suguru ghetto is one of the most powerful Sorcerers that the world of Jujutsu Kaizen has ever seen with a cursed technique powerful enough to take down Nations and physical stats impressive enough to allow him to clash with Yuta and Rika ghetto is undoubtedly a special great sorcerer deserving of Respect power wise and because of his immense strength I wanted to pit him up against the disaster cursed Spirits a group of curses that even to this day are some of the strongest and most dangerous forces we have gotten to see in Jiu Jitsu Kaizen so just like I did when I put Maki and Utah up against the disaster curve Spirits I will be talking about both sides of this matchup in order to determine who would win and why would ghetto's Arsenal in combat skills be great enough to take on the curse family or with the combined efforts of Dagon Hanami jogo and mahito be too much even for the special grade sorcerer starting off with the disaster curse Spirits it's clear that as special grade curses they automatically have access to ridiculous amounts of cursed energy and just generally are in a class of their own relative to the rest of ecos spirits we see in Jujutsu Kaizen even when looking at the likes of Dagon the weakest of the group it's pretty plain to see that he is a force to be reckoned with when confronted by the likes of naobito nanami and Maki we see that Dagon speed is high enough to react to the attacks of both nanami and Maki two characters that both have some pretty decent speed scaling Maki is the less impressive of the two but still is shown off the ability to react insanely fast and even at this point is considered a generally impressive Close Quarters combatant Dagon is so Superior to her in their encounter that Maki even notes that without the interference of nabito and his technique he would have simply killed her almost immediately after the fight started demonstrating that Dagon while not even taking her seriously is pretty soundly above Maki at least in the physical department and while this in and of itself is impressive reacting to outpacing and even just outright overpowering Anatomy at this point in time is where Dagon really starts to shine in the physical Department you see none of me during his time in Shibuya has the amp from working overtime active meaning that massive boosts in cursed energy is in effect and is definitely amping all of his stats similar to how we see when he fought against mojito this stat boost includes his speed and more importantly his strength now don't get me wrong Anatomy is no slouch in the speed Department as base Anatomy pretty easily scales to Yuji back in the vs Malita Arc meaning that nanami while under the effects of the overtime amp should be significantly faster than that and in terms of striking power we see that nanami is considered a physical equal with Shibuya Yuji this fact is important for Dagon scaling because not only do we see Dagon react anatomy in his fight but we also see him outright tank anatomy's ratio technical staining no damage which should place his durability pretty high especially when you consider that the whole point of the ratio technique is to force a weak point on the opponent and strike it with all of his might dagon's resilience is something we get pretty consistent mention of throughout his fight with numerous different characters and it is shown on many occasions by him resisting the attacks of everybody except toji and Maki while wielding playful cloud while he's clearly not at the top of the food chain physically it's still obvious that Dagon is quite the PowerHouse relative to your average jjk character and when looking outside of physical stats and observing his hacks and abilities we see that Dagon has a decently diverse moveset in his fight we see that he has the ability to fly create large swaths of water that completely surpass the likes of megamy's Max elephant create water Bridges strong enough to hold back the attacks of two grade ones and Maki and potentially many more as nabito posits that Dagon has more techniques up his sleeve on top of all this we see that Dagon has a domain expansion that he's able to open even without the use of hands fuels in this domain Dagon can summon an onslaught of fish he could guide me through the deployment of his Katniss technique admin this barrage of shikigami hits they are able to tear through nanami and nagito's durability to a decently High extend only really being saged because megamy came in and stopped the surehit effect of the domain overall even while being the youngest and weakest of the disaster cursed family Dagon has some pretty decent Feats that make him a pain for nearly anyone to go up against just like with Dagon Hanami is on the weaker end relative to their fellow disaster occur spirits but they are still an immense force to be reckoned with in the grand scheme of things much like Dagon as well Hanami also gets most of their Feats from fighting multiple opponents simultaneously and shows off their ridiculous resilience that surpasses everyone in their group may be barring awakened mahito not only is Hanami able to survive five separate black flashes from Yuji and a strike from Toto wielding playful Cloud but Hanami is also on top of this able to Simply take a ton of punishment from a black flash awakened Yuji and Toto pulling off crazy Boogie Woogie combinations so if there is one thing you need to know about Hanami it's that they are