[Music] hey guys welcome to today's full day of eating video i hope that you enjoy it and i'm glad that you joined me today if you are new here my name is jennifer i am 46 years old i have been on the wwe plan since september of 2019 and i have lost a total of about 67 to 68 pounds we'll see how my weigh-in day goes which i am going to have my weigh-in results in this video as well but that's not until saturday today is actually thursday normally i film my full day of eating's on saturday which is also my treat day but i wanted to do like a real what i eat on a normal day-to-day basis so that's what we're gonna do today i do already have my breakfast prepped because of course i was planning on going to work today but it is a snow day so i'm getting to work from home so it will just be my normal bacon and eggs i will heat that up and show that to you and um yeah then i'll probably see y'all for lunch i'm going to have my normal sandwich i'm going to do all my normal things that i do and have my meal that i prepped tonight and i will have all of the points for you also either on the screen for each meal or i will do like an end screen and put that at the end for you but if you are and sunday is my schedule right now and i appreciate you guys let's get into the video all right guys here is my breakfast this is what i literally eat every day and i did meal prep this so i just had to heat it up in the microwave but here i have two strips of oscar meyer bacon which is two points and then for my egg scramble it is two eggs 150 grams of egg whites what i do is i dice up some peppers every weekend and i saute some peppers in the skillet mix up my eggs my egg whites a splash of almond milk a lot of salt and pepper scramble that up it's delicious and filling it adds a lot of volume to add the egg whites in if you can see how big that bowl is and pretty much that is zero points for the eggs now i do have a splash of almond milk in there and i do have some almond milk in my coffee that i use in the mornings so the way that i kind of track my breakfast because i will have two or three cups of coffee with almond milk i just go ahead and plug in one um cup of the kalifia farms unsweetened almond milk which is what i use which is one point so i'll count one point for that i will count one point for creamer because in one cup of my coffee i do add creamer the first cup only after that then i will just kind of switch over and start using my skinny syrups for my additional coffees here comes nico so it is two points for the bacon one point for the cup of milk and then one point for the one serving of coffee creamer that i use in the morning so overall my breakfast is four points it's just easier to go ahead and plug in that full cup of milk and then it just kind of covers all of my little splashes of milk that i have in my coffees and in my eggs and everything it's just an easy way to make sure that i don't go over my points so here is my breakfast it is four points i'm going to enjoy this normally i also have like an iced coffee that i take to work with me but i normally eat a lot earlier i probably will not have that for my snack today we shall see but more than likely i will see y'all again at lunch okay guys here is my lunch for the day this is four points and the only thing that counts points is the um arnold sandwich thin it is four points on here i have just the boar's head turkey um tomato and lettuce and mustard and then i have the fruit which is zero points and the chobani nonfat greek yogurt which is also zero points so that will be eight points total for the day so far i think and i know i'll have an afternoon snack of my banana and my brownie and then we'll see if i have any other snacks before dinner and so i will see y'all later okay guys i just wanted to show y'all the snow here this is thursday afternoon about three or four which i didn't think that we were supposed to get any more snow i don't know if you can really see that or not on the camera but it is snowing some big fat snowflakes again yeah all the animals are wanting to look out the door you'll see you want to see what are y'all doing huh they're like what is that of course nico's front and center it's so pretty it's so cold though it's literally like a little winter wonderland though all right guys i was getting ready to make my snack charlie cut his hand open outside the end of the broom like jabbed into his hand he's in pain he just poured alcohol on it and he just screamed and said some dirty words but i didn't film that but anyway it is time for snack okay linda nobody wants to see your butthole all right so for snack today i'm having my usual my banana and my fiber one brownie and i did not have my uh protein coffee this morning just because i ate my breakfast really late compared to normal of course nico he's got to get right up here in the middle of everything i love you nico but you are just a little mess you are a mess so anyway this will be two points for my snack so really i've only had 10 points to eat today so i probably i'm not sure what i'm having for dinner tonight i can't remember if it's the lasagna zucchini boats or the taco bowl tonight we oh charlie said it's the lasagna we alternate every other night so i will have lasagna's zucchini boats tonight which that is five points and then three points for my garlic rolls and then i will probably have my cookies as well which is another two points and then that will kind of end up my day whatever that adds up to again i will have it all