Who Will Be The META DPS Specs of 10.1.5? | Gambling Edition

yes yes guys I understand this beautiful technology where people in the year of the lore the 2023 can cut their hair let's just not point this out anymore okay now what we have for today this is Monday we are now one day a couple of days away from the release of patch 10.1.5 so it's time to throw out some gambles it's time to throw out some bets on what's gonna happen at the beginning of this patch now because I am a betting man myself today we are going to point out which of the specs We Believe are going to become very powerful now this is not backed by any science this is not backed by any Theory or any type of convincing data analysis made by some expert this ranking has been revealed to me in a dream this is the best type of ranking you can have in life so today we're going to go over the BPS specs and try to figure out based also on this thing right here based on the balance tuning that comes in a couple of days how well are they going to be doing in the next batch I want to use this for for a laugh just to see in the next couple of weeks just how write my hunches were about the the specs being buffed I'm sorry Rogues and then compare them compare them to my initial reactions of the release of this patch we have we have just for fun a couple of tier lists actually one is the meta tier list this is very simply just you know how do we feel certain specs are going to go in the meta once the patch Lodge issues and then we have the other tier list which is how certain this actually is you know how likely it is that this spec is eventually going to end up being very very powerful we're gonna have we're gonna have some specs which are likely going to be very high in both they're likely going to be flavor of the month while being quite likely to be flavor of the month While others might be a little bit more risky to to bet your your life savings on so let's start quickly from the DPS we go over the bks ignoring ignoring our blood friend which we will do likely in a later video for tanks and healers starting with frost my point with frost given also the balance tooling that happens with frost which is this so there is no balance tuning for frost okay at the moment Frost is not particularly meta in with the glass as you can see here Frost is not even very popular in in all key levels I'm not even talking about 20s and higher just all key levels is not even strong in the raid yes technically they are doing quite well but we all know it's a ruse right we all know it's a mean it doesn't really matter so for 10.1.5 frost is gonna stay here okay people won't laugh at you for playing Frost not okay okay maybe they will laugh behind your back okay maybe they will laugh behind your back if you play Frost but it's not that weak now the chances of this yeah you can gamble your house on it I don't think much of anything is going to change for frost DK same kind of can be said for Unholy which is also not really changing a lot so Unholy unlike Frost is doing a little bit better in the raid it's more popular it's still performing well in multi-plus yes it's slightly more popular but still not a meta spec in Mythic plus so this time okay fine people shouldn't laugh at you if you're playing anolly DK I agree and the likelihood of this happening yeah yeah I would say it's quite certain that both Frost and anole will more or less remain in their current state in 10.1.5 do do not many changes then we have half of Pokemon hunter now Havoc Demon Hunter much like these two is receiving zero changes they have been buffed in single Target very slightly a few days ago in a hot fix a difference between DK and Havoc is that Havoc is very popular yes it's not doing particularly well even if you look at for example single Target the major weakness of avoc Demon Hunter is not doing too well but it's still a very popular spec in the raid it is still amongst the more played in MIDI class this number might look small but in the end it's the you know third to Fourth close to Rogue most popular melee spec so I would say that you know have a Cleveland Hunter will remain meta for the time being and I think the likelihood of avocademon Hunter remaining meta is quite High the only reason why I don't put it higher is because vengeance is rising vengeance is becoming more popular we might have a situation where more Vengeance become tanks in the raid and if you have a Vengeance tank in the raid suddenly you don't need a Havoc Demon Hunter DPS anymore and considering as we mentioned Havoc Demon Hunter DPS is not doing too well they might start losing a little bit of value in the raid because they get replaced by Vengeance the monitors but it's only you know it's it's a distant possibility I would say I wouldn't bet my house on it so that's where we put Havoc Demon Hunter after Demon Hunter we have Druids so Druids we have both balance and feral which unlike these first two classes do receive a bunch of changes Druid is getting a few changes to the general tree and then they are getting decent amount of changes for feral and way more changes for balance the problem with feral despite the few amount of changes that at the moment they are at the absolute bottom both in terms of performance and in terms of popularity a close to the bottom beating a few other you know Niche hipster specs animated plus they remain wait they Remain the second I believe no third third third least played Melody DPS spec in MIDI glass so the changes coming are not going to be enough for them to improve that much as well as the big old problem of feral which is the community perception of the spec being quite poor no matter what they are doing for some reason people still don't want to play with ferals so I mean yes I mean you do get laughed at if you play Pharaoh I mean you get you you get laughter you can play feral there is not much else to say okay it's just it's just gonna happen so that's the state for feral in 10.1.5 when it comes to the chances of this happening I mean it's it's quite likely it's quite likely that Pharaoh will continue to be quite disappointing overall the question for balance it's a bit more of a question mark because the amount of changes they receive is significant technically if we go back and look at their Sims right now it's not that much is changing in terms of power for balance even with all these adjustments to their spells however unlike feral balance through it has remained more popular as you can see the performance is still poor like feral but their popularity is very very different and this is for the raid and just the same it is formative plus where here they stay somewhat even with the rest of the pack of ranged and when you go to towards the highest Keys that's the second most popular spec and we can consider the 10.1.5 changes overall