so today's prom it's Cinco de Mayo why did my school put it on the Mexican holiday I don't know I'm Mexican Mexico doesn't even celebrate this holiday I don't know that's besides the point because today's prom it's my first ever prom because I'm a junior in high school and holy cow I'm so excited but I'm also so nervous Alexa what time is it time is 1 44 p.m it is 1 44 p.m the dance is at seven and wow do I have a lot to do I woke up at 12 30 which is probably not a good idea but I needed the extra sleep I woke up really freaking dark because I did self tanning last night and I washed it off this morning [Music] and I also like did everything like I shaved I cleaned my hair but I made sure to scrub it off real good because last time I like sweat during the dance gonna get hot because my last ancestors was Winter ball I used the same self-tanner and so I was sweating right it leaked all onto my dress like everywhere it stained it but luckily my dry cleaners got it out so I made sure to really scrub it off so that doesn't happen to my dress this time because Mom is a little bit more expensive thank you I feel like I'm talking a million miles an hour on the to-do list is go to the mall find heels because I don't have heels I'm gonna look for the shout out to my Flawless filter and I also need boob tape or like a sticky push-up bra and I think I'm gonna wait to show you guys my dress because it's gonna be a surprise my friends coming over in three hours so we gotta roll [Music] off my stressful morning right now I'm probably a dash away from being empty in the nearest gas station's four minutes away so I'm like zooming right now I cannot run out of gas oh [Music] best flavor actually no it's not but um I'm stressed I'm not gonna like sit here and like yell at my camera eight nine ten eleven like 12 people I knew like there were so many groups of people and I I was just alone like searching for my Charlotte Tilbury in which I didn't have I ended up getting heels I wanted white but we have to deal what we got to deal with because it's last minute even the lady was like you have prom and I'm like yeah today and she went here are the heels I got obviously I'm sad I didn't get white but I think they'll go and nobody will be seeing my feet anyways and they're only like 50 bucks so slay DSW they're nude so anyways it's currently 4 34 always coming at 5 30. was gonna come at five but she changed her mind she's getting ready at her house that's why we're changing into our dresses here so we can do little tick tocks I need this for energy also did I mention that I got my period this morning yeah like sorry if that's TMI but this Celsius will make me feel better duh so I'm gonna start doing my hair which in fact I'm very nervous for because I'm not getting anything done professionally for my winter ball I got it blown out professionally but I'm not about to like pay money for that because like I just don't really feel like spending the money so I'm doing it myself because I want to curl it this time and I don't trust other people curling my hair but who am I kidding neither do I trust myself if you're a girl you know that like sometimes your curls turn out better days than others and last time I did my curls they didn't turn out because my hair has grown a lot since like the time before I curled so I will be really careful and I'm gonna take my time with each piece so it actually looks good because I think the only reason why it didn't turn out last time was because I took really fat huge chunks of pieces also it took me forever to find this freaking boob tape like I went into Macy's and then I spent 15 minutes while someone was helping me find it and then they ended up out of it then I went into Nordstrom which I should have went in in the first place and they had a bunch so I got this one for 22 dollars or maybe it's 32. but yeah excited to use this I gotta like calm down so I can act confident at the dance dude oh it's bangs are the hardest part and they fall the quickest and I swear I'm gonna brush these out so I thought I would curl my bangs with you hold up my Mommy's coming hello spaghetti or doing something um got something really small because there's gonna be snacks there we literally are feeling so healthy because we cannot be bloated because we're going to like a swimming party after plus you know we're on the lady days as someone that curls our hair a lot I always leave the ends out but because like my hands are naturally pinched right they like do like a little curl thing and I love it oh my gosh this is the best I've curled my hair in a long time because I like made sure like I wrapped around each piece four times this one's really fizzy bro like you hear every Fizz ready listen you hear that my camera's like broken Brave it's time to get ready we have our little creases Clips they say they're Priceless but I don't think they're crazy they definitely do crease a little but the new product of the day is the Charlotte Tilbury magic cream or serum because this stuff makes you glow and then I'm just gonna do everything the same except the little Charlotte Tilbury eye glitter oh my gosh I'm so nervous like do I mix this with my lotion or do I oh I'm stressed I'm stress it's 5 31 Ava it's 5 31. you have hours until you have to leave I think what I'm gonna start off is this because if I put this on top then I know my makeup will stay I don't know if just this is gonna hold my makeup because I use this every day and it's like the best primer I swear mommy wouldn't let me use her big one so she gave me a sample oh that is gorgeous I was so nervous about my hair naturally now not even kidding you but everything's going better than I planned it to I'm gonna use the Charlotte Tilbury magic cream on top maybe this can do something so why is it pasty why does it look like that you can tell I'm not professional and this is what happens when you don't get your makeup done professionally the glow though now we're gonna go in with this I have a makeup routine like on my channel somewhere I'll link it in the description for you guys because that one's like in detailed I'm stressing just calm down the slower you go the better your makeup will turn out oh gosh that slides on like butter did I mention I'm so sad that it's raining today because it is the venue has like a really pretty view of the water like we're all hoping that we could like spend time outside and the doors could be open but it looks like we're all gonna be inside things happen the weather's like this for a reason okay now I'm gonna let my face dry because it feels a little greasy and I don't want my makeup to just like fall off in the meantime my hands are like darker than my whole rest of my body and so that's awkward as heck today is a dark concealer type of day I use hourglass I'm also starving my ass off okay that matches perfectly I'm so glad this is my summer shade so oh do you guys see how perfectly that Blended and my skin is like doing really good today I didn't know I go to a private school and so my school is like low-key kind of strict dress code but I don't know what they're gonna be like for like dances like this they won't stick last time because last time I wore like a v-neck down to here and the fact that I also saw that many people at the mall from my school today knowing that there's only 400 people in my school says a lot the mom was packing today but I got right in for my eyebrows concealer's done now for Contour we're gonna go with my Holy Grail Charlotte Tilbury We're Not Gonna use a lot because I'm already tan but what I will do is add like a little bit of this Merit one too and now I have to go get this wet I just deleted so much footage from my camera so I could talk to myself more oh my gosh Chloe's here slay that did that like do anything so Charlotte Tilbury you're making my makeup separate we gotta make my makeup look extra snatched today okay okay now to set my little cream Contour in place I'm using like this bronzer glittery thing it's from Clinique and this will really get me snatched up in there and it won't move cotton pad gets so dirty because you're putting it on your face over and over I guess being concerned about anything like a wand like when you dip concealer in yep okay now for the most nerve-wracking part because like if they don't turn on kids then it ruins the whole makeup okay so I learned a new trick guys starting to tick tock you take your little thingy and then you cool you girl rip them all