on the screen at the end so i'm gonna have my snack and i was just gonna update you on my water situation i have been trying to have some lemon water every day sometimes i feel like i've been in a stall for a month and i feel like if i drink you know some lemon water every day it kind of helps my digestion and keeps my system going better and not just drink my crystal light water which is what i tend to do but i've almost made it through a whole container of ice water today nico's biting on my hand if you're wondering here in the background i've had one bottle of the grape crystal light water i had one bottle of plain water whenever i worked out this morning so i'm not doing too bad on my water it could be better but again it's hard to sit around and drink a ton of water when it's super super cold outside it's actually cold in my house too it's just hard once it's below freezing to keep my house warm downstairs it's old and it's got an old unit and it's just been on auxiliary heat the whole time so i really enjoyed getting our electric bill next month but anyway here's maya oh did you finally decide to jump up here hi beautiful yeah they're all interested in my snack but anywho i'm gonna have my i'm gonna have my brownie and my banana and i will see y'all at dinner okay guys here is my dinner for the night this is the lasagna zucchini boats that you would have seen in my last meal prep video and i will put the link for that video down below so that you can get that recipe and then i have three of my garlic rolls the two ingredient rolls which these are the best little things these are one point each so that is three points and then the lasagna zucchini boats came out to five points because i did use jarred marinara sauce instead of making my own zero point but it's fine i have plenty of points for the day so this is an eight-point meal and i think i've only had eight points for the day so that leaves me at 16 and then i probably will just finish off with my cookies for the night and so that will put me at what 18 points i think but anyway i'll have that listed on an end screen and i'm going to enjoy this because i'm starving and this is delicious i know it doesn't look the prettiest on the plate but trust me it is really good hey guys this is jennifer here just to do my weekly weigh-in update to kind of end off my full day of eating video that i filmed on thursday i think since i was working from home i thought that i would go ahead and film kind of what my typical day looks like i know lots of times on saturdays i will film and that is my treat day so that is not typical of what i do every day on a weekly basis so anyway this is what i usually eat what you just saw the only thing that i forgot to film was my cookies i did have three of my cookies to end my night and after i ate them and we were getting ready to go to bed i was like i forgot to film my cookies so i did have um my three cookies as well and i will include that in my points typically i don't kind of split up these videos so this is just kind of the first time that i've done that and thought that it would be interesting for y'all to see kind of what i eat on a normal basis and also kind of see how far i've come i'm going to include some pictures in here i'm going to overlay that here so that you can see kind of what i looked like before i had my weight loss surgery here's a couple of pictures of uh pre-surgery and then here is a picture probably post-surgery after i had lost about 90 pounds or so and i kind of held that weight for several years and then here is a picture of me after i put some weight back on back in 2016 17 18 was kind of a period of gaining for me as well and then in september of 2019 is when i decided to join wwe because after weight loss surgery i pretty much did a low carb diet and everything and decided that i wanted to kind of get away from that here is some photos that my husband took of me the other day and it's probably also going to be my thumbnail photo but it's not to show off or anything it's just to show kind of how you can how far you can come if you were just consistent and disciplined and that is the thing that i have preached in every one of these videos and the thing that i'm going to try to continue to preach and also follow throughout the rest of my life that it's a thing that i have figured out has worked best for me overall but anyway for my weigh-in update today i didn't lose any weight again this week i was actually really good i tracked all of my food and i was up two-tenths of a pound i basically stayed the same like i said my body does this sometimes i'm okay with it i'm okay with the way that i look i'm okay with my size the way that it is if i stay this size then that's just what i stay i would like to try to lose at least five more pounds that would be my goal is to kind of hit that 140 mark i think i weighed 145.6 whenever i weighed in and last week it was 145.4 i do feel like i have it in me to lose a little bit more weight and we will see if that happens but i'm not going to rush it this is something that i plan on doing for the rest of my life so if it takes me the rest of my life to get that five pounds off then it takes me the rest of my life if i don't get that five pounds off it's fine i'm fine with the way that i am if i put on five or ten more pounds that's going to be fine too i will hopefully try to ran it back in and not let myself go overboard but even i'm about 10 pounds lighter now than i was post weight loss surgery again i go