Inside a £4,300,000 Surrey mansion with amazing interior design 💫 (full house tour!)

hey everyone welcome to our channel we're man summer and we taught luxury properties so make sure to hit that subscribe button we have such an awesome house to show you guys today it's on the market for 4.3 million with fine and country and we're in ashley park in walton on thames so we'll put a map on the screen so you can get your bearings and see exactly where we are so this home is two years old has six bedrooms eight reception rooms and around seven thousand square feet in total it's incredible the interior design is so awesome like they have a great taste yeah we love it it's kind of like pinterest in real life yeah you guys are going to get such good inspiration vibes from this place so let's start the tour on the outside how many parking spaces do we think we've got here probably fit 10 cars yeah 10 cars comfortably you've got an electric gate at the front and then you've got this double garage that you can fit two suvs in it's a massive space in there yeah and this ashley park is becoming a gated development they're putting gates in so it's a really nice private area lots of luxury houses yeah we've got some drone clips at the start and you can see some of the amazing homes that are around here so let's head on through give you guys a tour if you're ready let's go okay matt our videographer come on in all right oh hello oh we have a little special guest i think this is called luigi hello luigi where's mario oh i know you're scared okay yeah let's pop the floor plan up before we get into it you always forget but we know you guys love floor plans yeah yeah and this is four floors so a very interesting floor plan but i'll let you start yeah so come on through so we've got two studies at the front of the property kind of like a his and hers so you've got one study here one massive space like you comfortably have two people working here but this time you know you've got one um lovely big windows you've got the sonos surround system um with the control4 as well and then if you go check out opposite someone will show you the other study yeah so in the entrance hall it's stone flooring and then when you come into the study and the back of the house it's engineered timber flooring and so really nice contrast but this is the other study so his and hers his and his her and hers you can have your own study so you don't annoy each other while you're working um but yeah really like that we need this you know what i love as well if you've got the main studies up here and then downstairs in the basement level there's an incredible kids study oh yeah like slash playroom they're not probably doing work maybe not well maybe if they want a house like this in the future they might be studying already true okay okay this is like the boot room good feature to shovel your shoes away so it's not clogging up the hallway then what's in there matt yeah so here we've got even more coat storage kind of like kid's coat storage yeah lots of little coats okay so we've got the staircase on this side we're gonna head down to the basement in a second after we show you the main kitchen and living space this hall space is amazing so wide um so it's an amazing you know kind of area of space and actually love this piece of art so the owner was saying this is an english artist that spends around six months of each year in india to get the what you call the inspiration for pieces like this i love it it's really cool there's lots of cool art throughout and this whole property does have the option to buy all the furniture apart from i think three things and the paintings all included in the house but this area you've got the herringbone flooring which i absolutely love and then that is the downstairs toilet so yeah show that i'll show you this through here really luxury finish and some quite cool puffer fish on the wall yeah there's lots of different wallpapers throughout the different rooms now guys let's show you through this kitchen family entertainment area it's an incredible space which way should we go first maybe let's check out the lounge yeah you take us through okay so this is the lounge i've got this gorgeous fireplace on at the moment oh my god it's so warm and then all the speakers um all throughout the house so you can have the audio playing in here what i love about this whole area is there's so many ways to get outdoor so that the indoor and outdoor living vibe really works so you've got these sliding doors here yeah and then in the center where there's the dining table you've got massive bi-folding doors um which open up to like an outdoor entertainment area as well but how about this table how many seats have we got four eight ten ten seater yeah the interior design is is beautiful isn't it you've got these lights flowers what about this detailing on the ceiling i love that that's slightly recessed you've got that led light surrounding and when we go upstairs to the bedrooms they're immaculate there are actually three kids living here but you've never you'd never know you wouldn't even know anyone's living here yeah but they do okay let's move over to the kitchen the this is a granite worktop super large island with