WELL ROUNDED manufactured/modular home that's SUPER STYLISH! Prefab House Tour

hello everyone look at this beautiful home that we have right here this is a home manufactured by Colony homes okay we're at the 2024 Louisville manufacturer housing show and this house right here to me has a beautiful exterior that gets a lot of attention but then the inside is very nice as well but it's not like way too big or anything like that so I think youall really going to enjoy let's take a quick exterior walk around and then we're going to make our way in you can tell they did a great job with their with the colors they went with on this one you've got your white vinyl black shutters black windows and then you know the black stone the black fascia everything matches really well and you're going to see that on the inside as well okay so we have the side door even they're going to have the black door that really offsets that white vinyl I like it a lot now this is actually a little bit before the show is starting so they still got a few things around so we're going to work around that okay we got a water faucet there we've got that goes into a bathroom the main bathroom on this house though is probably definitely my favorite thing about this house so stick around for that we got electrical outlet there lots of Windows and then we also have another Water Hookup down here if you think about a lot of times I'll tour a house and it'll only have one Water Hookup on maybe the front one on the back or whatever so it's great you see one on each end because that' be very useful if you know say you got some landscape AP and shrubs and stuff like that you know you can have you two different hoses one could reach around here the other so I like that setup a lot okay we're coming back around while we're making our way around here I'm going to encourage you to drop a their homes in the past as well at other retailers and at their plan and they're already on the channel okay so let me give you one closeup right here but then even right here you've got you know you got your stone and then you got this white trim around this black window they just did a fantastic job with all that I believe it is Showtime ladies and gentlemen hope you're having a wonderful day and maybe this tour is going to make it just a little bit better let's step inside okay so here we are coming on in this model right here the colors and everything in this house is super sleek and nice and just a lot of cool stuff to see y'all stay tuned we're getting all types of homes here so y'all stay tuned to the channels a lot of them are probably already out um just you'll scroll back you'll recognize the thumbnails you'll recognize the homes are in the building it's probably going to be them okay right here in the living room I love this wall right here and I can I can see on the camera it's not doing it justice the lighting and stuff is not as great here on the camera is what I'm actually visually seeing but it looks wonderful even went with the black plug so it doesn't really so they doesn't stand out or anything like that and look awkward we've got carpet in this living room as you can tell and it just seems like a good vibe in here I'm thinking you may want to have your flat screen on that wall as well this house isn't going to be overly big so just the right amount just the right amount of square footage perfect do you see that right there what what does that say I can't read that what it's like so far away does it say pastry I don't know we'll check that out in a minute we come over into the kitchen we've got these uh thin scape tops that I've seen in some other homes as well it's like a thinner quartz material that they're using I like it a lot it's it's probably a whole lot cheaper than your standard quartz far as price and but it's still very nice and it be easy to clean and all that kind of stuff here we have our kitchen I'm sorry I sat down a while ago so I kind of move that back but over on into the kitchen more we go look at all the cabinets beautiful and I love the the black cabinets with these gold pools I've seen it's funny I've seen uh white cabinets with gold pools which I like and I've seen like a Navy y'all know what I'm talking about I've seen some of those Navy cabinets uh with the gold pools and then then we have this right here and this just really really pops I'll tell you for me just looking at it kind of as a whole just really makes these kitchen cabinets look uh fancy I guess you would say but all the countertop space is great in here um you've got some different countertops right here than what we have on the island all of the different Outlets that we have okay and then let's see make sure we got know we don't have any lights under the cabinet or anything then you've got your you know your USB USC plug over here your ven hood on this house is I remember seeing this uh I did a colony home in Morgantown West Virginia at Middletown homes and I remember seeing a ven hood that ven Hood there on the cica remember I Tor the cica and remember it had one of those crazy pantries if y'all remember watching okay oh look white cabinets over here electrical School Outlet we're going to go ahead and go down there we'll get to the I'm just kidding see what this pastry is all about what is does that say oh that says oh I get it [Music] now yeah I kind of I kind of scoped around a little bit before I started a video and I knew what we had going on in here look at the size of this Pantry four rack the length right here is crazy but then down here you have cadin you have drawers got you even some countertop space you got the built-in microwave this is one of those pantries that I'm telling you kind of has everything you need in it right and those are some very big Cadets let's go down this way and then we'll come back to the main bedroom oh sorry we got to get to the dining area washer and dryer spot right here even cabinets in here plus your hanging ride we've got the breaker box I like the this black interior door probably what you're going to be seeing throughout the house but it's the first one that I've actually seen looks great I think they did a phenomenal job on this one like combining your whites and your blacks together and really and really taking that to the next level okay let's go to here and look at some bedrooms we've got our furnace here to the left what else do we got down it's that side door okay let's go in this bedroom right here first carpet in here yeah seeing some more of these doors so like I told you I kind of scoped around and that is that's my jacket I was like What if I hang my jacket right there cuz I was hot number one and then there's my backpack just kind of give you a little oh and tell you what should