through stalls stalls are fine they are normal i've been about the same weight now for the the whole month of january and february i think um i did drop down one day on a weigh-in down to like 142 point something but then it shot right back up so with me sometimes it's hormones sometimes it's bloating sometimes it depends on the time of the month there's all kinds of factors that go into it sometimes it depends on how tired and stressed i am at work and then sometimes it is what it is you know it's just what i weigh so i try not to really focus on that number i do weigh myself daily just for the data and i have shared that scale and the pictures from the scale from since i got it at the end of august i really wish that i had gotten that scale at the beginning of my weight loss journey because then you could really see you know the progression going from 212 pounds which is what i started in september 2019 down to the 145 that i am currently at right now and again i am i'm okay with that you know i'm focusing more on being healthy and my workouts choosing healthy whole foods i try not to eat too many processed foods saturday is typically the only day that uh we do go out to eat although we do have some friends coming in from miami this weekend so i think that we are going to go to eat with them on friday night this week which will be something kind of out of my norm but it is okay it's not like they ever come to nashville or anything and i'm flexible like that and i think that we're going to the chop house which is my favorite place anyway i'll just try not to over indulge on the bread and the wine like i usually do but i might so i don't know if we'll have a weight loss next week or not because saturday is my weigh-in day and that will be on friday but anyway i'm going to i'm going to go ahead and close out the video here i hope that you enjoyed this full day of eating and i'm going to try to incorporate some more of these sometimes i just get so busy i get up so early in the mornings and i'm rushing around like a crazy person trying to get ready for work always late and you know i would really like to try to start doing some more daily vlogging if that's something that y'all like y'all can let me know down in the comments and i try to include charlie a little bit and i think i have talked him into doing some strength training with me in the evenings so that is something new that we might try out this week a couple of nights just to see because i keep saying that i'm going i keep saying that i'm going to do the strength training and then my my cardio and my core training that i do is about an hour and a half long i don't scratch my back nico this cat's crazy y'all um that training is about an hour and a half and i really i don't feel like i can shorten that if that makes sense to add in the strength training so i think the only way to do the strength training is to add in an additional workout which would be in the evenings those would probably only be about 30 minute sessions and so i think that we could work those in together charlie and i used to go after i had my weight loss surgery we used to go to a boot camp there's a personal trainer here i love her and everything and she does not do the boot camps in person anymore all that she does is online i have contemplated whether or not to reach back out to her and you know see what she has online but i do still hear julie yelling in my head doing my push-ups and getting my butt down when i'm doing my planks and this that and other and so every day i do an hour on the treadmill i do 100 crunches i do 100 lower leg lifts i'm up to a six minute and 15 second plank every day so this week it'll probably go up to six minutes and 20 seconds and i am up to i do 75 push-ups and yeah i think that's it but anyway all of that takes about an hour and a half in the mornings i get up at 3 30 so that i can have like a 30 minutes to drink my coffee and read my bible and things like that and then i get my workout in i need to be in the shower no later than 6 a.m so that i can try to get out of here by 7 45 and get to work it takes me forever to get ready y'all i don't wake up with my makeup on or my hair fixed or anything like that i have to take a shower i have to wash my hair every day especially after those workouts i don't know how the girls who work out every day just put dry shampoo in their hair and go on about their day because i am nasty after i work out for an hour and a half in the mornings i think that it'll be that bad just doing the strength training in the evenings but my whole body is completely drenched in sweat including my hair so yes every day i have to take that full shower and get ready and i'm not one of those that goes to work without makeup or anything like that so yeah it is a little crazy in the mornings but i am going to try to figure out some time saving techniques one of them would be not watching youtube videos but that's kind of when i do a lot of my watching of my friends and other people's channels and stuff that i like to watch i like to watch those while i get ready while i'm putting my makeup on and i know that that's probably taken me longer because i'm sure i'm pausing and watching some and then doing a little bit of work and watching someone doing a little bit of work so i need to be a little bit more disciplined about getting ready and limiting my time uh watching the youtube on weekday mornings but anyway i'm going to close out there if you are new here please go ahead and click that
