he said he had some stuff he thought I might want nothing beats a silver age Spider-Man every cover I know these are two pretty good ones that's cool yeah yeah so like these were your personal cards these were my cards and you kept them this nice well he definitely had some stuff I wanted what would it take to buy it all do you think value-wise I mean it's an eye of the beholder and who's got the money but like I vloggy flips how's it going good thanks that's a good word easy Drive Chris right yeah hey man Anthony how's it going thank you sir Dennis hi Anthony nice to meet you nice to meet you yeah so I'm a big fan well I appreciate that thank you I like watching your stuff and so much I I have stuff okay and it's things that are probably 70 from my childhood okay or or whatever and awesome 30 of things that I've acquired awesome you want to come take a look I'd love to yeah it's uh you know I put I've got these garbage girl kids I know that you're really into those love God we're still kids there's probably close to 300 of them there awesome yeah a boxed Wicket that's neat yeah got a box with it uh complete inbox all's there GameCube oh well with the the this thing it's the collector's edition with the Zelda disc so that's there okay um got some old uh coleco um Atari I'm not sure about this stuff I don't know if I've ever tested that okay some old games I got uh uh you know some import CDs and things like that I'm a big Nirvana fan so me too yeah and then just some cassettes and things like that okay over here I've got top loader oh nice yeah and then I got punch out with the with the manual that's got the manual in it okay Dr Mario Game Genie Advantage this case was great until it just started disintegrating oh yeah but it's got some NES in there okay got some dream uh Genesis I forgot to bring my Dreamcast okay but um then some comic books so that's Golden Age silver bronze mostly silver and bronze okay um I think knowing the stuff you're into there's some oh yeah that stuff those these were probably my dads or his siblings this guy yeah so you've got those when grandma and grandpa passed we were cleaning out their house that's cool how about the old horror comics so you feel free to look at the stuff okay is there anything that you're interested in yeah right on it's all for sale sounds good to me nothing beats a silver age Spider-Man every cover I know I know they're great so I think they were into more uh DC than Marvel stuff so you're going to see a lot of a lot of Superman and stuff like that well when it's old it's all cool I think yeah I think I mean they just don't do it the same way yeah I think Marvel kind of took over but old DC is awesome yeah they were the kind of the Trailblazer yep so you're hitting a lot of sales these days I am it's uh all this like smog that's going on though I don't know if I'll go out this weekend crazy I'm just waiting for it to I I'm hoping some of these storms that are blowing through will uh take some of that out with them it was weird it was like such a nice weekend I thought it was all passed and then it's like even worse this week right are you getting up where you live yes yeah yeah it's I mean it was even worse because we're you know just kind of yeah I mean you should be closer so yeah yeah I definitely love all the comics yeah I figured that you like those I didn't know about the other side I Know video games were your thing for a while but I think you're more into like the toys now yeah I mean I I got out of video games a little bit because the competition was just like yeah I mean yeah but I know GameCubes are pretty hot now yeah I mean all all that's cool definitely like the top loader stuff that's cool uh Punch Out bite every time I see it yep love that game I have the mini so I'm not as I don't play that as much I have played that recently so I know it works yeah I would um the mini has uh Mr Dream it doesn't have Mike oh yeah that's cool when he was a kid I remember him sitting around for hours at a time playing that played Mike Tyson like yep yeah it was before the internet so you didn't know this cheat codes haven't beat him trying to like figure out everything right every duck and dive these I haven't played recently but um I have played it in the last decade and this is this was the piece that made made it possible okay you have to do these anymore and the TVs don't even have the capability to do that anymore so I picked that up in it change things and was able to I mean these are complete so they have the expansion modules the power adapters and there's a crap ton of a ton oh wow back here that I picked up over the years yeah this is probably the only stuff I have like very very little experience in yeah and I don't know like I said it's kind of iffy because it's so old right yeah whether the electronics are good sometimes it works sometimes it doesn't we know it looked cool on a shelf though yeah I mean the marketing the way they've built things it just it's I mean even for a display piece right the same thing with these games too like you know the the covers and stuff this one is pretty much new yeah so I thought that was pretty cool I picked that up a while back it's cool to turn the boxes like that yep okay [Applause] Pitfall is probably the greatest game ever made so like I have a couple different versions of it yeah across that's a good one isn't it yeah my kid loves that game my wife used to play it on the switch a lot and I think two of this one unopened and this American Chopper also oh okay and it haven't been played so they're they're sealed that's pretty