Why Is The Punisher Immune To The Penance Stare?

hello everyone this is the Punisher Mythos and in this Edition we will discuss how The Punisher is immune to a supernatural ability known as the Penance stare for those who may not have an idea what this ability entails here it goes the Penance stare used by Ghost Rider is a supernatural ability that induces self-mortification by imposing him or her every negative action Behavior sensation and sins to the pain of others that individual has ever committed in their lifetime time its effects are similar to The Soul searing effect of Hellfire this stair is also notorious for leaving individuals in a catatonic state to fully understand the range and its Effectiveness it has immobilized individuals by the likes of galatis which is a Celestial being hence it is considered one of the strongest attacks in the Marvel Universe do you dare face the agony of those you have slain mortal or demon whichever you be be gone galaxus has no time for games this is No Game No feel the torment of a billion billion extinguished Souls experience the pain of Eternal [Music] guil my task is complete by leaving our galatis so how was the Punisher a mere human being able to fight off such an attack is Frank Castle that much of a beast or is it plot armor in order to answer this question we have to do two things one delve into Frank Castle's mindset and two Gain a deeper understanding of the penet St and how it should affect someone like The Punisher first things first Frank Castle is is a marine and to sum things up once they set their minds on completing a mission the only thing that will stop them from succeeding is death Frank is also a textbook Marine which means that he exemplifies the three tenants of Honor courage and commitment he refuses to lose and in his mind wrongs in the world do not write themselves moreover he has proven countless times that he is able to endure more than most and is ready to adapt and overcome any type of hardship or battle that is in front of him this mindset in itself negates the second element of the pendant stare and why it is so powerful he truly believes that what he is doing is right and serves a greater purpose Beyond himself and his late family the scope of his belief reaches the entire world because if he gets rid of the criminals they will never get to ruin anyone else's lives to spell it out he has no remorse and in order for the pendant St to fully work the element of remorse needs to be present Fring Castle has joined a few others on the list of powerful beings I might add that are immune to the pendant there he stands beside blackhe heart Venom Carnage Conan and even the Mad Titan Thanos who like Carnage enjoyed the experience of this powerful attack in conclusion I know people would like to just consider this to be plot armor but if you look deeper into Frank's heart and mindset you would understand why the pen and stare would be rendered futile he doesn't kill Innocents and ironically due to his Catholic background he may actually feel like he is doing God's work anyways let me know what you guys think about this let me know if you agree with my perspective or do you think it is just plot armor I look forward to seeing you guys thoughts in the comments make sure before you exit to like the video and if you haven't already please subscribe The Punisher Mythos is out [Music]