a booth um insert into it so you've got like a seating area and that area is quite unique isn't it you know you don't usually see a curved feature like that but it really works ideal breakfast space and i just want to um shout out the owner she has a new business that's just um launched i thought it'd be interesting to share with you guys let me just get it open okay so it's called the pink panda um and they're little cute snuggly toys look at these bunnies that's so sweet yeah we also want to launch a video on what luxury homeowners do for a living so we meet lots of different people um we thought that'd be a good video to film for the channel yeah these are so cute check it out we'll um link the instagram page in the description below the video okay cool let's go back to the kitchen let's do it tell you what i want to show you guys so this oven over here this is a french piece now this is the same brand that gordon ramsay has throughout his entire kitchen i'm going to go with la cancha la cancho spanish it's french yeah la conch yeah i'm not sure something like that everyone's probably laughing at us in the comments matt is definitely laughing at us completely um okay let's keep showing you rounds so we've got the big yeah big island area stone worktops on this side and they've gone for a contrast if you look at the cabinet cabinets here you've got the light gray and the dark wood finish then on this side we've got some plug sockets and usbs built into the kitchen and then we've got the siemens appliances so we've got um microwave oven and grill oven and then like warming trays here below um all very neatly built in i'm guessing that's a really nice ladder kind of pantry should we do a reveal yeah let's do a reveal yes i love that i'd have so many like oreo jars and snack jars in this little cupboard that would work nicely and then on this side of the room you have kind of another living space um it feels a bit more airy in here so you've got the doors open outside you'd probably be a bit cozy over there and this is more like your yeah more of a daytime space amazing skylight in here so like just light just pouring in and like we talked about in the office you've got the same speakers throughout yeah okay should we head down to the basement let's do it yeah cue fast walk summer what we can't go to the basement yet we've missed this whole utility area so this utility is bigger than most people's kitchens so yeah let's go yeah this is the size of our kitchen very much all right yeah um but you've got the washer there's two dishwashers you've got double dishwashers um on obviously loads of storage i've seen from the comments a lot of people definitely like to see the utility areas and the spaces like this now there is actually a big laundry room downstairs although you've got a washer here like this is mainly just the utility and there is a dedicated laundry yeah yeah and then to the right of me just behind you matt is the door to the double garage and then you've got lift here and the lift has access to all four floors we'll get in the lift on the basement and head up to the bedroom so it's actually a really luxury lift the floor has the herringbone it does yeah and it's spacious in there yeah yeah we'll show you but let's go down to the basement now just another feature i wanted to point out which i love is the paneling on the wall as it's obviously a new property it's only two years old it feels really homely in here feels like such an amazing family home a lot of the places that we see that are huge they kind of feel a bit empty sometimes yeah whereas this yeah it feels like you'd live in here and you just enjoy it okay we're in the basement level ceiling heights here um we're in the basement level and the ceiling heights around 2.8 meters down here so it's an amazing feeling of space you've got this automatic lighting that comes on so it's really welcoming for like your kids to come down here you know feel really safe and the air filtration system so lots of um new airs coming in it doesn't feel like you know really stuffy down here always fresh air isn't it let's show you the cinema through here this is my favorite room i love this i love how wide the room is like although you've got one two three five chairs at the moment you could build some big benches in and have loads of stuff can you should we try out the chairs that's right yeah oh that is comfy yeah this is good this is nice and there's like a blue led light behind the projector which i actually love yeah i love that so nice and then you've got the speakers and surround sound and everything through here but down here because this room is painted dark to make it feel more ambient the speakers and everything is dark as well so it's like little details and then on this side of the room is a little gym section so you've got a pilates machine spin bike and then mirrors all on this wall so you can watch yourself working out so this was really ideal for lockdown to have the gym in here but what it's kind of kitted out and space to do is to have a bar yeah you've got the mirrors at the back build a bath system in so like this whole area is like really entertainment friendly there's another room that will show you which would