What kind of summer camp magic is this? Puppies at camp? Camp with puppies! Just look at these puppies. "I love you! I love you!" "He likes you!" So, why are these puppies at camp? It all started with a rescue. "Do you wanna be rescued? Come here, little guy!" The rescuers wanted to help the puppies find people to love them forever and they knew exactly how they'd do it. All the way across the country, a camp called Crane Lake takes care of rescued puppies every year. At the end of the summer, each puppy gets adopted by one special camper. It would be the perfect spot for these puppies. Camp was about to begin and it would take over 24 hours to drive the puppies there, but the rescuers were going to do whatever it took. That meant...road trip! "Today is the day you get to leave and go to camp." The day was finally here. "Bye bye, sweet girl." The puppies were excited, but a little nervous. They didn't know anyone else at camp. What if they didn't like the food? Would they have to take a bath, like, everyday? To help them feel safe, their rescuers packed them their favorite toys and then they were off. When they pulled up at camp, they could hear the campers outside. The puppies weren't sure what to expect. Who were all these new people? But they got the best camp welcome. The puppies were like, "Hello, hi! Are you our bunkmates?" "Will you be adopting us?" Then it was time to see their bunks. They had their own cabins, just like the other campers. This was where they were gonna spend the whole summer? They felt so lucky. Wait, is that a goat? Everything was so different. The puppies started to feel homesick. They didn't know anybody here, and there were so many strange sounds. Get outta here, goats. It was starting to feel like nothing was familiar. Until... "We're happy to have you here!" "Are you excited about it?" Soon, it was time to officially meet the other campers. "I know you're excited." At first, the puppies were a little shy. They had never been around so many people before. Why was everyone paying so much attention to them? They just wanted to fit in. But the campers knew the puppies just needed time. They remembered what it was like on their first day. And soon, the puppies were like, "OK, we could get used to this." "I think one of the dogs licked my mouth." "Yeah. That's so adorable." The puppies' first day of camp was over and they had to go back to their bunks. But they didn't want to stop playing, they wanted to stay with their friends and- "We're not tired, we swear." In seven weeks, the puppies would be getting matched with four new families and would drive off to their forever homes. But the summer was just beginning, and they couldn't wait to find out where they fit in. Not only that, they still needed names! And at this camp, the puppies choose their own names. The campers have a lot of opinions. "I swear, the third one, it's gotta be Wolftron 3000." "His name should be Runaway." "If that one doesn't get named Cookie it's a shame." "Francis. "Francis?"