cool yeah I definitely love the Wicket of course I love garbageable kids I don't have a ton I I thought I had more of the earlier ones but there's there's a few series one in here yeah there is a few and then it goes series two and there's a lot of there's some doubles but not many yeah uh some of them are weird they have like three different you know uh names uh you know I always wondered about that when I was these these were mine these were in a Nerf ball box in my parents house really yeah so like these were your personal cards these were my cards and you kept them this nice yeah mine were stuck all over everything I know well I think that's probably what happened to most of my series ones and then I got older that was more mature and I just kept them on the card yeah makes sense yeah I love them though yeah those are clean I mean some of them probably are gradable in there it's pretty cool based on the number of I put them in these but there's probably 275 275 yeah just based on the remember that I have of the holders that I have left the protectors and they go up to 373 what series would that be do you know offhand yeah I never have it memorized that's cool and yeah that's awesome he's in good shape he's not attached so you can take him out and look at him okay but the tags are gone but he's in he's in real good condition yeah it's a cool box Kmart yep man that was expensive for Kmart too yeah okay 1797 for a plus yeah these are these are two pretty good ones that's cool yeah yeah I've been through the Y store in there you ever you ever go see them I uh I never saw them but I mean like they were Local Heroes when I was growing up how about Johnny Sacco oh yeah I've seen Johnny soccer oh yeah many many times yeah what would it take to buy it all do you think everything oh we could start there yeah um I mean obviously there's there's there's stuff I'd rather have than other things right I mean value-wise I mean make it it's in the eye of the beholder and who's got the money but like I I think that there's there's a there's probably a thousand dollars worth of stuff here whether or not you want to pay that I don't know um I've got you know I don't know it's not what I got in it anymore at that at this point yeah um so just shoot me an offer I guess a lot of comics there I know that's that's probably good some good but not great not great condition games in there but yeah I mean there's a Mega Man there's another Zelda you've got a couple of the Marios well actually all three Marios that's a yeah that's a good little set to have TMNT and then you're into turtles so I got everything turtles yeah Manhattan Project this is the gray one this is it was a reissue yeah I think it's a little more rare actually but it says the classic series up on top there I've actually never seen that one I'm not a big gamer but Zelda's his game yeah and I'd get stuck all the time he'd help me through it and then all of a sudden he printed this thing out that yeah oh yeah yeah that's where everything is dead so I illegal it's funny got to the end of it one time I never had Zelda as a kid my my two favorite games ever Mario three and Mike Tyson sponge out yeah yeah those are the top yeah and and I my favorite game my favorite game other than punch out was RBI Baseball okay oh my gosh yeah it's in there yeah I mean I I think there's probably more than a thousand dollars um I think I'd be okay paying a thousand dollars I mean like we could even cut it off like that okay because you know like I said there's I don't I don't know anything and yeah I probably wouldn't do the right thing with it yeah I mean yeah I know what you're saying for what it's worth uh the rest of it I probably would so yeah I mean like I guess like this and then that stuff would be like my main interest okay so so all right so do you want to do that for a thousand I would I would do that for a thousand dollars okay good good deal awesome yeah I like it man yeah me too sounds good to me so um do you want to uh Ben yeah sure let me pay you up real quick I mean honestly this too I'd probably put it in that same category if you wanted to keep that try to like sell it off later I mean yeah okay yeah there you go yes I do right NBA NBA Jam is yeah man like I love the NES stuff but I won't I won't do anything with the Sega so 55 56 57 58 9 50 000. all right awesome sir uh yeah well this block supply fit by itself I'll start with this okay I'll be right back alrighty thank you so much man appreciate it yeah quick and easy yeah sure yeah nice to meet you sir thank you so much all right thank you and we are back in the showroom first of all what a couple really nice guys buying childhood collections from the original owner is probably one of my favorite parts of what I do getting those little first-hand stories or anecdotes from the actual person that loved this stuff 10 20 30 40 50 years ago it just adds kind of an intangible layer to the entire deal but anyway Chris sent me a message several months ago saying that he was gathering some stuff up the only problem is he lives several hours away however he did say his parents live in my general vicinity and next time he comes to visit he would bring stuff along with him a few months went by I had completely forgotten about it and then a few days ago out of the blue he said he was coming in for a visit he said he had some stuff he thought I might want well he definitely had some stuff I wanted it ended up being one of those perfect deals in my opinion a couple Heavy Hitters relatively speaking some things for the Personal Collection and a