i honestly woke up today and was like no i don't want to do this today i just want to go to the beach announce that i'm a gym truck athlete i don't know i'm not the usual body type that you see in activewear all over instagram i'm literally dreaming about the gym there is a life valley hurry in the cup my teeth [Music] so good morning friends and welcome back to another vlog it is monday morning it is currently 10 a.m i had a little bit of a sleep in this morning it was not intentional but got home late last night so bugs i slept in i honestly spent a little bit of time in my room this morning taking some like progress content which like i hate i hated every minute of it but i always see these tick tocks of people posting like progress videos of like every month along to like some music and stuff and i just thought that would be fun firstly i'm gonna out myself i'm pretending that today was january and i took like my january content at the end of feb then i'll take my february content end of every month for the whole year and then hopefully it'll be really fun to look back on how much progress i've made because i really feel like this year is just going to be huge i really just feel really good about the progress i'm going to make this year so i did that this morning i weighed myself i took my photos i took my videos i took my tick tocks i did it all and i finally got dressed i'm wearing this new gymshark vital seamless in this like gray smile color honestly when i pulled it out of the packet i was like i don't know how i feel about this color but now that i've put it on i'm obsessed like i almost like it more than the blue and maybe even the yellow i don't know but i'm just out on my morning walk i just hit the 2k marks i'm gonna walk 500 meters and then turn around so it'll be a 5k walk in total my january goal was to hit 11 000 steps every day which i did actually achieve which i'm so proud of myself for and i just want to keep this momentum going i feel like once you get the hang of it and once you have the momentum eleven thousand steps every day like it doesn't sound as daunting and it's not as hard as you'd think i'm gonna keep this going for feb when i go home i'm just gonna be getting a bunch of editing done i need to edit my whole entire weekly vlog which i think is gonna take me a long time but it's fine i'm also just not excited to edit it because i don't think it's a very good vlog i think rachel's gonna be coming over this afternoon after work and just hanging out with me for a bit and then i think i might have a pt session tonight anyway i'm gonna keep walking and then get stuck into some work when i get home [Music] so [Music] guys guys guys guys guys guys guys guys guys guys oh my gosh this lighting is awful we're going to try my face in front of the sun so you can actually see me but it's now 6 p.m and i just announced that i'm a gym try gustling sophie's going to post at 6 2 but it's not coming with my feed are you okay i genuinely want to like throw my phone across the room i can't hold this camera up my forearms have cocked it i literally just got in the car after pt my arms are shaking so bad i need to comment on sophie's photo i'm so proud of you okay comment on that photo oh what a stinking cutie sophie knight i'm shaking look at you absolutely killing the game couldn't be more that's all from me today [Music] hello friends i haven't chatted to you in a really long time it's currently 20 past 9 p.m have i even talked to you today i always feel like an idiot because when i'm thinking this right now you would obviously know when i talked to you last but i have no idea i don't think i'll talk to you today hi it's tuesday today i had a little bit of a weird day i feel like i've been having all your days over and over and over again i've honestly just been stuck on my phone pretty much all day today and a lot of last night replying to comments and dms about my gymshark announcement which is so exciting and so lovely and everyone is being so kind and i feel like mentally i was really preparing for the worst i don't know why but i think announcing that i was officially a gymshark athlete in my head i know that i don't look like an athlete and like not that i really am an athlete but like it's just the title that goes along with the job i guess i don't know i'm not the usual body type that you see in activewear all over instagram and i think that was just really playing in my head all day before i posted my photo and then i posted it and i have been flooded with nothing but love like i haven't got one hateful comment or dm which honestly has really surprised me and i'm so grateful and i just feel like i've needed to take like the deepest breath over the last like 24 hours and i just can't like my whole body just feels so tight and i just feel like constantly on edge which i hate like i shouldn't be living my life being scared about the hate that i'm gonna receive because there's really nothing i can do about it but anyway that was a very big ramble i just wanted to say if you sent me a comment or sent me a dm congratulating me on my gymshark athlete announcement i really really appreciate it you guys are just the best and i wouldn't be in this position at all without you so i really have you all to thank so thank you i hope that you know you're appreciated i had a couple of plans for this week that have been moved to next week so i honestly have no idea what the rest of my week is going to entail today i had pt in the morning and then i went out for coffee with my friend kate she's the best as always and then i came home i procrastinated for a couple of hours and then i went to the gym and did a six kilometer walk on the treadmill which is really good it's been raining here all day today so i couldn't walk outside i hate walking on the treadmill but i had to hit my steps so we did that i'm currently at 10 548 steps so i need to walk around my room for a little bit before i hit 11 but after the gym i came home and then continued procrastinating and then i just had a