on nibo Quon Jin and Obi-Wan Kenobi were dueling the emerging Sith Lord Maul Quon sat behind the red ray shield waiting in battle meditation as Kenobi was stuck a few doors back finally the door released and Qui-Gon ran into battle engaging the dual-bladed zabra Warrior once more the battle was faster and tougher in these Close Quarters and Maul had the advantage after a bit he had an opening for a stab but right before Maul could stab Qui-Gon Obi-Wan managed to to enter the room Force pushing the Sith far into the wall once more it was two versus one and after a bit Maul was on the ledge he was losing quickly and decided to try to flip over the Jedi but in the split second he took to prepare the flip Qui-Gon was able to cut him right in half and the Sith Lord fell down to the reactor shaft in two pieces Quon and obiwan breathed a sigh of relief they won this Sith was gone but it was more than likely that the Sith as a whole were only beginning their return the two Jedi left finding the young Anakin Skywalker Landing as Naboo starf fighter with a look of Glee on his face not only had the Jedi killed the Sith but Anakin destroyed the Trade Federation battle station saving the gungans saving nibo it was an overall success and they eventually made their way back to the Jedi Temple in the temple Quon and obiwan stood in the council chambers giving their debriefing and their report of the battle on nabo there was no doubt that the warrior was a Sith Lord and this troubled the council greatly but no one was more troubled than Grandmaster Yoda not troubled because the Sith simply returned but troubled because he as The Grandmaster did not sense the return and he refused to believe Qui-Gon initially Yoda feared he may have to make a dramatic change to the order before it's too late he feared he'd become far too complacent and in time things would change and around a day later Yoda sat in the room of a thousand fountains on a bench where he would often meet with Master Quon the two were genuinely great friends though they argued on quite a bit about the order Yoda had once offered Quon a seat on the council from this very spot and Quon denied but today as Yoda sat here waiting for Qui-Gon he had a different proposition Yoda was smiling at the Jedi younglings playing down in the fountain as Quon came up asking what it was that Yoda wanted Yoda had Quon take a seat and he asked Quon what he would change about the Jedi Order asking him to be honest Quon looked surprised but he liked this opportunity to speak so he said he would emphasize critical thinking follow the will of the force not adhere to any archaic Republic or Jedi rules if there was no need Quon said for example if there was a rolling chance Cube that depended on whether or not he could free the chosen one from slavery he would use the force to do it Yoda could only chuckle knowing that this did happen on taten then looked up and told Quon he was stepping down as Grandmaster Quon was genuinely shocked but Yoda said it was not right for him to stay if he could not sense the dark side and he refused to act when Quon brought up the Sith and then Yoda shocked Quon again saying that the role of Grandmaster is now his if Quon accepts Quon said the rest of the council would never go for this but Yoda said that he spoke to the councel and most agreed that if Yoda wanted this then they would would accept it Quon noted that Yoda said most likely inferring that Master Wu was not fully on board but Quon did Ponder the idea then stood up and said he needs some time to think on it Yoda said of course and the two departed as Yoda went to the council and Quon went to find the man he knew he could talk to his old Master Dooku Quon was moving through the temple when finally he found Dooku outside of the Jedi Temple hanger he was preparing to leave but Quon said he needed only a minute of his time Dooku said this was good and the two talked about quon's new opportunity upon hearing this Dooku was beyond shocked the Jedi Order was no longer the order he loved it had grown stale complacent stuck in the old times along with watching The Republic become corrupt possibly Beyond fixing Dooku had risked everything in his life recently getting in League with the dark lord of the Sith Chancellor Palpatine but he had not done anything truly dark up to this point but for the first time in a long time Dooku had hope for the Jedi Order he told Quon that he should take this opportunity bring the Jedi back to serving the people of the Galaxy along with the will of the force rather than the corrupt Senate the corrupt Republic and Quon thanked him saying this is what he needed and he took off for the council chambers and now Dooku was left alone in the temple Hangar faced with the choice of a lifetime he could either get in his Jedi speeder go to the to the industrial sector and meet Darth cidus taking his place