for balance to be above so given that it's a buff I don't think it's going to be straight up plain flavor of demand no way but they will still stay meta overall as a spec the likelihood of this to happen I'm pretty confident in the changes going for for balance 3 in 10.1.5 to be positive so I would I would put them in a reasonably safe choice for them to become or to remain relevant in 10.1.5 after the Druid we have Devastation of Walker which is getting very very few changes the Mastery change with the base damage increase this shouldn't change too much of the state of Devastation which is at the moment the second most popular spec in the raid as well as one of the better performing and it has been so for most of the tier in with the class it's not nearly as popular even in the highest of keys you know sometimes every every once in a while you do see one Devastation of a cover or so which is still good because if you show up in the absolute top key is it still means your overall a pretty good spec so even with the changes coming I would say Devastation worker is gonna stay meta and the likelihood of this given the changes are not that drastic are yeah I'm more certain on the bus station remaining remaining popular after the station we we have hunters um this is the entirety of the changes for hunters at the moment Hunters are not living a very good life even though we have this Mastery being very popular beastmastery is a tragedy so you know even when you're going with the class you know this is this is the hunter symmetic plus this is you know look at the drop from 20 to 25 and you know why do we have to go and look at survival you know this uh this is not too good of a patch overall for hunters so I would say a survival you get laughed at 100 maximum ship you don't get laughed at but you know it's kind of a meme and Beast Mastery Hunter fine people won't laugh at you mostly because there are so many Hunters that you see every day that you get tired at laughing at them so this masturbate being the more popular one is gonna be a a middling pick the likelihood of this happening I would say is guaranteed for survival to remain quite average I'm not nearly as sold of these two specs that's mostly because they have they have they have went up and down they have surpassed each other and then getting surpassed by the other one over and over again so I'm not sure how how will this continue in 10.1.5 in in their power level between fighting against each other for for hunters the hardest all our predictions is of course Mage that's because there is a massive rework coming so by default before even looking at their position in the meta we can just put all of them in here because I'm not I'm not certain of anything that's gonna happen when it comes to Mage in my preliminary Visions revealed to me once more in a dream I'm gonna say that fire is gonna be favor of the month after the batch Arcane is still going to be very good and frost will be middling that would be my ideal reaction to the patch comment with absolutely no data to back it up after this you have monk monk has received a reasonable amount of changes compared to the few other specs we have seen not getting touched at all so at least monk gets something that something is more relevant for brewmaster more so than Windwalker which once more gets nothing so given the current situation of wind walker which is pretty poor performance and also pretty failing popularity in the raid as well as once you go in Mythic plus they have been losing over time their popularity when it comes to Mythic plus so windwater is ironically the worst looking one of the three specs perhaps together with the the good old you know people might start sneakering behind your back a little bit because why are you so stubborn why do you continue trying to play Windwalker it's clearly not gonna happen it wasn't happening last season it's definitely not happening this season so just give up and play something else when it comes to the chances of this happening when it comes to windwater I mean purely based by how little they scale over time with gear and the fact that they are receiving no changes I'm pretty certain they will remain at this level then we have Paradigm okay so for Paladin we're only talking about red because we are living holy for a different video rat is receiving nothing it's just a compensation for the annulative Nerf and then the Mana change to all of the hybrid specs red has still been doing fine even though when it goes to very very high Keys it's not nearly as popular still though being 15 in 25 plus Keys means you're very strong means you're being brought quite often and then once you go back to the 20 Keys absolute domination of red in the raid much like this Mastery which is here and here in popularity and balance which is here and here in popularity wrecked is first and yet they are not doing too well I still think this will likely slowly go down over time there is still the issue that's very likely this is not nearly as important as have a climate Hunter but paladins nowadays need two auras in the raid you want devil Aura and you want retribution Aura so you have one Holy Paladin you must have either a prot paladin or a red Paladin that is likely what is going to continue to keep red padding quite relevant even if their performance is a little bit expiring in in power I still think they will remain a quite popular spec I think I they can still retain their flavor of the month title I'm not too certain self but when you look at this you know that the sheer amount of popularity that the spec has across across the most you know the the biggest bracket of a competitivity classes shows you just how how flavor of the month they are because of this popularity so I think they for now they still do deserve the title of of being quite quite popular the chances of this happening perhaps I'm not certain they will remain flavor of the month s I'm not gonna back house on it I'm not even super certain actually I'm gonna stay here for Rex Paladin but you know just by looking around and the amount of popularity the spec has I still think it's going to remain quite popular in 10.1.5 after Paladin you have priests and Priests only entail shadow shadow is receiving mostly Mana changes to the to their spec Shadow as we know it's a very popular spec in the raid it's performing reasonably well in the raid in with the class we know this you know give me the plus they have flavor of demand status not really too much changes in 10.1.5 they have already been nerfed so if any if anything was going to make them weaker it would have already happened it didn't happen so Shadow will likely remain flavor of the month and I am also going to be betting my house on the fact that they will remain a flavor of the month spec in particular in the class due