WHY DO MARINES HATE SAILORS?

oh my god I just heard the funniest joke Marines you know what they ought immense Department of the Navy oh my never did that one ever know that that's freaking hilarious whoever keeps saying that on every video where I mentioned the Marine Corps you guys are hilarious dude and original stay tuned and watch if you want to find out why Navy and Marine Corps don't get along what is up guys you're right into this topic and that is the brother-sister relationship oh you guys are going to say the sister is the Navy but the relationship between the Marine Corps and the Navy and why butt heads let's understand how Marine Corps and Navy interact we as Navy do a lot of support functions for the Marine Corps the Marine Corps does a lot of support functions for the Navy we work together I think a lot of times Marines forget that and well yes you guys are more of a crown and fibia Sasol component of the Navy guess what you're still part of the Navy if you didn't know chain of command was the Commandant of the Marine Corps actually reports the Secretary of the Navy but you're really not even your own boss if you think about it we'll let you keep thinking that as we like you and we are understanding enough to say we need you and we like you because I don't want to go do your job this is because I was the idiot that sign up for corpsman I'm a Navy corpsman and we go with you guys and I signed up not even really understand the job so yeah I know I'm gonna say yeah I'm probably gonna end up on the ground with you guys either way we'll see what happens hopefully nothing in the near future core aviation will interact or operate with Navy aviation as well but this is just a brotherhood of someone saying they're bigger than the other and we get it and a lot of people consider the Navy poke or person other than runs people that aren't fighting even infantry will probably try and discredit every Navy SEAL on this planet saying that they are more badass than them end up going on what we're called marine expeditionary unit or Muse and this is where a lot of times where Marines will be on the all vessels and get dropped off at a place in order to perform their job or function find you they are writing along with the Navy so the Marines are not permanently attached that ship they're not going to perform maintenance really do much with cooking the food they've made arguments and people to help they're not gonna be ones that are maintaining the boat or doing much of that stuff yes they what time to help out but the main crew is going to be Navy that our maintenance and keeping that ship afloat imagine you're at your house hanging out then all of a sudden you get a lot of rowdy kids that just want to hang out they don't clean up after themselves they take all your food they take your gym away they use up your showers and you have to sit there and you're working the entire time well they get to sit there and not do as much as you are because you're part of the Navy where a lot of Navy sailors get the idea that Marines are just rambunctious rowdy bunches of Marines yes this is one of the reasons why the log of and the Navy get mad at Marines because you're gonna have marine hours versus Navy hours on these ships this is just one aspect the other aspect is very different which I have the privilege of being able to be a Navy corpsman I didn't know the corpsman or probably some of the very few people that the Marines will respect and I don't respect people either way it's in a joking manner but in a real respect you'll see a lot of Navy guys don't get the same credibility or respect amongst Marines but that's usually different for someone that has been on one of the Meuse or marine expert steering units is they see the Navy life from the earth whoa I didn't know how much work goes into being in the Navy being on a ship being isolated locked up all these things where if you see a marine that's been on a boat they will have more respect for the average sailor because they understand what it means to be a sailor but overall many Marines are gonna respect Navy corpsman over really most other jobs than maybe because that's one of the jobs they interact with the most including our peace with your religious program specialist and as well as some personnel men and logistics specialists they can also be with Marine Corps units even though it's not as common yes they will respect for me that's because we end up being on the frontlines with them so a lot of times you're you'll hear Marines say stuff like the only Navy people I respect or enjoy are my corpsman much as you're gonna have Navy corpsman on the ship for the people or that crew on that ship we're Marines that you're gonna have corpsman that go with the Marines and they're gonna be attached so a lot of times what you'll see is the corpsman and medical staff will treat the Marines on board while you're there and then the blue side or the other point that are on the ship permanently will treat the sailors and that's that the other benefit of this is if you are a corpsman on one of these conflicting relationships you have the marine hours but you also have the Navy hours so if you want to PT on the Navy time you can always claim that your Navy but also the same time when serene hours you can say I'm Marine Corps so really performing you kind of get to play the best of both worlds and you get to ride this line of just grown old Marines and the disgruntled sailors and how that works out again I hope most people understand that this feud or whatever you want to call that is actually it's just bickering really it's someone trying to say that they have a bigger the other person anyway if you guys want to know more information about the military you can
