looking for the ideal location for your Paris stay can be daunting and a lot of people get overwhelmed by it so in this video we'll look at the 10 main areas around Paris and we'll let you know what to expect about the vibe the safety things to do nearby how easy it is to get around and we'll include some hotels where some of our fans stayed and we're very happy with it so let's go and discover this area [Music] so this is the map of Paris with all the arundismo which are basically the 20 districts of Paris the Audi small that are the most centrally located and most desirable are from the first down this month to the ninth now in this video we'll cover those and part of the 10th the 14th and the 18th only small and we'll tell you which one of the best one for luxury spots and which area are budget friendly and there are two on this small with much cheaper options and there is a reason for that the 19th and the 20th are further out and they're not the best part of town now let's break down the top 10 areas to help you choose the best one for you foreign before we get started I want to address a few things first the first thing is that it's not reasonable to assume that hotels in Paris have air conditioning and a lot of people found out the hard way this year because we had a huge Heat Wave you're going to need a way to cool off you want to find out if the hotel you booked has air conditioning especially if you're here in July and August the second thing is about accessibility and whether or not you have mobility issues you need to know about this if you do have mobility issues it's going to be critical it's not reasonable to expect that hotels in Paris have elevators a lot of them have stairs steep difficult stairs which matters with your baggage also and a lot of places are difficult to get to on cobblestone streets and things like that so you want to make sure if those are things that matter to you that you pay attention and get that answered before you book and the third thing that we hear from people is wow my room was really small they didn't put you in a little tiny room because they don't care about you hotel rooms in Paris are small so that's something that you should expect you're going to have to be effective and efficient with your use of space in a hotel here now let's go discover some neighborhoods our first neighborhood is the Eiffel Tower area around the seventh around this month and well this is where you'll find the Eiffel Tower with the Trocadero just across the bridge and also a muse the vibe here is classic and iconic romantic and pretty touristic around the Eiffel Tower but other areas around like rube Claire are just delightful neighborhoods it's a safe place and wherever you have lots of tourists you need to be on alert for pickpockets and scammers near the tower you just need to pay attention we did some videos about how to avoid this and how to keep yourself safe but this area is great you'll have plenty of metros but this isn't known as the easiest place to get in and out of lines six and eight will get you where you want to go and you also have rer stations with line C that go directly to Versailles and other locations The Nightlife around the Eiffel Tower is pretty quiet think having dinner in a nice restaurant a moonlit picnic or a nice quiet stroll you'll find plenty of shops in the ru Claire area and the same goes for restaurants and this is where our favorite food spots are in the area with the lingeries cafes and restaurants a couple of hotels that our fans raved about are the hotel Pullman and the hotel Duquesne this place is ideal for people who need to be near the Eiffel Tower and don't mind spending a few extra Euros to get a balcony with the view of The Iron Lady next area is the Latin quarter or the katilata in the Fifth Avenue here you'll be walking distance to Notre Dame Le potion and a famous Auburn University the vibe is very touristic if you stay very close to Notre Dame and San Michel but if you look for an area a bit further away you'll find delightful and quaint neighborhoods safety here is not an issue I would be careful with pickpockets and scammers around Notre Dame but overall this is a very safe neighborhood transportation is super convenient here with Metro stations everywhere to get you where you need to go it's also very centrally located so it's easy to get to and from via Uber or taxi nightlife can be very noisy in some areas with lots of cafes and traffic but many hotels in smaller streets deeper in a neighborhood will be a lot