extremely tough and on top of being tough anime is also fast enough in combat to react to the attacks of Yuji and Toto and when given enough time is able to even start predicting and reacting to the attacks of Yuji and Toto with the assistance of Boogie Woogie along with being super durable and pretty fast Hanami also has physical striking power that isn't anything to sneeze at as they're able to draw blood from Yuji with individual attacks now just like Dagon Hanami is a decently powerful individual even when you just look at what they can do in close quarters economy really starts to shine though in the hacks and ability Department hanami's wood manipulation allows them to create structures varying in size speed power as well as an assortment of wooden attacks that can prove dangerous even to a grade one like aototo part of hanami's Plant manipulation also allows for the creation of cursed Buds and a field of flowers the former being a spread of bud-like attacks that attach to an opponent and drain them of course energy and the latter being a field of flowers that lowers the bloodlust and intentions of whoever Hanami is fighting and if Hanami is in a fight where none of these abilities seem to get the job done they can pull out their Trump cards the first of these last ditch effort abilities is a flower on their shoulder that in layman's terms shoots a [ __ ] ton of cursed energy out to obliterate their opponents and the real Ace in the Hole is hanami's domain expansion one we unfortunately didn't get to see unlike the other curse spirits but an ability that just like all of the other disaster curses should possess a sure hit technique that can close any Gap honed me may have in terms of speed when you combine hanami's toughness along with all of their other abilities much like Dagon it becomes clear why they hold the title of special grade curse when it comes to Raw Firepower and destructive ability jogo is hands down the disaster Chris's Ace in the Hole and jogo's power has been put on display numerous times even though it has mostly been up against higher level opponents once jogo really starts to get active in Shibuya we see him casually incapacitate characters like Maki nanami and navito all of these being semi-grade one two grade one level Fighters I've seen people downplay jogo because he didn't kill Maki or Anatomy but it's pretty clear that jogo wasn't taking anybody there seriously and therefore isn't indicative of his true AP we know that jogo isn't going all out because when he does we see that his fire blasts create much larger waves with destruction and if his normal heat blasts Aren't Enough somehow jogu even has enough Firepower to damage tsukuna with his maximum meteor if it hit of course and if all else fails and he decides that he needs to bring out his domain expansion I think kinjaku's words in chapter 134 of the manga supports the idea that Joe yoga's attack potency and efficiency would be even above the likes of Maximum meteor considering that domains are generally Superior to maximum techniques in terms of sorcery now aside from his high levels of attack potency joko's speed should be higher than that of Dagon and Hanami considering that Gage said jogo would defeat hanamina fight and now be so inanimate pretty explicitly state that jogo is on an entirely different level than Dagon in contrast to his High AP and speed scaling though we know pretty soundly that jogo's durability is nothing to write home about in the same chapter extra statement that Giga makes where he says that joke would be Hanami he also makes clear that hanami's durability greatly exceeds that of jogos because of this fact jogo is frail enough to be harmed by the likes of Base Yuji and Toto all the way back in the Goodwill Arc and we know this because Hanami who has higher durability was taking damage from base yuji's attacks this glass Cannon status makes jogo a useful but fragile component of the disaster curse family but in spite of this fragility joke is still a quick and lethal curse that even competent Sorcerers would fear to go up against thank you speaking of fear the final curse Spirit we need to cover before moving on to ghetto scaling is mahito the curse spirit that can kill a human in a dozen different ways Whenever discussing marito and his viability in a fight idle Transfiguration is the elephant in the room this technique makes it nearly impossible for him to take permanent damage unless you can attack his soul and if you are in the unfortunate majority the only way to deal with a curse Spirit like him is to Simply beat him down until he can't use cursed energy anymore which is not an easy feat to pull off in the slightest on top of being nearly unkillable with just a mere touch Mito is able to transfigure an opponent's soul and bypass their durability in order to deal extensive damage this damage varying based on the durability and general strength of the opponent that he's fighting this ability isn't really a one-hit KO against competent Sorcerers as we see with Toto and nanami but even with high level grade ones like them it's clear that soulmate manipulation presents quite a problem title Transfiguration also gives maito access to a stash of transfer good humans that do is bidding and add to his chaotic fighting style as we see numerous times throughout the series and if he gets really desperate he can forego his physical malleability and versatility in exchange for raw power