as the new Sith Apprentice or he could return to the Jedi inform them of the Sith helped Qui-Gon bring the Jedi back to where they should be in time he didn't know what to do he never expected Yoda to make a decision like this and Dooku looked out to the Horizon of the temple hanger the fate of the Galaxy was in his hands inside of the Jedi Council Chambers Quon entered to see Yoda's seat had been moved and the grandmas seat was now open and available everyone in the council turned to Quon as he entered and then he told the council he accepts the role of Grandmaster taking his new seat the council began discussions talking about whether or not the Sith are still out there Quon said he will be taking on Anakin Skywalker officially as his Padawan but he wants the entire Council to participate in Anakin's training he said that the boy is special and if the Sith truly have returned then in time it is he who will bring them down discussions continued on until someone new was entering the council chambers Master Dooku Quon greeted him but he had a somber look of regret and conflict on his face as he said he has important information Dooku looked up telling the council he knows who the master of the Sith is along with where he is at this very moment the entire Council was beyond shocked how could Dooku know where the Sith is unless mace Wu stood up asking if he was the Sith but Dooku shook his head saying it is no one in the temple instead the Sith Lord is the new Chancellor Palpatine and he is waiting for Dooku out in the industrial sector murmurs got louder and louder inside the council one of their own Jedi Masters was working with the Sith and they had no idea Dooku was actively working against this entire Council emotions were suddenly high but Quon put a hand up quieting everyone down Quon actually thanked Dooku for coming to them saying it is not too late to come back to the Jedi help the Jedi defeat the Sith and Dooku said that they can go together right now end Palpatine's plans before they can ever truly begin bring an end to the Sith council members pushed down their feelings towards Dooku in this moment and began planning how to take down the Sith as a council Darth cidus stood alone in his Sith layer hidden away deep in the industrial sector as finally Dooku landed his Jedi speeder walking up to aidus the Sith Lord felt something in the force perhaps conflict betrayal the light and he immediately spoke up saying I sense you have betrayed me my apprentice and Dooku ignited his blue lightsaber saying he would not go along with the Sith any longer he is a Jedi cyas ignited his red saber saying Dooku is a failure and so he will die quickly be replaced without a second thought but from behind cyas a new like lightsaber ignited as Yoda said alone Dooku is not and now cyas realized that Dooku showed the Jedi the secret entrances to the layer from both sides New Jedi entered as Quon Mace Windu yattle and plun ignited their lightsabers from the Shadows cyas pulled out a second saber now laughing then cutting a circle around his feet to fall to the next story but the Jedi were ready cidus landed to find igalia DEA Baba seitin and yarel poof surround ing him cyas blasted igalia with lightning then spun through the air to stab seitin before using the force to throw one lightsaber through the air decapitating yariel poof Baba engaged cyas in a duel and the Sith Lord cut through her leg before sprinting down the hall the Jedi knew they were fighting a Sith but they didn't anticipate this power but down the hall were Etho Evan Peele Oppo Rancis and katti Mundy were waiting lightsabers were ignited and the four Jedi moved in cidus was able to kill Rancis and Evan Peele before cth and Mundy put up a solid defense until they were joined by every other Survivor Yoda sprinted ahead of the rest to join the fight catching cyas off guard with a force push into the wall then flipping into the air to lock lightsabers with the Sith Lord cyia spun away ducking under a swing from Etho stabbing him in the back before being blasted in the face with lightning cyas never expected this he was just blasted with lightning he looked up to see Dooku with a horrifically burned face now Dooku said the dark side has infected him for too long and now he will put it out cidus began cackling saying that the Jedi are fools the dark side of the force is rising with or without him they will all die cidus was laughing as Dooku plunged his lightsaber into his heart killing the Sith Lord with a violent smile stuck on his burned face the Sith were powerful the Jedi lost Evan Peele aor ranis Etho seitin and yarel poof igalia and DEA balaba were badly injured but alive and the rest of the council members made it out alive though discouraged over the losses silently worried about cuses threat that the darkness would always return and Grandmaster Quon knew this would be true