have done I got a lot of stuff in here but we hang it up like that look at that now that right there is nice I like we have this area for your shoes and boots or whatever but then we've got some cabinets you know with doors if you got some stuff you don't want to like see all the time that's great as well and then if we turn back this way we [Music] have another bedroom and a bath let's go ahead oh let me show you this as well we got access to the attic we have our water heater there let me show you our bathroom next so we got some more of these same tops that we had on the kitchen island but this is a white color as well what do y'all like better y'all like that white or yall like the white or the black better what do y'all y'all drop a comment you know you got to you got to keep in mind if you had the black with this white sink I don't know I guess I'd kind of have to see it personally but I like I like that that set up but then again I think I like the black better on the kitchen out I think I like exactly how they have it okay oh man but I I kind of would like to see it the other way you know what I'm saying I just like with I'd have to see it both ways are y'all are y'all like that like I have to kind of I can't really visualize I can certain things but I would have to see this with a black top to really know really know if I if I wanted it all right anyways out of there let's look at this bedroom quickly and then we're going to the main bedroom all right let's go down to the main bedroom so this is one of those houses definitely the extra is amazing gets uh it's really it's really eye-catching and then the inside you know it's no Overkill everything is super nice super clean lots of cabinets huge Pantry three beds two baths it's got a lot right here we have us a nice coat closet before we come into the main bedroom once again you going to continue on with these same interior doors you're going to see throughout the house ooh this is beautiful I actually just met Heather uh she's doing a lot of the decorating and stuff here she also does a lot of the marketing for colony and some of the other brands as well and so they have done a fantastic job on not only this house but some of the other homes that I've done far as decoration and everything would you take one little quick look at this okay that's all I can give you I know it wasn't much at all but did you see that okay let's go back in there here we go here we go here we go let's start off with the sinks though actually let me just give you another look at that flooring I want to go ahead and give you a closeup of that that's beautiful I've seen these mirrors in some other homes uh you know what also I want to say about that is I remember the first time I seen these mirrors and I was telling yall about them in a house and then we went to a hotel and they had the same ones in that hotel it's like they have a light back there behind them as well and I've seen them in multiple hotels since but they're very nice seems like they give all kind of that perfect lighting this vanity goes all the way down through here with tons of cabinets seriously look at the amount of cabinets here's that shower I can't take it anymore look at this so this tow if you can tell it's got a little bit of um I'm looking at the camera it's not exactly maybe if I step back let's see it's got a little bit of a blue in it just a little bit just a hint I'm sure there's other options as well so keep that in mind we have the wand here as well and then you you're going to have your shower head positioned here and then obviously one thing that's very cool to note is that you're right here is where you turn it on so that way you can reach in here and turn it on not be getting wet and all that okay we have this as well flooring continues throughout this bathroom this bathroom may be my favorite thing about this house what is y'all's favorite thing about this particular model let me know in the comments section we're put into can be built as HUD manufactured homes or modular homes and so just keep that in mind you know you can take this same house and put a bigger roof roof pitch you know uh I believe you could do the same thing like off frame put it on a basement uh or you could do a second level so just possibilities are kind of endless on that you can check out more about them on their website I'll drop the link in the description their plant is in Shippenville Pennsylvania and it says they have 14 states that they cover and they have retailers in so basically how it works is a retailer a dealership will order purchase a home purchase this home have it at their dealership or if they work with them they can always order any particular model they have and then if you're are possibly the in consumer what is itching my nose I hate that sorry about that uh if you're the end consumer you would purchase through the retailer and dealership uh or dealership and you would be able to they would they would be the ones that would service you set your house up do all that take care of you and so that's why I always Rec recommend if you're going to if you're going to work with a company that's going to be doing all those things I recommend personally finding somebody local that's close to you that you know that has good reputation and stuff like that instead of trying to use somebody that's you know states away or whatever just because if you have any issues and uh once again if they are from your same area they're going to know all the specifics that your county your state will require uh when it comes to setting up these homes and all that kind of good stuff so just a little bit of insight there I probably don't share that near enough but anyways yeah uh you can check them out online if you want show I know I I went to that show in January and I still had this house I tore so many homes there which was I mean obviously a blessing uh but between there and now I've been to several other places and got a lot of other homes so I try to space it out um I know the Thursday night's video was a home from Alabama and I thought well this one's in Pennsylvan or built out of Pennsylvania so I'm trying to hit all y'all the best I can I really I know I need to get more out towards the west and I want to I've got some stuff I'm working on it's just um none of it's actually happened yet so just stay tuned if you're out that way with that being said said I want to get into estimated retail pricing now like I just shared with all that with the different things you can do that's going to be such a range on pricing that's that's what what I'm going to provide here in the video for you just keep in mind those things that I've already shared not going to go over them again that's going to