durability and enhanced lethality that can push even the likes of Yuji to his absolute limits in this form Yuji makes it pretty clear that his base level attacks aren't getting anything done and that a max power black flash is the only way to finish the fight in addition to all of mytho's hacks he's also just a competent physical Force showing off the ability to fight evenly with Shibuya Yuji in physical combat and when press can even deal with the combined efforts of Toto and Yuji even better than Hanami could back in the Goodwill art we also see that marito can pretty consistently take the punishment that UD dishes out throughout their fight including three separate black flashes and dozens and dozens of regular strikes from Yuji itadori and he is also able to deal out himself giving Yuji a couple of scars that still to this day haven't quite healed yet when you combine all of this with mayito's tactical and twisted mine and a domain expansion that can be expanded and closed in 0.2 seconds I think it's pretty obvious that maito is the most dangerous and imposing of all of the cursed spirits so with all that being said is it enough are the combined efforts of the disaster curve Spirits enough to take on the special grade sorcerer that was even able to clash with Yuta Suga dugetto is a sorcerer that while not in the story for very long has an abundance of scaling Feats and statements that place him in the upper echelons of Jujutsu kaizen's Power Rankings his cursed technique her spirit manipulation allows for him to manipulate an army of curses so long as he consumes them making him a character that possibly has the most diverse set of hacks in the entire series and in volume zero we learned quite a bit about how formidable of a foe that ghetto can be with this technique as when he declares war on jiu Jutsu Society he states that he will be releasing 1 000 curse Spirits in Tokyo and one thousand curse Spirits in Kyoto giving this ghetto a minimum of 2 000 curse Spirits at his disposal and when he combines all of his curses to form a maximum Uzumaki he actually confirms himself that he has well over 4 000 curse Spirits in his possession with him likely having more before declaring war on Jujutsu society and having them exercise his curse Spirits in a conflict this means pretty simply that get to always has the numbers Advantage because of his technique and while a majority of his scar Spirit Army is made up of low-level cursed Spirits we have evidence that supports that ghetto can amp those curse spirits to the point of easily demolishing high-level characters like Yuji and shoso in chapter 203 of the manga kijaku states that by simply amplifying his curse spirits and swarming them on an opponent he can easily Trump the power of someone that possesses grade one level ability we also see this idea substantiated by kanjaku easily defeating Yuji with low-level curses at the end of Shibuya and ghetto using trash to your curse Spirits or restrict the movements of a special grade like Utah and in spite of the fact that ghetto lost Utah in their battle ginjaku's statement in chapter 133 confirms pretty matter-of-factly that if ghetto had not divided his forces between himself Tokyo and Kyoto he would have been able to you to a code to and this is not even a far-fetched idea considering the fact that ghetto had already displayed the ability to go toe-to-toe with Rika and you to simultaneously and not even take him all that seriously so to make what I said extremely clear just with his curse technique ghetto was able to summon an army of cursed spirit that exists in the thousands a swarm of these cursed Spirits are strong enough to absolutely demolish characters on the level of shoso and Yuji and if ghetto had been going all out against you to kinjaku confirms that he would have been able to defeat him with volume zero also confirms about ghetto and his technique is that he's able to absorb special grade curved Spirits as the Crux of his entire plan relies on him being able to kill you to and capture Rika giving him the strength to deal with someone on Gojo's level now obviously this doesn't actually come to pass but when supported by the fact that we see ghetto bring out a special grade of his own and the fact that ghetto seems to have no trouble absorbing special grade level curses into his army it shows that under the right circumstances even the likes of the disaster curses aren't safe from his technique they most likely would require some form of damage to be dealt to them before they can be absorbed considering the conditions that getso mentioned back in chapter 73 but it still leaves the option on the table for him to turn the tide of the battle with the disaster curses due to his very powerful and very unique ability and if a curse technique that would already make ghetto qualify as a special grade wasn't enough we know that he's also a close quarter specialist who possesses playful cloud with which he is able to hold off the combined efforts of Yuta and Rika in volume zero at same time keep in mind volume zero Rica should be stronger than the Rika we see you to possess later on in the manga because of all of the added restrictions and limitations we see that she falls under and as you might be able to guess being stronger than even a weakened Rika is no small feat because not only does this mean you are strong enough to completely immobilize Yuji with physical Force but it also makes you