to the many the many mandatory Master Spells for example required in with the class I still think Shadow priests will remain very very popular then the saddest point of the video it's wrong so Outlaw subtlety are receiving some damage compensations for the nerfing of the amulet and assassination is receiving nothing now assassination is doing very poorly together with Outlaw subtlety is the only one that kept up a little bit more in performance and in popularity compared to the other two rope specs in with the class is the same tune it's just subtlety roll so overall I would still consider subtlety an overall meta spec but when it comes to Outlaw and assassination you know it starts to become a little bit stale their position towards the bottom compared to subtlety chances of this happening considering the few amount of changes I don't think much of anything is going to change especially for Saturday as well as assassination for Outlaw I think it's fitting for Outlaw to be put in the illegal gambling category they might you know maybe maybe with them being being given a bigger buff a compensation buff than subtlety maybe it's gonna increase a little bit in power compared to assassination which is just dead in the water right now that's my only take for Outlaw then we have Shaman with two specs Elemental and enhancement they do receive changes in particular enhancement way more so than Elemental it's sad because you will be expecting way more changes to Elemental given that Elemental is doing wars an announcement even if the performance doesn't show it elementally is supposedly performing better and enhancement in the rail and answering to remain way more popular they are also way more mandatory in the rate than Elemental because they have wind Theory totem also in with the class enhancement remains a reasonably popular spec especially if you go higher in Keys it's the second third most played mainly spec so compared to Elemental of course which is just not played so the changes being more positive overall towards enhancement and barely any changes to Elemental brings me to believe that Elemental will remain a niche spec while announcement will remain a meta spec the chances of this happening I am pretty certain uh Elemental will not really change its power level given the full amount of changes for enhancement personally I am not too certain of this I mostly put them here because of the still the power they have between Fury totem which is likely going to remain a staple especially in the rain not as much as music class but definitely definitely in the raid I'm saying this because you know with the reworks of Mages the Russian Mages becoming more meta the the requirement of a blood loss is much less needed limited plus you want to nearly need a an announcement Shaman as often anymore so maybe that's what's going to change the the power levels of the spec in the glass after Shaman you have warlock warlock is receiving plenty of changes now they are not nearly as game breaking or game defining as the ones for Mages but they are significant and all three of them all three stacks are positive at the moment you have the better performer demo with the other two specs being quite poor when it comes to MIDI class it's difficult to say which of the twist back is not the poor one because they are all garbage so it's difficult to put them in perspective when it comes to the meta they are much more on the Mage level where trying to guess how they will do is going to be much harder now for demo I would be more certain of my decision but for these two specs it's gonna be harder as I said not nearly as drastic as Mages but still quite you know quite dangerous in in the decision so I think demo is going to be flavor of the month regardless of how different their their power level will change with their weakening of their bursts and making their overall damage stronger same for Destro I think that's true is going to become more powerful and affliction I think will become less of a mean overall again it's much harder to get for these two but I think the Buffs are powerful enough to make them become a little bit better than the poor as state they are in right now or Affliction especially immedi class not as much in the raid in particular in with the class the last of our classes and specs is the one that is not even here in the first place in terms of changes are the two Warriors at the moment arms and fury are doing reasonably fine in the raid as well as reasonably fine in with the plus but this one only for Fury Warrior and not arms so my my definition of these two specs would be for Fury Warrior to continue to be an overall popular spec in The Meta range and for arms to also continue to be one tier below mostly because of the clear difference we have in middle class they might be closer in the raid sure but the difference right now is with the glass is too big and there are not enough changes in 10.1.5 to to expect anything different so how certain I am of this I would say I'm pretty certain when it comes to Fury Warrior I am perhaps less certain when it comes to Arms arms is a more volatile spec for some reason it tends to go up and down a little bit more than than Fury so I'm not nearly as certain as what's gonna happen to to Arms Warrior but this will be the final picture of 10.1.5 these specs being flavor of the month these specs remaining quite meta this one becoming relevant or if not relevant at least you know average decent enough and then the bottom specs will start to be quite laughed at made final bullied perhaps even and this is the the certainty the chances of of this happening in 10.1.5 it's going to be interesting to see where I would slot augmentation and Walker in this you know if this was if this was augmentation of course I would put augmentation with yourself of the month and I came back to my house on this that's going to be quite obvious to bet on it's the new spec even if it's gonna be absolute garbage it's gonna be favor of the month for at least a month or so because of of being because of the new element right so that's the current situation we have right now as far as the DPS this is my personal my personal besting space that I will revisit in a couple of weeks three weeks or so once the patch launches to see just how many of these things were correct maybe you were completely wrong maybe it's fire image that becomes a meme and maybe it's Frost image that becomes flavor of the month maybe we messed up the warlocks maybe it's Affliction that becomes meta and the change to demo completely breaks the spec we will see you will see in a few weeks how many of these were correct predictions for 10.1.5 however after this is done please let me guys know if you have any any different major predictions for 10.1.5 maybe you think one of these packs is is massively