shower i just literally had baked beans on toast for dinner and i've now made myself a moon milk and i'm gonna drink this and just try wine down for the night i was originally gonna try get some work done tonight cause i literally haven't done any work today but i think i'd rather just have an early night and try to get up early tomorrow i'm gonna say in this vlog right now what's the time it's 9 30. i'll finish i'll go to bed by 10 i'm going to wake up at 5 30 tomorrow i'm going to put this in my vlog so that i have to film me getting out of bed at 5 30 a.m tomorrow because i need to wake up and have a productive day tomorrow because i haven't had like a good solo productive day in what feels like forever and i think mentally i just need to get some work done like i feel like that's gonna make me feel better because i've rested enough i don't even know what this ramble is i'm just all over the place so anyway i don't know why i'm just still rambling i'm gonna do my moon milk i think my brother's just going to bed without saying goodnight goodnight good morning hi 5 30 alone my lights turned on half an hour ago it's kind of cold in here okay okay okay okay three two let's do this [Music] hello friends happy wednesday oh i can't see i was really proud of myself i did manage to get out of bed at 5 30 this morning just it took me 40 minutes to get out of bed get dressed weigh myself brush my teeth brush my hair and like get out the door to go for my walk because i was just so tired and so sluggish i went on a three kilometer walk this morning and i've come home and i've pretty much been sitting in front of my computer ever since i've been editing my weekly vlog which is coming along quite nicely i have like 20 30ish minutes left of footage to go through and hopefully i'm getting up today it is currently 12 20. whoa i saw it was just 11 30. it's 12 20 so hopefully i can get this video done by like maybe three four and then schedule it for five pm tonight i just made some lunch i've got some naked harvest collagen and my big bowl i just prepped some chicken as well because i didn't have anything prepped in the fridge and i needed to i'll show you what's in my bowl it's very boring today i've just got chicken mince that has taco seasoning on it i've got some iceberg lettuce and some continental cucumber corn because i'm obsessed with corn and then i have like a hundred grams of spud light i dice them up chuck them in the airfryer chuck them in the fridge and then i just heat them up in the airfryer as well and then i just drizzled some nando's spicy mayo over the top kind of boring doesn't look that great but i'm excited to eat i've done really well with my eating today i've tracked literally every single thing that has entered my mouth today which i feel like is an accomplishment in itself i'm gonna keep editing my vlog i have something on at six tonight so i want to get a lot of my work done before then so i can just like chill out clean up my room and just do a couple of things and then do that so that's my update i'm gonna eat this before it all goes cold and i'm very excited i'm halfway through eating my lunch and i hear a knock at the door and there's a man standing there with flowers and the card says i'm so proud of you what an athlete love you but it doesn't say who they're from what the heck look how oh stop i feel like i can't get like emotional about it because i don't know who they're from how stinking cute i was really close not answering the door as well so that's good [Music] i'm it's very natural i just got home and i thought i'd give you a quick grocery haul i just picked up a random couple of things that i needed to get me through the rest of the week over here i just have some like normal everyday things i got some toothpaste some moisturizer and some tan as well i got some cheese i got a couple of oranges i got so many nectarines i only realized when i scanned these that they're actually white nectarines and i wanted yellow but i got five of them anyway i got some sweet snacking tomatoes capsicum some corn some diced tomatoes i also got some meat so i got some pork mince actually just to switch up my chicken mints and i got chicken mince and i got some chicken breasts as well i got a big bag of spud light i've been eating these ages but i really just have a whole new appreciation for them lately so i've got a big bag of those i got two of these cobbs natural popcorn in the lightly salted lightly sweet flavor i had a packet of these sitting in my pantry for months and i never ate it but rachel came over this week and she brought some with her we were snacking there it was so good and the cows are so great so i got two bags of that because it was on sale i got some iceberg lettuce a continental cucumber i got this loaf of bread it's half a loaf of bread how great is that obviously like not ideal for everyone and i can see why people would think this is stupid but for one person who doesn't eat red bread very often who wants to keep it in their freezer but the big loaf takes up too much room this is gonna be perfect for me i got some kombucha because it was on sale and then i also just got some milk as well and that is my grocery haul [Music] [Music] good morning friends happy friday what of you like look at that i'm thriving i honestly woke up today and was like no i don't want to do this today i just want to go to the beach so that's exactly what i did i went to the gym i hit some upper body i filmed it for a reel that i'm making and then i finished with like 10 minutes on the stair master which is actually really fun i think i want to make that like a regular thing and then i drove straight to the beach i went for a two kilometer walk to breakfast i got an acai bowl and then i walked two kilometers back to my car i actually went to burley to begin with and the beaches were shut i don't know why but the waves are hectic i'm sure there's like a reason why but there were no flags out and no one was swimming so i drove around to tele budra and that is where i'm at right