the Jedi just discovered the chosen one prophesies to destroy the Sith yet both Sith were just killed off Quon knew that the Galaxy and the Jedi would be entering a new era of Peace but uncertainty the surviving council members returned to the temple with the bodies of those that fell and the temple held a grand Funeral For the Fallen Jedi with the young Anakin Skywalker in attendance seeing firsthand the dangers that can come with being a Jedi after the funeral Grandmaster Quon would step into the council alone with Master Dooku where the two would talk Dooku described how he fell so far from the light side of the force how the Sith came to him how he saw an opportunity to rebuild Dooku said the dark side of the force infected him blinded him to what was right that is not who he is he just doesn't trust the Jedi Order right now the corrupt Republic he doesn't trust any of it and Dooku said that he needs to get away for a bit perhaps Qui-Gon can change it and in time maybe he can return to the Jedi Order try to make up for his mistakes but for now Dooku said he must leave be alone with himself fig figure out who he truly is by taking up the mantle as the count of Sereno but in time things could change Quon accepted this saying goodbye to Dooku thanking him for coming back to the light the galactic Republic in the Senate would learn the truth that Palpatine played them all including the Jedi and they would try to recover electing anley team as the next Chancellor and from here Anakin Skywalker would begin training as a Jedi under Grandmaster Quon Jin Obi-Wan canobi became a Jedi Knight and the council seats from the Fallen Jedi were given to kitfisto Shak T aen Kar and Coleman cash one seat remained open and Quon purposely left it open so the Jedi Council could rotate between different Masters to get differing opinions from all around to the Jedi Temple so for a few years Anakin would train under Quon and many other council members helping him along the way and he'd become very good friends with Obi-Wan as for the council Quon would begin implementing a greater emphasis on the living Force training Jedi to connect with and understand the will of the force Qui-Gon was always known for his unorthodox approach to the Jedi code and now he encouraged other Jedi to think outside the box and to question traditional Jedi teachings he made sure to keep mace Wu as Master of the order as mace provided an excellent balance to Qui-Gon keeping the order balanced overall Quon and the Jedi would immediately disable the Clone Army being built on Camino and they disabled it before any clone were anywhere near R and the Jedi as a whole began pulling out of the Republic Senate once again becoming Protectors of the people in the Galaxy rather than a police force for the Republic there were some Jedi who were hesitant about this as some believed that working directly with the Republic was best for the Galaxy but their opinions would shift as they saw how the Galaxy began to soon react to the Jedi with the order being much more focused on being keepers of the peace and serving the people the Galaxy as a whole became much more thankful to the Jedi after around 5 years crime in the underbelly of corusant was at an all-time low and eventually the Jedi Order had outposts temples built and occupied in the outer rim mid rim and the core the goal was to spread the influence of the Jedi in the Galaxy keeping the Peace Keeping the darkness hidden away and each of these outposts had a different Master of the temple with Qui-Gon standing above all as Grandmaster of the Jedi plun led the outer rim Outpost Shakti led the mid Rim Outpost and yattle led the Outpost in the core while Quon and mace Wu led the Jedi Temple on corusant and former Grandmaster Yoda became a temple adviser the Republic would never receive a clone army but with the Jedi separating themselves they would build a militia of citizens from around the Galaxy it would not be as effective as the Clone Army but it would serve its purpose give people jobs people around the Galaxy were happier and around this time Dooku was allowed back into the order and Anakin Skywalk was now 15 years old but his power and potential were astounding Qui-Gon wanted to show Anakin that being a Jedi was not all about power but also heavily involved in protecting the people so they traveled to the outer rim Outpost where they met with plun and a few of the Jedi out there for a couple of years Anakin would go back and forth with Quon and plun in the outer rim and corusant as PLO would take Anakin on missions where they would travel through the outer rim outlawing slavery freeing everyone they could could this of course included Anakin's mother and this made Anakin extremely grateful for the Jedi and it helped him take pride in being a Beacon of Hope Anakin quickly became extremely famous in the outer rim for being the