cooked l-down tank [Music] the broth is very rich in a tomato flavor there's a lot of vegetables a lot of herbs that goes into this dish yeah this is definitely one of my favorite vietnamese dishes of all time that's so good [Music] all right guys next up let's try these vermicelli noodles these are like rice noodles these are more fine noodles they're not as thick as the bon bon clay the soup color also looks a little bit lighter still i believe it's a tomato base it has more of a fishy flavor with these little fish balls inside not bad i also like these noodles better because they are a lot easier to eat you can just like slip these up yeah but whatever these are these little like meat nuggets meat egg kind of like egg egg and pork all right let's try some of these dry items so much noodles so this is the uh steamed black bean dish oh that is super tender and black bean is a very like peppery flavor and soy saucy the fish is super tender it just melts right in my mouth use tofu with the soup on top oh whoa yo this tofu just melted my mouth like butter do you see the texture on that it completely just dissolves so good can't get more of this please a little sneaky more tea and more gaiku thank you so much all right this is the uh pork with the tofu dude there's something with their tofu man their tofu literally just melts in your mouth like butter oh that's so good all right guys back to noodles we go this looks like it's like a fub broth there's a nice piece of shrimp on there this is actually a really big piece of shrimp it's peeled which i really like i hate doing soup save me the work let's try this out very fresh these are super thick noodles so so far we have like three different kinds of super different noodles and this broth is super light with some meat there this meat is actually really good it's very light not too heavy [Music] it's a really light soup broth [Music] [Music] i know i didn't really comment on this earlier but it's because i finished it so fast this is their sweet tea it actually tastes like um lemon black tea there's a little bit of acidity to it that makes it really good now let's try this omelette looking thing so a lot of these dish are vietnamese and i'm gonna be honest i don't exactly know the name because i'm not vietnamese and i'm not too familiar with it but i just know i want to try it out so it looks like it's like a vietnamese omelet because there's tofu the super buttery tofu that they have here you see it's in inside the omelet let's try it oh the almond is so fluffy and um it's like super crispy on the side so it's like a fried egg with a lot of flavors a lot of herbs [Music] wow it also comes with a lot of veggies on the side i do believe you're supposed to eat it like this i'm not too sure um if the other guests well the other guests are looking at me funny already because i'm talking to a camera but anyway let's try it like this that's not bad that's very good [Music] it's healthy and get your veggies time's delicious [Music] whatever i think this is fish cake whatever this is oh really good all right guys let's try the spring rolls let's see what's inside these spring rolls a lot of vegetables i'm gonna dip it in the sauce hmm we'll do one bite hold up all right guys this is their one the spring roll one bite spring roll challenge all right that was super good now let's try these things i thought it was bunchy i'm not exactly sure what it is it kind of looks like the thing that was in my omelette see that [Music] oh it's literally fried rice yeah it's like a rice patty and they put like a sauce on it which makes it sweet and it's crispy on the side it's actually really good [Music] and then the lady insisted on giving me two pieces on this let me see oh it's chicken fried chicken it just tastes like teriyaki chicken ah super good okay i can see why this is a good combo the rice the chicken with the skin still on there the sauce all we're missing is healthy vegetables but luckily i got a healthy vegetable on the side so we'll just make a burrito out of it [Music] we got the sauce we got the meat we got the carb that's perfect that's brilliant i'm a genius that is so good yo shout out to the waiter she already brought me my third cup of tea she said i was running out i don't know man their tea is so good lemon black tea is the bomb all right let's try another soup so another flavor looks like it's got the uh regular type of noodles got some tofu in here we got some blood [Music] oh we're back to this super buttery tofu that just melts man i feel like this is like a veggie broth maybe raw with the tofu with some extra veggies and green beans not bad if you like light soup this is perfect now let's try this um congee looking thing so porridge or rice soup is something i grew up with a lot and these fried rice sticks is one of my favorite breakfast in taiwan this essentially is um basically fried dough fried dough without any flavor but the flavor comes from the congee because the kanji is actually like salty you dip this inside this rice you get all that flavor here with the meat and the rice the rice is