couple pieces that I've just never been able to get my hands on before I think the price was perfect I was able to hit his number without taking every single piece at the end of the day it was just a solid deal on some cool stuff so real quick let's take a look at everything here's kind of an abbreviated look at the overall haul I didn't bring out every single controller cord or NES game just to save a little space but I think this kind of Paints the picture pretty well I don't really follow the Vintage video game Market too closely but I think this is the stuff that kind of protects the investment a Sony PlayStation no clue how desirable that is nowadays but this one looks really clean there's a big stack of games Ridge Racer 4 a couple memory cards ready to rumble boxing Tekken 3 Greatest Hits version Gran Turismo 2 NBA Live 2000 NFL game day 99 and rage racer from Strictly a value standpoint I'm guessing this GameCube console is probably the highlight it contains the Zelda Collector's Edition game disc and a bonus carrying case it was complete Inside the Box the box is actually pretty nice there's a there's a little roughness to the side but an overall very nice displayable box it came with the original carrying case all the paperwork work and it even has the original not for resell Zelda collector's edition promotional disk and it does appear to be complete inside I'm not really sure what the value on this would be I saw the boxed console without the game without the extra itself for somewhere around 279 dollars the game itself seems to bring in somewhere between 80 and 150 I'm sure having everything boxed together probably command some sort of Premium probably my favorite part of the video game stuff would be this top loader NES with the original dog bone controller it looks like this particular console probably has a value of around 150 bucks or so it's kind of funny even though I don't actively hunt video games every year I kind of end up with a rather large collection of games and consoles that I've just kind of stumbled on I usually gather them up and do one big trade once a year but I always tell myself I'm going to keep one of the NES systems because it was probably the system I enjoyed the most growing up they always seem to end up in the trade pile anyway but maybe this is the one I'll keep I've never come across a top loader system before it definitely has that special uniqueness that I tend to enjoy so we'll see and then here's a small stack of what I think are the better games that were included we have Mega Man 2 TMNT Manhattan Project Mike Tyson's punch out the greatest game ever this is the orange bullet version with the manual there's a copy of Zelda that definitely has some label wear I like the Dr Mario game because it's inside the box and then we have the Legend of Zelda Classic Series in the Box the Box does have some pretty decent wear along the edges I put it in this plastic protector just to stop that from getting worse it has the manual it doesn't have all the other extras so not really considered complete in box but still really cool and then of course the Game Genie In The Box no code book unfortunately but I think the box is really cool very very displayable and then that brings us to what I would consider more of the Personal Collection items my favorite of which is this 1983 Wicket plush with the original box wickets nice and fluffy no rips or tears the box is nice and displayable couple small split it's on the side but nothing that takes away from the overall appeal this thing's been on my hunt list for a while it was definitely the first thing I noticed when I walked in the door got a couple of Nirvana import CDs outsessed aside three and outsets aside four when I was younger I would very actively hunt Nirvana import CDs never able to snag these two so 20 years later glad to finally have them got a big stack of comics nothing too high-end but some cool issues mixed throughout a lot of Superman a lot of even Silver age Superman but this small stack here is the stack that's going into the collection we'll start with these gold key horror comics just because I think they're cool the occult files of Dr Spector Boris Karloff Tales of mystery Dark Shadows and then a bunch of Ripley's Believe it or not true ghost stories we have one two three four of those we have the House of Secrets number 94 and then probably the two that I think are the coolest would be the Amazing Spider-Man number 74 from 1969 and The Amazing Spider-Man number 75 from 1969. number 75 is the death of silvermane but more importantly number 74 is the last 12 cent issue and number 75 is the first 15 cent issue so together I think those make a neat little run and then that brings us to something everyone knows I love vintage Garbage Pail Kids cards it's been a long time since I've hit a lick on Garbage Pail Kids cards everything here ranges from series 1 to series nine series one would definitely be your most desirable cards not a whole lot of those but we do have 4B electric bill 7B April Showers 15b malt Paul and 16b haggy Maggie but all in all it's a really nice collection in really good shape they were taken care of lots of vibrant colors and sharp Corners I definitely need to go through and see if these help me complete any runs but in the world of Collectibles there's very little I enjoy sorting more than uh vintage gpk sticker cards in that right butt buggy that is all I got for you this time as always I want to thank you so much for watching the video but until next time stay safe stay healthy love ya bye foreign [Music]