boy that freed the slaves and this gave him immense joy in himself for five more years the influence of the Jedi Order as peacekeepers would grow crime around the Galaxy would be dramatically slowed down and there would be no separatist Alliance at this point Anakin sky Walker had grown into the perfect example of a balanced Jedi under Masters Qui-Gon and plun while also forming an interesting relationship with former Grandmaster Yoda who was now taking a temple seat as an adviser he was great friends with Obi-Wan though the two never really sto bickering but they were Unstoppable together on missions everything was at peace crime was at an all-time low and Qui-Gon felt like he had succeeded Anakin was now 22 years old recently made a Jedi Knight and soon to be a Jedi master but Qui-Gon always remembered the dying words of cyas with that Wicked smile on his burned face saying the darkness always returned and one night Quon awoke from a nightmare in his Nightmare Red blades were cutting through Jedi and in the nightmare Quon had moved through the fighting pushing through bodies of Jedi to find the zabra Sith that he killed on nibu standing above someone that kneeled underneath him and then the kneeling man stood igniting a red lightsaber and pulling down his hood to reveal the face of Anakin Skywalker quagon could not fall back asleep the nightmare seemed so real how Maul was not alive that was impossible he wondered how Anakin was doing as he was currently out visiting plun in the outer room Outpost so Qui-Gon got up to call Anakin at the data table though no one was answering the call to The oum Outpost which was strange the door behind him suddenly opened and an older slower Yoda walked in with a worried look on his face Yoda told Qui-Gon something terrible has happened the force had a great Ripple that Yoda felt and Quon could now feel it too and suddenly the call to the outer REM out poost was answered and immediately Qui-Gon and Yoda could hear screams the sound of explosions fire and the Hologram of Darth Maul appeared staring angrily at Grandmaster Quon Maul said that for years the Jedi have shut down the acts of crime organizations leaving thousands of them without anywhere to turn except for Maul he had an army of criminals and the Hologram expanded showing now that the Jedi Outpost was on fire explosions surrounding it bodies of Jedi of all ages littered the floor and in front of all were master plun and Anakin Skywalker both handcuffed both brutally beaten the Jedi were clearly caught way off guard this attack was planned for years and Maul looked to Quon once more saying the Jedi Order will burn for what they did to him and Cydia so long ago Quon and Yoda could only watch as plun was lifted into the air as Anakin screamed in anger telling Maul to stop and a red lightsaber cut PLO in half killing him as the wielder of the saber got next to Maul a female zabra with the same color scheme as Maul as Maul said meet my new Apprentice Darth Talon and the last thing Qui-Gon saw before the call was ended was the scared beaten face of his Apprentice the chosen one Anakin Skywalker in need of his master for the last 3 years Darth Maul has carried a Vengeance against the Jedi Order since the day he was slain on nibo he lay in waste waiting for someone anyone to come to his Aid he kept himself Alive by diving so deeply into anger so far into rage into the dark side so far that his presence could only be felt by those closest to him and eventually the night sisters brought Savage Opress a fellow zabra to full strength in the dark side and he sought out the distant presence of maul through his anger and his brother Maul was reborn with the goal of Revenge and for the 3 years since his rescue Maul waited in the corners of the outer rim while the Jedi took over pushing crime factions away cutting them off giving the crime syndicates around the Galaxy with nowhere to go except for Maul he quickly became a Beacon of Hope for the criminals that were shut down by the Jedi spice traders in the pike Syndicate slave owners in Hut territory corrupt politicians working with the black Sun even a rogue group of mandalorians Called Death Watch were helping Maul he had no need to take over Mandalore and expose himself so he instead promised Death Watch control of Mandalore once the Jedi were dead and in his bringing together the criminal underworld he discovered Talon a girl strong in the forest that was never trained in any way so Maul took her as an apprentice training her in the dark side draining any remaining light from her and making her strong together they ruled the criminal underworld and now they were going to rule the galaxy in due time for 3 years Maul brought all of the criminals together on an unoccupied side of damir building preparing seeking out revenge on the Jedi Order the Republic as a whole was of little concern to the shadow