so creamy you don't even have to chew just drink it like soup oh there's some sausages in here too [Applause] yeah oh sausage is very good but this is the start of the show after the breadstick soaks inside the congee it soaks up literally all the flavor all right that's so good all right you guys we are literally down to like our last four plate minus the plate of veggies but we have four plates left of everything oh i'm getting there i'm getting pretty cool but i can finally try my chicken wings this is what i wanted to do look at this chicken wing this is the star of the show [Music] thank you [Music] this is perfectly seasoned it's a little bit spicy there's a perfect sugar caramelization around the cone of the chicken [Music] and the best part it's more meaty than a than a buffalo wing wing damn i think when the when a wing quality from a buffet beats a restaurant just based on wings i mean come on i'm sorry i hate buffalo wild wings so that's why i am giving them shade but seriously that was a great chicken wing now let's try the seafood bowl i'm exactly sure what's inside [Music] it tastes like um fish and shrimp kind of blended in together here the outside is super duper crispy i really like the outside it fried perfectly put some sriracha on there to me essentially tastes like a shrimp that's very good all right let's try this next thing this is the same thing i was talking about the fried dough but i think they do something to this there's like cheese on here or something oh yeah this is a very interesting [Music] wow so the fried dough in the congee earlier they literally turned it into a grilled cheese dough thing all right different type of chicken wing oh no it's the same flavor fish sauce coming all right last on my um fried dish is this pork rib [Music] oh my god so my first bite all these little stuff on the side it's fried garlic it's just a burst of flavor burst of sugar versus sauce try some of this it's another rice food dish [Music] oh i needed something to balance the heavy flavor but guess what we got veggies this is what we have vegetables for i'll peel off the meat of this bone and then i'm going to wrap the meat around veggie there you go [Music] okay i think that poor ribs started to show like that that was delicious maybe i'll get more of that all right guys let's go on to this like pancake looking dish so these kind of remind me of little mini quiches there's a shrimp in there and i'm not sure what else but we gotta dip it in this fish oil sauce it tastes like a quiche i'm very eggy but i feel like there's bean sprouts wrapped in this i feel like this is just a big version that's more crunchy that essentially just like friday oh pretty good all right guys we just got oh god i am full that was a lot of noodles and stupid whole bunch of stuff but last plate we've got our little thinly noodles my favorite vegetable oh that's super good [Music] really refreshing to be eating some vegetables all right let's try these wings dude i think this place should just change this up to a wing restaurant because these wings are so good look at that coloring in that caramelization sugar coating on it [Music] these are like honey barbecue wings i'm crying so good i can't get enough their wings man look at how beautifully coated that is [Music] that's so good all right thank you dude the waiter is on point like she has been giving me drinks after drinks after drinks freaking love her anyway moving on to dessert so first up we got like this sticky rice looking thing it looks kind of funny in the video i didn't notice hola okay it looks so funny this is a big squishy thing let's try it it's a big squishy thing okay not for real it's a munchy texture it's sticky rice and this sauce is like a honey ginger sauce but not too sweet and it's a little spicy because of the ginger but i like it it's pretty good and this one is uh i've had this before it's like a muchi with like this cream on top [Music] oh this is so good i love vietnamese desserts they're so awesome that's so milky and really great texture i still like the big squishy thing all right this is their uh sticky rice pudding no it's got some beans on there i wouldn't really consider this a dessert it's just like a sweet rice thing to me super light on the flavor not bad though [Music] all right last but not least we got a coconut jelly oh wow super jelloy it just melts in my mouth [Music] wow really light dessert [Music] pretty good oh right i'm pretty cool i don't really know what else there is much to offer but finally got the gist of it really nice looking buffet over 50 items really really really nice dining area yeah i say biggest buffet in houston oh my god and this team is gonna get some more okay [Music] [Music] all right guys one last thing before i finish off my meal is the shaved ice that i saw earlier so i got condensed milk some syrups and chia seeds and red beans you guys saw that you can customize basically what you want to put in here oh that's so good all right i forgot i'm putting coconut milk too i'm just gonna drink it dessert i got another one of them big squishy
