can you recount a childhood memory with me that was important um i have a vivid memory of you wandering into my room as a toddler don't you dare in only a diaper i'm picking a marble up off my floor and holding it out like the skull of yorick and hamlet and putting it as far down your throat as possible and me reaching my whole entire arm into your esophagus to pull the marble out and save your life can you describe your childhood what was it like growing up with me um it was great i i um i always felt less talented i growing up with you made me feel fully untalented that's about what it was um i no phineas was phineas was the best big brother in the world he was so kind and so caring and so sweet except for like one year there was like one year in there where you did not like me at all there was like a year you were a terrible age that year i was i was yeah but phineas was was an amazing big brother and he cared so much and he was so he pulled a marble out of my throat i saved her life yeah do you remember when we started making music together what was it like i i do remember when we started making music together it was fantastic i uh i remember i feel that our relationship uh professionally has gotten more and more healthy when we were young we used to bicker unprofessionally when we were young when we were young much younger than today we would bicker unprofessionally and now i feel that we bicker professionally when did music become an integral part of our relationship um 2015 yes um i guess that's i mean if if you want to talk like technical like when we actually started making music together 2015 i was 13. you were 17 eighteen seventeen turn nice i was seventeen turning eighteen that's so crazy that's so crazy it's crazy um and we that was when we started and it was like it was just really for fun it was like there was no intention it was just like why not let's do this and but honestly music has been um very important in our whole lives like from before we made music at all we've it's always been the thing we bond over for sure for sure how has producing for me now changed since we were kids i feel that i've gotten better you for sure have yeah i was i didn't know what i was doing i was pointing at things and pressing buttons at the start and no you're so good now thanks billy i feel that i've gotten better and i feel that you've gotten better at producing too and so you make me better because when i have an idea you go try this and this yeah and when we first started you didn't do it at all i didn't do it at all but yeah i feel that i've gotten better i'm glad you feel that way too it would be sad if you felt like i got worse you know i wouldn't be at all where i am if it weren't for you so there you go