Collective they just wanted the Jedi dead so they could have the outer rim back for themselves with all the criminals gathered together if the Jedi died everyone in the collective wins and from there they can pursue further Galactic conquest and after the 3 years when the shadow Collective had ample Warriors around 5,000 members along with a fleet of ships Maul his brother Savage and his Apprentice Darth Talon launched an attack on the Jedi Outpost in the outer rim located on hath the the shadow Collective had been scouting this base for around a year and they launched the attack once Maul learned that Skywalker the supposed chosen one was there with Master plun the plan was to take one out Coast show the Jedi that despite their numbers they were not trained enough to be Warriors that could take this group down the attack would be a show of force and while the Jedi Order panics the shadow Collective will reclaim the outer rim begin rebuilding what they lost and in time as their numbers grew they would take another Outpost with the Jedi Temple and corusant as the end goal the attack on the Hoth Outpost was Swift and deadly and the Jedi Outpost had around 1,000 members in it that number was greatly reduced as The Outpost was bombarded by the crime Fleet as the Jedi were scrambling to recover from the bombardment Warriors of countless different species and factions flew down on transports breaking through the doors before the Jedi knew what hit them the shadow Collective had one huge Advantage the Jedi had no clue they were coming they didn't even know what they were and a lot of the Jedi were not Warriors they were not trained to be Warriors though they were still powerful but wave after wave of Syndicate Fighters poured in cutting off all Communications out of The Outpost bombing The Outpost killing every Jedi they came across the Jedi defense was fairly strong they had the force on their side but death watch members infiltrated the top levels with their jetpacks stealing the Young stationed here and they threatened to execute them if the Jedi did not stand down and so every single surviving Jedi including Anakin and PLO decided to surrender save the children see what the shadow Collective wanted Force restraining handcuffs were placed on all of the remaining 100 Jedi and once they were immobilized Maul Talon and Savage entered the Outpost Maul made eye contact with Anakin and PLO then ordered the execution of every Jedi except for them Anakin and PLO could only watch and moments later Maul answered a call from Quon as The Grandmaster of the Jedi Order learned that Maul returned from the dead and was now on a mission to destroy the Jedi Order back in the temple Quon was now sitting alone with Yoda as the two of them didn't know what to say everything they just saw was beyond horrific and now Anakin was being held captive all alone for some reason Qui-Gon wondered why he was being kept alive but he had to trust that Anakin would stay alive for longer for now Quon had to warn the other two outposts in the core and the mid rim of what was going on the shadow Collective wanted the outer rim back but their aspirations would only continue to grow Quon knew soon they would expand and he had to be ready the Jedi had to be ready as throughout the Galaxy there were roughly 9,000 remaining Jedi throughout after the Hoth Massacre but maybe only half of those Jedi were in actual fighting condition the the other half were younglings padawans priests advisers teachers the Jedi Order just didn't have the numbers or the military strategy to compete with a shadow Collective of around 5,000 bloodthirsty members that Maul has created Qui-Gon would call an emergency Jedi Council meeting which now included a very worried Obi-Wan Kenobi as the council was missing plun luckily no other council members were on Hoth and the Jedi began long discussions about what to do about Maul and his Shadow Collective and all the way inside of the Hoth Outpost Anakin Skywalker was handcuffed and injected with enough drugs to keep him conscious but very unaware of anything except for his own emotions he felt despair sadness fear anger all of the emotions he knew led to the dark side but he could never let himself become what these monsters were he swore he would have his revenge for what Maul and the criminals did to his Jedi friends including plun but soon soon enough Anakin was thrown into a ray shield prison where he was hovering but could not move from there Anakin would be tortured by saage as he tried to extract any information about the Jedi Order out of Anakin that he could but after days Anakin still gave up nothing despite this Maul ordered Anakin continue to be kept alive and tortured Maul could feel a great Darkness deep inside of Anakin and if extracted he could make an excellent apprentice and even if Anakin did did not fall the Jedi would not be able to