work as the gym and then this as the bar area there's loads more to see in this space so let's go back out to the hallway okay let's go to the kids playing room yeah got one of the best areas through there i know people have their eyes on that yeah so this is the kids playroom mentioned study but you're right it's inflatable yeah i don't think it's working but it's such a good size in here yeah you know very tidy too yeah that's sweet i'd love to have this when i was growing up come in here wow this is so cool this is awesome wow it's like everything is just perfectly organized like if i was to get a ruler these are probably spaced out pretty evenly and they're not slotted in and like the colors of the lids there's a few different but like all black the whites oh i love that so cool and then you've got so you've got the fridges down here as well yeah loads of loads of storage on the sides too we've got a nice big one here yeah actually this is a cigar it's a guy unit as well cool so as we mentioned in the utility room upstairs this is kind of like the main utility room where maybe a housemaid would um help you out around the house and do everything down here this space is perfect for housemates on the very top floor you've got like your own self-contained apartment annex style space and the owners currently have like a living living nanny yeah loads of cabinets that cool up here lovely okay so we're gonna show you through here this is the storage and plant room we know there's a lot of you out there that like the plant room so we're gonna show you it here are all the tech electronics going on in the house so you've got cctv throughout the house alarm systems and then here is the big plant room cold water tank i know what this is because there's a label on it [Laughter] but honestly oh here we go heating expansion vessel it's knowledgeable yeah just gonna pretend i'm really and this smart the air filtration system like we've got a very similar system they're quite common you mentioned in there didn't you about the security and the alarm and everything so what this house has that is really cool is panic buttons in most of the bedrooms which will set the alarm off call the emergency contacts um and then you can use that the idea was saying is your safe room yeah because then you can just drink lock yourself in yeah okay let's go should we head up in the left yeah what's this final door oh we've got that we've got a toilet down here oh wow yeah that's a really nice style yeah we're really liking the gold hardware um at the moment we've seen it a bit more haven't we that really suits this space and the shower heads are ginormous in the master bedroom the shower is massive yeah okay let's go on the lift okay let's show everyone [Laughter] okay guys i was not supposed to be in there we'll go up the stairs and then we'll join the lift in the next one [Laughter] okay so we have four bedrooms on this floor and then two more on the top floor where we see first let's check out that one yeah you go first so this is the kid's bedroom gorgeous little girl's bedroom got pale pink lots of wardrobes on the left i just love when all the rooms are so differently designed um you know for each type of person and then matt if you spin around you've got the ensuite no i'm talking about matt the videographer yeah i'm gonna have to call you guys different mats this is the most gorgeous entree i've ever seen got pale pink sink unit pale pink wallpaper it's just so pretty isn't it yeah i love the finish on on top here that is just beautiful and then a little roll top bath with mosaic tiles yeah it suits it so much yeah i love that there's space for a big shower and bath as well yeah okay let's go to the next room if we go directly across yeah this is currently a newborn baby's room so you've got a gray finish storage on that side yeah i love it you've got a newborn baby's room bigger than most most main bedrooms yeah loads of storage space the timber flooring um all on this floor and even throughout all these rooms you've got the speaker system throughout so you can literally have your bedtime stories yeah red out through the speakers and there's under floor heating which is nice and toasty okay shall we show the let's show this so this is the jack and jill bathroom so it works as the family bathroom but also doubles up as the ensuite for the room next door you've got an amazing shower again love the gold hardware and then a big bathtub yeah each bathroom and ensuite are just different styles which i like because a lot of houses we see the bathrooms are kind of all the same um but this one they've gone for different now come through to the bedroom that's pretty cool oh yeah so that works as a jack and jill bathroom so it's an ensuite but also accessed through the main landing he's got a pretty cool we've been obsessed with yes this is a cool little collection i like that for me it's this trailer with the speedboat i would have loved that yeah that is sick and you like boat models yeah we're going to say something else about models then oh and we've got the panigale no way yeah ducati on there anyway these people want to see a house yeah i'm getting sidetracked this is a cool kid yeah gorgeous room really big and