[Music] oh a [Music] okay good morning guys welcome back to another what I eaten today we are going to get started on breakfast finally as you see all I had today is my green juice and I did a little run I only ran a mile pretty much fasted so just all my green juice and I took my supplements which always take official soil and this hair pill supplement so my edges you know what I mean they have filled back in thank God but that's it and like I said I'm trying to do well I don't know if I told you guys this but I'm trying to be more consistent with my cardio and I think the thing that helps me the most to stay consistent and not miss the day is just doing it first thing getting it out of the way because I don't like to do my cardio with my other workout like with my heavy lifting because sometimes it'll obviously make me a little too tired if I want to do like a mile or over a mile uh it'll make me too tired and then I feel like my lift is not like good or quality so I much rather separate them so that's why I feel like going and doing my cardio first thing in the morning has been working out for me and I don't really feel like making a big breakfast before I go run so I just do like my green juice it just works out so that's what I've been doing lately so I have my green juice already so yeah now it's time to make breakfast and my coffee which makes me so happy because y'all know I'm trying to cut out coffee and do like matcha coffee matcha coffee but today's a coffee day okay I'm really feeling really tired so yeah let's let's let's get started [Music] he breakfast is served and I got this breakfast from another vlogger that I love watching on here her name is Michaela Bento I believe and she always does this breakfast and I tried it and I was like oh my gosh it's so good it's so healthy obviously it's just sweet potato eggs and avocado and I love all three of these things so I just make sure to really season up my sweet potato and I like it more on the crispier side that way I feel like it takes away from the super sweetness of it and makes it more Savory but yeah super easy simple and I see why she eats it every day because it's really good [Music] they're pitted already a a some peanut butter peanut butter yes some chocolate chips and coconut oil so basically we're going to fill the pitted dates with a little bit of peanut butter then we're going to melt the chocolate down dip them in chocolate put them in the fridge let them Harden yeah and then put a little sea salt on them and this is my first time trying these but we'll see we'll see how it turns out oh we got to wash our hands first just go wash our hands hello hi open them up like that [Music] put peanut butter let Mommy do one first [Music] I okay hold on baby mini chocolate chips one [Music] right here good job good job [Music] okay guys it is dinner time now and I'm actually going to be making a new recipe one that I have not made before and I know you're probably thinking this is a what I eating a day it should be what you eat every single day but every single day is different and to be honest I feel like I've showed you guys all of my healthier recipes or like meal prep recipes so I want to try something a little different uh this is going to be like a stir fry with rice noodles so I have these rice noodles here and um I just had them in my cupboard shout out to my mother-in-law cuz she left them here when we did a meal prep for her and yeah they're just like a rice noodle they taste kind of starchy just like that so I'm going to fry up some chicken I have stir Fred frozen vegetables like you'll you'll see how I do it I'm hoping that it turn out good I had to try at least one new recipe for this video because I feel like like I like I said have shown you guys my chicken fajita recipe my turkey minced turkey recipe like a hundred times like anytime I'm cooking I'm making the same thing which I feel like if you find something you like I mean go with it like that's something that we eat in this house all the time and it's just really really good it's simple and easy but you know we can find new stuff here and there and hopefully this will be a new one in rotation I feel like it's all in the sauce so I'm going to make sure that I really take my time with the sauce I've looked up a bunch of different recipes online so I'm going to just go with what I have in my pantry and yeah so let's get cooking I'm excited it's actually really late already um but that always happens when I'm filming so anyways let's get dinner will add back in the chicken once these are [Music] [Music] done okay guys so here is how it turned out it was kind of a hot mess making it but I'm going to taste test it and let you guys know okay let's get a good bite which means I have to get the noodles some chicken veggies let's see I don't think these are the best stir fry noodles I think the thicker ones you know that get like translucent because these didn't really get translucent like I thought the flavor is really good though I did add some more teriyaki sauce and what else and like just some more Sriracha but it's good I definitely need to tweak it but it's something different so I'm not mad [Music]
