get their confidence in their respect well I think that's one of the good things when you're young is they they kind of trust you a little bit and they're willing to confide in you a little bit more so it's a great job and it's really rewarding work - how many kids do you work with and the course of the year will see over 110 students that I get to know an intimate basis and stay in contact with