a lot i like that all the bedrooms have lots of built-in storage lovely color this as well it's like a navy blue yeah okay we've got the main bedroom to see yeah yeah so double doors into the grand room wow and if you come here matt you can quickly see the panic buttons see those red buttons by the bed so if you're in bed in you're worried somebody's downstairs um you can quickly press them and on this side you've got so much space for cabinetry something like this decorative you know space looks real nice yeah and then large mirror now this is the walk-in wardrobe and these wardrobes have a leather finish and it goes all the way around here so lots of space for both your clothing yeah it's really spacious isn't it now this again you've got double doors um into the master ensuite this has got limestone and marble throughout here yeah um you've got the limestone on the wall and then the shower is round this corner it's a huge shower isn't it yeah you've got to see the shower head look how big it is and then jewel sinks over here love these mirrors love the mirrors you've got the villeroy and bosh sanity where this is so nice here yeah i love this how much space there is yeah i know the same and the flooring with the weaved kind of pattern [Laughter] okay where are we going next so right now i think we should show everyone the lift yeah um without the thing in this time yeah here yeah okay let's just get the thing out okay so this is the lift with the cool flooring yeah it's gorgeous isn't it all right the camera yeah let's grab the camera and we'll see you in a minute okay i'm pressing just closing level two take us up so it's a five person lift this is going up look at the ceiling oh yeah it feels a luxury left with this herringbone flooring and he didn't like the wallpaper yeah no scooters max 400 kg [Music] all right so now we are on the top floor and this is the almost like self-contained apartment space where you've got the bedroom over here yeah so bedroom is here and then if you come around this corner is the kitchenette so they have a living made at the moment and this is perfect space for her so you've got your microwave the induction hob and yeah it's just a nice little kitchen and equally for a teenager i think this is an amazing space because you can go straight from your bedroom to the lift all the way down to the basement catch a movie you know sneak your friends in and out about having to go through the house um and then over this side you've got some oh i guess this we haven't gone through this door this is probably gonna be ensuite right it's not the ensuite walk-in wardrobe yeah walking wardrobe nice okay let me see what's right in this corner oh this is the ensuite ah okay oh yeah so you've got a large shower got a skylight in here and then you've got the blue panels yes pretty decent where should we go next got another bedroom yeah just look how um how nice that window is as well yes that's really picturesque i still can't believe it's only two years old it feels so homely doesn't it but equally everything does it's so new yeah okay let's show you the other room we actually recently got a comment on our videos what's our favorite house that we've toured and i think this is i can't think of all of them at the moment but this is definitely up there with like the design and the feel of it yeah i think i would probably choose this one as one of the top for sure because we've done a lot of tours in central london at the moment it seems quite good value doesn't it i'd rather live here and commute because you're only about 45 minutes yeah um away this idea wasn't it so this room has an ensuite as well i'll show you through here it's like a really pretty room you've got the um the shower over there with the big shower head beautiful tiling that's just fell in the toilet and then this side another um you know amazing window and lines should we head outside to the garden yes okay cool we'll meet you in the garden okay so outside you have this patio area and as you can see all the bi-fold doors are opened up one thing i really like about this space is this glass roof and so obviously you're still under shelter if it's raining i think it's the best of in and outdoors like because of obviously in the uk the weather it is going to be raining a lot so you can still enjoy being outdoors with this shelter and you've got that heater up there that i can feel on me which is just what i need when i'm outside that's it but equally on a sunny day the space is absolutely amazing so it comes down a step and then over this hand side this hand side you've got these sun lounges oh and this this um garden also has planning permission for a pool yeah which i think would be the perfect addition for this house i think it's like vertical here is the planning permission totally agree you've got plenty of space for it and it would be an amazing compliment to this place but it's a great garden you've got a little climbing frame and trampoline there's lots of mature trees around you've got a um a big house over there but very separated so private in that sense and then let's come down to the garden then we can see the house from the back yeah yeah it's a stunning design let us know down below what you
