[Music] [Music] [Music] after we failed to reach our destination the first night we set off in the morning and auto tempest finally revealed the location where they were holding our dream cars hostage tyler's manila folder of a car was alive and well thanks to a roadside repair that wasn't exactly family friendly freddy's maxima was firing on all cylinders despite its attempts to vibrate his spine into a fine paste my s4 was everything my 18 year old self could have wanted from a car the ant farm would have fascinated me back then as well i had to concede though they weren't the greatest of things to mix together [Music] hi hello oh yes we're here how are you my name is finally safe and sound you like the maxima that much huh good but this this one's better i like the extra 500 horsepower that might that might be true so it appears a race track yes where we can do race car things race cars things in our race your cars hopefully not that right well we should go look around the track a bit so why don't we all hop in the s4 and i'll show you around i'm not getting in that car i'm allergic to ants we killed most of them and jerry has the rest of them under control we can how calm you are back there all right so a technical course obviously you want to bring a 300 td wagon that's exactly right have you ever tried your sls tyler no no never never tracked a 300 td either hoping that happens you look like a natural right this is ridiculous only thing keeping me from hitting you is my arm welded to your door panel congratulations on surviving the journey in your first don't know man it seems like it's a really good handling automobile just performance all throughout the momentum is my only only chance knowing that the outcome of this police chase probably wasn't going to end with tyler getting away he did what he does best and unleashed his inner karen and demanded special treatment this really isn't fair i have a half or a third of the horsepower it i think he already has one of those like a like an emotional handicap or a physical handicap a five second head start is not going to do it but i'll take whatever i can get three two one go wow that was exciting oh the start wasn't but your screaming was really nice yeah yeah it's louder than tyler's car though all right i think this needs to be said kids stay in school don't run from the police don't do drugs and don't buy one of these cars i made that mistake it's such a grandpa car he'd get away faster if he had one of those little scooters from the grocery store or the rascals yeah go go low level drug dealer not even a real drug dealer he just found something he thought was drugs once and he sold it behind a kmart oh this understeer is horrendous when did this turn end and they are he has something in the car that yes cannot find he has so much experience doing this that is why he is about a mile away from the right now now this is probably not the safest car financially or in terms of not dying that you could give to some young person but boy am i glad that i got to have it it spreads on every curve oh it's fun oh what a car there we go [Music] he's obviously done this so doing it for the kids yeah okay auto tempest sent us a video message from their nascar driver i've been racing for 22 years and been a wide variety of vehicles but nothing like the range of what you guys have out here today your challenge is a race but not a normal race you will begin by doing a lap in your first cars and then you will come into the pits jump in your dream cars and do another lap remember smooth is fast and power down after the apex do you know what the most important rule of going fast is don't blow up this is right up my alley this is going to be a ball right up your alley i got him there we go come on ain't ready now i gotta reel it in ed's car with five cylinders is still oh pretty dang fast it is down on power but it is not down on grip there we go little understeer that's exactly what we want to do ready you're not keeping up with that ah yes oh i'm sorry i'm sorry you're gonna be okay hold on i got a few more turns a little straight there we go all right put to the floor pin we got to maintain all the momentum we can in this thing and hold on ah all right 25 in the pits 25 in the pits 45 in the pits my goodness it's so bad at low speed what did they do all right and stopped out [Music] and the pits freddie is not too far ahead but i gotta slow down to 25 miles an hour here oh ed's already out of his car one's already in this car [Music] freddie's getting out of his car where's my keys oh you're in good shape i've got clearance here we are yes go go go go go i still do not see freddie in my rear we have got some clearance where is tyler dang it the shifter linkages on these old things come on you're really on that guardrail aren't you all right let's try this again i am so far behind now god all right are you parked [Music] getting onto the track there we go oh yes i've never done that before and i'm completely out of breath old mercedes shifter linkages it's it's gonna take a miracle for me to have to bring this in but this is a miracle car here come on let's go that's car has to break and freddie just has to drive like freddie and maybe we'll catch them oh come on come on dps you're made for this oh [Music] crap car stalled out okay come on come on [Music] oh there's tyler break breakfast breakfast i don't have that ceramic breaks but i don't care we're gonna use all the steel here oh where's this ready he spun out let's go uh-oh uh-oh uh oh that's not good it's telling me uh to check my tires i think i blew a tire it made it all of 30 seconds now i have to just find ed come on car a little sideways there they do say the sls is tail happy i've never driven on the track before but it i think it's the best car i have ever driven on the track [Music] oh i love this car that audi was a reminder of a great great time in my life but i'll tell you this is the greatest time in my life it is too big it is too heavy it is too crazy but it is too fantastic yes [Music] here we go across the line boom that is what i'm talking about cross the line i did not find it first place first place first place that was a fun game we should do that again and wins and wins ed on the podium ed i would have had you easily you never easily if my mercedes diesel didn't become self-aware and just saunter away into the guardrail i had to run after it what then come back and then try and reel you in which was impossible but if it were not for that i'd be i'd be up here no no this is my rightful spot this is edwin's this time not tyler edwin yes that's that's your name i don't know i suppose where's freddy oh there he is oh well freddie spun a corner that he shouldn't have spun in there's a lot of opportunity there to not mess up is it hissing um a little bit it's fine it's just letting all the excess air out dude your car was like oiling down the entire track no it was not yes it was no it does a lot of things it continued to misfire my check engine light came back on but now it's off and the car was all i needed freddie you got to stand there in the losers yes this is your spot third place yours this is the this is the third time take a picture somebody take a picture this is uh stop it stop it this is a no no two broken cars this lamborghini was only wrong in the ways we expected it to be wrong but that audi that hasn't missed a beat this entire trip has a flashing check engine light is sputtering won't idle is absolutely out of control i don't know if i didn't give jerry and the ants enough potato chips or whatever they decided to sabotage me by crawling in and short-circuiting some wiring for an hour not to work you're actually close head but regardless we know the outcome ed wins and i will tell you guys 20 minutes north of here are my favorite roads in the eastern united states it's about 100 miles through the mountains it there is nothing better and there's nothing else that i'd rather do than take these cars and go there and show them to you tomorrow in our dream cars exactly not our first car no please can we please get rid of mercedes diesel please get over it speaking of first cars you're probably gonna need this oh well that makes a lot more sense thanks thank you for that still beat you still won let's go absolutely oh my tire i'm gonna need to fix that all right tyler that's dinner for us you get the wrench every night [Music] we should trade cars yes i could do that