stronger and more durable than manga Utah a character who can Palm Granite Blast from ishigori ishigori having the highest curse energy output in the entire killing games volume zero Rika being Superior to all of that at least in terms of physical output and ghetto being able to hold off for attacks while synced up with yutas means that ghetto is very casually one of the top tier jjk characters in terms of physicality he should also be absolutely trouncing should be a yuji's attack potency when using playful cloud and in terms of speed we see that kinjaku when using his body and curse energy is able to easily Dodge piercing blood which is an attack that had Yuji struggling while fighting joso volume zero Feats also support this because Rika is shown to be able to react to in tagi shiguri who is keeping Pace with Yuta and Yuta is able to show relativity to Eugene combat while restricting himself pretty consistently and to top off all of the ridiculous physical Feats that ghetto has at his disposal we also have to acknowledge his insane durability which in the volume Zero movie ghetto was shown to be able to hold up against the voice of a black flash from Utah akotsu with minimal bruising to his face showing that no matter what ghetto will not be an easy opponent to put down but with all this being said ghetto is still going up against four unregistered special grade curses at one time he's still fighting curse spirits that are monsters in their own right so Willie strength and versatility be enough or will the quality of curse Spirits be enough to Trump the quantity that ghetto holds when looking at ghetto versus disaster curses there are so many different things that come into play into determining who would win because unlike the other versus battles where one side of the match has a hard counter for the other right off the bat it isn't clear whether ghetto has all of the necessary pieces to Trump the disaster curse Spirits or if the curses have what it takes to defeat ghetto for starters ghetto is pretty clearly the superior physical fighter when compared to the disaster curses and it's not really all that close Dagon Hanami and marito all have very very direct scaling that is relative to or below that of yuji's in terms of speed strength and durability and as I mentioned when going over ghetto stats no matter how you slice it ghetto is stronger than that by a pretty significant margin with playful Cloud he hits hard enough to damage a Rika stronger than the one that immobilized Yuji he's strong enough to block that weakness attacks even while also fighting Utah He's fast enough to deal with the likes of two special grade level combatants and and kenjaku shows off the ability to casually Dodge piercing blood which isn't something that Yuji ever showed he could pull off now for all those wondering why I keep using kinjaku as a supporting Benchmark for ghetto's physical ability it's because we know that his cursed energy in physical body is the exact same as ghetto's once was Gojo actually confirms this in chapter 90 and if the six eyes are telling Gojo that the two in body and cursed energy are the same I think we can pretty safely say that they are the same now this is important because cursed energy and innate physical strength are the two things that compose a sorcerer's overall physical ability it's why Utah is so strong in spite of his lack of innate physical strength because his curse energy makes up for it and it's why ug in terms of physical strength is so overwhelming because while this cursed energy isn't anything to write home about is innate physical ability is so with that being said I think it's pretty safe to say that kinjaku and ghetto are relative in the physical Department no I'm not saying they're equals in terms of who would win in an actual fight but physically these two should be on pretty even footing that being said you have a pretty easy way to show that ghetto is mopping the floor with 75 of the disaster curses when it comes to a fist fight and in regards to jogo and his stats well we don't have necessarily a straight up alignment or a straight up comparison to Yuji in the same way that we do with the other curses it's clear that durability wise he wouldn't hold up to many attacks from ghetto because his durability is lower than that eponymies and while his speed showings are impressive nothing that he does actually implies or demonstrates that he would be faster than ghetto in any capacity he should be well beyond Dagon in terms of speed but considering the fact that ghetto should be as well this statement doesn't mean much in the context of this match placing him in a similar unfortunate category as all of the other curse Spirits versatility wise he also has the curse Spirits beat because of the sheer quantity of curses that he can produce and use to swarm his opponents while mauito can conjure up several transfigured humans jogo can send a small swarm of bugs and Dagon potentially being able to conjure shikigami outside of his domain expansion it's pretty clear to me that even when all of these arsenals are combined they don't even begin to compare to the likes of ghettos and this fact combined with the fact that he can amp low-level cursed swarms to the point that they are easily trumping the durability and strength of characters like chozo and Yuji I think it's pretty clear that ghetto even while fighting a 4v1 doesn't have the numbers that defended in