now i set up my beautiful umbrella it's from business and pleasure i think i'll tag the instagram on the screen but i got for christmas and it's beautiful like i love it so much shout out to my brothers for the best christmas present ever but i've been for a swim and now i'm just chilling out and having honestly a fantastic time it's like almost 2 30 so i think i'll spend like maybe another hour here and then head home i'm probably gonna have to get some food on the way home because i'm starving but i might get like a subway or something it's so sunny my eyes are really struggling to stay open honestly i can't get over the view behind me are you kidding me the blue sky the green the blue water it's a vibe well you know what's not about my hair right now but the beach is not where you look cute the beaches where you relax and have fun and enjoy swimming in the water i've gotten a bit warm so i think i'm gonna go for another swim and then come back and keep relaxing and that's pretty much my friday update i am hanging out with rachel tonight which will be really fun and i'll obviously bring you along for that but for now this is what my day is entailed i also like just realized that i'm literally like talking to a camera on the beach and not even questioning it anyway that's all i have to say i'm going to enjoy the rest of my beach today and i'll update you my neighborhood [Music] i got the barbecue cheeseburger one i don't even know what it's called but it has like yum white sauce on it and i'm really excited about it dinner with the view how good got home from hanging out with max oh whoops i have instagram stories playing on the background as i was saying i just got home from hanging out with rachel i had the best time tonight honestly i feel like our friendship has definitely changed shin i can't speak our friendship has definitely like changed and evolved since she's moved out and since she's gotten married and it all feels very very weird but also just so right and so exciting we went on a little date night tonight and we actually made an effort to like go out and leave the house and hang out and i feel like we're way more connected now than we were when we housemates because we were just kind of like hi bye how's your day yeah good yeah my daughter's good too bye and we just never actually got to hang out and have like good quality time together so i just love seeing her and i'm literally obsessed with her she's my favorite human ever we went to a lookout we had pizza we had a great time it's almost 10 30 now i'm about to moisturize my body i got a little bit of sunburn at the beach today so i'm just going to moisturize moisturize this afternoon but i'm just going to do it again so that i wake up and hopefully it's all fixed by tomorrow i don't have to get up super early tomorrow i think i'm going to get up at like 7 or just before seven so that's not too bad because my pt is running um another boot camp tomorrow which i'm really excited about um and then i think i might have a deadlifting session on sunday by myself just because i feel like that might be fun anyway i'm gonna finish moisturizing it feels weird chatting to you i love you and i will see you on saturday morning if your update was good morning friends happy sunday i haven't brushed my hair today i'm just in the kitchen i'm gonna make some oats for breakfast i had sleeping this morning so it's currently nine and i only just got up and out of bed and got dressed mainly because i just didn't know how i wanted to like structure my day today i actually had a dream last night that i hit my 150 kilo deadlift i'm literally dreaming about the gym like i'm not well but i woke up and i was like oh like if i'm dreaming about it does that mean that i should try and go and hit it but like i think that i'm still a little bit far off hitting it like i don't think if i went to the gym today and tried to hit it that i would i decided against it i also am going away on a trip on tuesday so i don't want to be really sore for that trip so they're my reasonings it was one of those dreams though that you wake up and you're like was that real like i woke up and i was like oh my gosh did i hit my deadlift goal but i definitely haven't i think i'm gonna try for it late feb early march i don't know if i'll get it but that's just like my timeline at this point in time i'm still gonna go to the gym today i don't know what i'm gonna train my calendar's kind of been all over the place training wise this week let's see what i did so monday i did pull tuesday i did pt lower body wednesday i did group fitness thursday i had off friday i did press saturday group fitness so i could do lower posteria or lower quad maybe i'll do posterior so i can still dead lift i just won't try for my 150. i also still have bruises on my hips i don't feel like i don't think but i was on like a glute like hip thrusting machine sorry i literally can't speak i was on hip thrusting machine and i was hip thrusting 120 kilos which i don't think i've ever gone even close to 100 my pg was just like yep okay 15 reps i was like sorry i'm using the need harvest chuck swirl protein anyway i didn't mean to just talk about the gym for 10 hours i'm gonna have a small breakfast now and then i'm gonna get stuck into some work do some things around the house and then when my food is settled and when i'm kind of starting to feel like a little bit hungry then i think i'm gonna go to the gym and train so that like i'm a little bit hungry but like i still have fruit in my system to like get me through you know i have a lot that i want to get done today so we're hoping for a really productive sunday let's get it done put me together [Music] hold on put me together take me back where i belong i want it all i had a feeling but the feeling is all [Music] gone feeling is all good [Music] it is currently just past five and i'm about to head off the door and go to church for the night so i thought that i would just end off the vlog now because i'll be going to church going to dinner and then