resist trying to come and rescue him and he would be waiting during this time Grand Master Quon and master mace Wu increased the emphasis on Jedi needing to know how to fight while shock t leader of the midm Outpost and yattle leader of the core Outpost did the same both of these outposts had roughly 1,000 Jedi while the corusant Jedi Temple had the rest aside from maybe another 1,000 spread across the Galaxy on their own missions Quon mace Dooku and Yoda would go to the office of the chancellor the newly elected or fre and ask for aid from the Republic militia unfortunately Chancellor T was beyond corrupt threatened and paid off by the black son led by Maul to exclude the Jedi from all business with the Republic so Chancellor T told the Jedi that they were on their own despite how the overall citizens felt in the Galaxy there was nothing the Republic militia could do without jurisdiction from the chancellor so the Jedi truly were without an army Dooku was disgusted with the state of the Republic and he wondered if the Jedi leaving it alone did more harm than good the citizens overall seemed to be happier but the corruption seemed like a ticking time bomb that was beginning to go off but not everyone in the Republic Senate sided with the chancellor a few Senators a group of Jedi sympathizers led by Padme amadala and B Orana got together to figure out how to Aid the Jedi Padme and these Senators met with the Jedi inside of the Jedi Council and got all of the information once they learned of how Maul and the shadow Collective regained the outer rim and would likely pursue further into the Galaxy padmi asked why the Jedi didn't just send everything they had just to the shadow Collective on Hoth Qui-Gon said they could likely win in an allout ground assault though it would have heavy casualties but the shadow Collective had a blockade over Hoth that the Jedi simply could not get through without being decimated they just didn't have the ships for it Padme and the council thought this over and then she said they may not have the numbers in Jedi but the Jedi have earned the trust and the respect of the citizens in the outer rim perhaps if the Jedi ghost spread throughout the outer rim they can recruit citizens to their cause recruit them to fight back against the shadow Collective earn their freedom back before the collective can spread to the mid rim and the core the Senators said that the shadow Collective would do what they have done for centuries underestimate the will of the citizens Quon and the Jedi said this could work and so they prepared to send 2,000 capable Jedi to the outer rim asking the citizens to fight over the next week Padme and her group of Jedi sympathizers along with 2,000 Jedi from corusant would go to the outer rim and try to recruit citizens to fight the citizens were discouraged at first but a new Collective the outer rim Freedom Collective began to form meanwhile the shadow Collective led by m was spreading across the outer rim threatening to get to the mid Rim skirmishes between citizens Jedi and the shadow Collective would break out resulting in lives lost but nothing too terrible luckily Shakti and the 1,000 Jedi in the mid RM were able to slow the spread of the Shadow Collective while the Jedi and the outer rim were secretly building their own Army of Fighters eventually Qui-Gon and Padme built up a group of around 50 freed slaves to execute the rescue mission for Anakin Skywalker Anakin freed them and now they wanted to do the same for him there were still many more Outer Rim citizens being recruited but these were the numbers needed for a smaller rescue Padme remembered Anakin from when he was first found on Tatooine and she wondered what he was like at this point so she boarded a transport where her and the rest of the members were frozen in carbonite for the trip as the Astromech R2-D2 flew the ship to hath to the shadow Collective this ship with no readable life forms would just be a transport of supplies and the fleet didn't exactly have the best security in the Galaxy So the plan worked the transport flew into hath taking a last-second detour to land about a mile away from The Outpost where Anakin was being held meanwhile on corant in the Jedi Temple Masters Dooku and mace were met by Senator Bale Orana leading a group from the Republic militia these members told the two Jedi Masters that the chancellor could not be trusted and the Republic militia a group now of about 2,000 members ready to Aid the Republic with enough Starships to break through the blockade above hath were willing to fight with the Jedi mace and Dooku said this could be treason against the chancellor but the militia said the chancellor seems to be the one working with the criminals Ma and Dooku two Jedi Masters who rarely saw eye to eye could agree on one thing here and now the Republic was in trouble but the people wanted to