this latest and he'd actually be working with a numerical massive Advantage because he has enough curses to simultaneously attack the entire cursed group and still have some left in reserve attacks economy's curse buds wouldn't be a problem for ghetto as it would be well within his ability to react to and block with a curse Spirit a tactic that we have seen him pull off numerous times in the series curse Spirit manipulation also would give him the freedom to attack each curse Spirit one at a time and slowly Whittle down their forces and to completely be honest you know between you and me personally saying slowly might be me down playing ghetto strength because he could probably tear through the likes of jogo and Dagon with just a few swings of playful Cloud if he really put his all into it and on top of just being able to tear through their forces and eliminate them if need be ghetto would also have the option of absorbing the disaster curses and adding them to his own Squad this literally means that as the disaster occurs Spirits lose allies ghetto would be getting stronger and stronger adding more and more allies to his side of the battle the one Hail Mary that the cursed Spirits have is their domain expansions because as weird as it is we don't actually have any proof that ghetto himself ever had a domain or even a counter domain kind of technique which would leave him vulnerable to domain expansions and their sure hit effects you may argue that it's absurd to say that ghetto as a special grade doesn't have a domain or even something like a simple domain and while I would probably agree with you I think for the sake of charitability we should say that ghetto himself is devoid of a domain expansion and in the event that say someone like mahito opens his domain as soon as the battle starts it's possible that the disaster curve Spirits eke out a win and take down ghetto immediately however I don't think an action like this is in character for any of the disaster Spirits as they've all shown time and time again that they reserve the use of their domain expansions so they are pushed to their limits Dagon also is the only curse spirit that is shown to be able to intentionally allocate their sure hit techniques with some sort of discrimination likely eliminating a domain from Hanami jogo and Mojito's Minds due to them not wanting to thin out their ranks any further than they have to Via Friendly Fire I want to acknowledge that the immediate domain expansion opening is technically a win card for the disaster Chris's so if you do want to argue that that is in character for them you do your thing go right ahead that's how get to loses now in the more likely event that the cursed Spirits don't open their domain immediately almost as soon as the fight starts ghetto will probably have already defeated Dagon and possibly jogo meaning that he will be able to unleash a counter domain using her spirit manipulation something we see ghetto do back in the hidden inventory Arc and something kenjaku also demonstrates the ability to do when he fights against meimei this would allow him to count after any domain expansion thrown his way with the domain of another one of the cursed spirits and with domains being eliminated from the table as a viable option to defeat him I think ghetto would be able to Brute Force his way into taking down a three out of four of the disaster curses with a little bit of difficulty and maybe a little bit of injury if you're once again charitable to jogo Hanami and Dagon the one that would remain standing in my mind is mahito not because he's particularly strong or that he has some like unique advantage that would make ghetto sweat but more because idle Transfiguration makes him so hard to put down for good I don't really think that this technique would present a problem for ghetto in the sense that his soul would be the one getting distorted simply because he has a technique that allows him to fight at a distance and is physically Superior to mojito however I do think he would draw out this battle further forcing ghetto to Simply bombard him with enough attacks to force moyito to constantly use idle Transfiguration and burn him out of cursed energy something that both nanami and marito himself posted as a valid strategy to get around harming his soul if you are powerful enough to do that ghetto can make it easier on himself though because he doesn't have to actually exercise malito at all all he'd need to do is weaken him enough so that he would fall victim to her spirit manipulation which would spell defeat for the disaster curse Spirits I certainly don't think that this would be the easiest fight for ghetto but when you look at what this guy can do and the magnitude of different abilities techniques a number of bodies that he has at his disposal combined with the fact that he literally can just absorb these curses and add them to his own team it's kinda hard to Envision a scenario where he gets taken down the disaster curses May pose a decent threat for ghetto and probably do will down his forces quite a bit but in exchange I think he's walking out of this fight with a new set of unregistered special grade cursed Spirits if you want to see me cover other versus Battle content like this on the channel including how I think Maki and Yuta handle the disaster curse Spirits you can click on any of the videos on screen I hope you enjoyed the video and I'll see you in the next one