help so they accepted and got in contact with the Jedi in the outer rim on Hoth the rescue group for Anakin timed their mission perfectly after receiving Intel that Maul and Talon were offworld and the 50 members led by Padme and Qui-Gon moved through the snow eventually reaching The Outpost Quon took the freed slaves to one side of the Outpost creating a distraction while Padme stayed alone on the other side waiting for her opportunity and eventually that opportunity came quagon and the fighters planted explosives in the shadow Collective shipyards setting them off giving Padme the opportunity she needed the plan was simple from here she would rescue Anakin then the transport would come pick everyone up as a designated location where they would take off regroup with the others before their true attack as this operation was being executed more Jedi were recruiting citizens across the Galaxy and the momentum was growing thanks in large part to Obi-Wan who went to Shmi Skywalker and explained everything Shmi said that the outer rim citizens felt a debt to the Jedi and she said they had thousands of people with ships ready to fight once and for all Shmi and the people of the outer rim wanted to save Anakin keep their freedom help the Jedi because they all saved the slaves not long ago Shmi was helping Obi-Wan build this group and so momentum to put together this huge Freedom Collective was well underway back on Hoth Padme Moved Through The Outpost without much trouble eventually finding a room guarded by a tall zabra male with yellowish skin in Savage was pacing around debating whether to go to the shipyard explosives or not and eventually he moved away from the door just enough to allow Padme to sprint in behind him spot Anakin and shoot the controls that kept him suspended in the air Padme looked at Anakin he was felt a adrenaline begin to rush through him saage stood in front of him and Padme was here Anakin barely recognized her but he held the same feeling that he did when they met on tne so long ago Anakin stood up getting in front of Padme taunting Savage with a beckoning motion saage smiled saying he's wanted to do this for a long time and he ran directly at Anakin Savage swung upward but Anakin dodged to the side then Savage spun and swung for Anakin's head but the Jedi ducked underneath with ease Savage growled swinging downwards but again Anakin took a step back and Savage took one final swing to kill Anakin but this time Anakin grabbed the double-bladed lightsaber with one hand punched Savage with the other hand then took Savage's lightsaber from him and decapitated the Sith he fell dead to the chosen one and Anakin took padme's hand grabbing his lightsaber and they began running out of The Outpost to find the transport waiting for them it was a good distance away a safe distance and Qui-Gon was helping the final fighters on their side back into the transport when everything changed without warning a Sith starf fighter zoomed from behind a Snowy Mountain blasting shots down at Qui-Gon in the transport Savage must have warned them Quon used his lightsaber to deflect the shots back at the ship critically damaging it before he was blown back away from the transport so Quon ordered the transport to get out of here luckily the 50 freed slaves escaped but the Sith Lords Maul and Talon leapt from their star fighter Landing In Front Of Quon Anakin and Padme still had a good distance to go to get there and Anakin watched as the transport had to leave them behind but that was not their biggest worry Quon was now engaged in a fierce duel with the two Sith Lords held bent on Revenge and Anakin could only watch as Qui-Gon dued with Talon and Maul both wielding double-bladed lightsabers as Maul spun and Unleashed a huge Force push sending Quon Tumbl into Anakin and Padme Anakin stopped in his tracks trying to help Grandmaster Quon to his feet and from behind Maul and Talon now countless crime reinforcements lined up surrounding them Maul yelled at Anakin and Quon saying he would pay for what he did to Savage and once he is dead the shadow Collective Now fully back above Hoth will spread through the Galaxy killing the Jedi ruling how they want Anakin Skywalker the chosen one looked around him by his side was Qui-Gon his master and Padme a woman he'd thought about quite often they were going to die here but still he stared daggers at Maul igniting his lightsaber next to his master preparing to face down the entire Shadow Collective they were beaten broken exhausted but willing to die fighting Anakin was gripping his lightsaber as the entire Shadow Collective prepared to gun him down but out of nowhere Anakin felt his cink beep and he heard the ever comforting voice of Obi-Wan say Anakin I hope we're not too late and everyone turned to look up to the sky as thousands of ships emerged from hyperspace blasting through the shadow Collective Fleet some of them were broken down vessels from citizens some were republic ships some were Jedi Star Fighters but in minutes the shadow Collective fleet was scrambling trying to figure out what was going on but Anakin understood what was going on he as a former slave understood more than any anyone the citizens had a taste of freedom and they would do anything to keep it the Galaxy was rallying with the Jedi to take down the shadow Collective and as the space battle commenced Anakin and Qui-Gon ran into battle themselves to face off against Darth Maul and Darth Talon once and for all the Clash of lightsabers echoed through the frozen air as the two pairs of enemies locked eyes a silent understanding between them the fate of the entire galaxy now hung in the balance Anakin's eyes burned with determination his blue lights a were moving with speed and precision while qui-gon's calm demeanor mirrored the intensity of his focused attacks Maul's double-bladed saber Whirled with deadly Grace clashing into the others a crimson streak against the icy backdrop beside him Talon moved with lethal speed her acrobatics adding strength to every strike the battle unfolded with Qui-Gon taking on Maul as he did so long ago on nio while Anakin took on Talon Quon was older and much wiser than that day on nibu but he was also weaker older while Maul was full of rage and anger Maul cut through Quon saber then flipped through the air and plunged one end of his saber through qui-gon's back Anakin screamed in Anger he just lost plon now Qui-Gon and Anakin Drew on his power swinging on Talent so hard that her own saber was pushed into her eyes blinded now Anakin flipped through the air cut her head off mid flip then engaged Maul in a Anakin lost his master Maul lost his apprentice and now they fought each other above them the sky was a display of chaos ships from diverse corners of the Galaxy descended upon hath piloted by Citizens United against the shadow Collective the fleet cobbled together from various races factions engaged in a dog fight against the formidable vessels of the collective exchanging Blaster fire fighting for their free lives the citizens fought valiantly against the darkness that Maul had built and the shadow Collective was being pushed into abandonment back on the ground The Duel of Jedi versus Sith unfolded with ferocity Anakin strikes were fueled by the emotions within him Maul could feel his anger hatred darkness and the fight wore on both combatants pushing themselves to their limits Anakin strength and the force his Mastery of lightsaber combat began to tip the scales he was transitioning between offensive flurries defensive Maneuvers gradually gaining ground on Maul and as the duel reached its climax Anakin tapped deep into The Well of his emotions channeling the inner turmoil that defined him with a surge of power he cut one half of Maul's saber and Maul fell to his knees Anakin spun and slammed his saber down on Maul again and again each time with more anger until Maul had to drop the other half accepting this death as Anakin Skywalker touched into the darkness but as Anakin raised his saber again for the killing blow he looked to the near distance and saw the force ghosts Of Quon and plun behind Maul they didn't say a word but Anakin now realized he had to carry their legacy of the Light Side through himself and so he swung down only cutting off the hands of maul then using the force to knock the Sith Lord out not killing him staying in the light and the last thing Maul saw was the three largest ships in his Fleet go up in Flames Anakin fell to the ground and his two Jedi Masters says he has done well before disappearing in the aftermath of the battle the shadow Collective became nothing more than a memory they underestimated the people of the Galaxy and their Outer Rim takeover was stopped Maul was arrested brought to the Jedi Temple prison on corusant where he would forever be locked away and the Jedi would mourn the loss of their Grandmaster and many other members in these battles slain by The Sith and the collective and in time the Jedi Order would not name just one new Grandmaster but instead they they would name five equal ones one for each sector Shakti in the mid RM yattle for the core worlds kitfisto in the outer rim Obi-Wan Kenobi for the corusant Jedi Temple with the aid of Yoda and a new role was created one that mace Wu and master Dooku would share with Wu being the official Grandmaster of the new faction of Republic Jedi while Dooku was elected as the new Chancellor as a vote of no confidence went into effect for Chancellor orre T and the Jedi took over the light side of the forest would reign supreme over the Galaxy keeping the people safe and the Jedi would aim to be keepers of the peace with the support of the Galaxy and of course Anakin Skywalker would pursue a secret relationship with Padme Amidala
