Weapon Animation Menu - FiveM Resource Install/Overview

hello everyone welcome back to today's video today we are checking out this free script which adds a kind of advanced weapon animation on you um so it can change how your weapon animations work should you be like a gangster holding it could you be a hillbilly should you be normal um all that good stuff is available in this menu it's great that it's free i've seen a lot of resources like this that are paid um so this one's pretty cool that it's free before we get into this make sure to subscribe like and comment we're trying to hit 10 000 by the end of the year hopefully you can be a part of that anyway let's go ahead and get started all you have to do is go to the resource page linked in the top the description you can watch the video or go over the screenshot if you want but for this case we're just going to go directly to the github link which is at the bottom of the page and once we are here all you have to do is click the big green button click download zip and um go ahead and open this with winzip 7zip winrar whatever you use to open up these files and inside you can see there are all the files we're going to need to drag in so we're going to go to the resources folder and we're just gonna drag this overall folder in here um and we're just gonna rename it so it doesn't have the dash main at the end i just do this to keep everything nice and neat um and then i'm just gonna go ahead and copy this whole overall folder name we're gonna take a quick look at the config.lula file so you do have an option to make it a button which is going off this list here or a command which would go off this list for this case i'm just going to make it a command just to keep it really really easy you can change the width of the menu the menu title should it be the default title should it be the player name should it be a custom if it's custom it should be what is it here uh what is the default animation that everyone has so by default it's gangster um what is the default starting draw animation you go and get the explanation from here and then the weapons that are actually used for those animations so it's just a pretty cool resource um so we're going to go to our server.cfg file edit it with notepad or notepad plus plus and then i'm just going to go ahead and add ensure the name of the folder this case it is weapon animation menu go ahead and save and we are good to go so let's go ahead and start our 5m server as long as it doesn't get any errors in either of our consoles even though they're technically i don't think it opens the second console anymore i think i fixed that um but as long as we go ahead and check our main console here and we're gonna see started resource the name of the folder so this case it is um weapon animation menu right there we know we are good to go so we're ready to hop in game let's see what it's like unfortunately my ac kicked in right when i started recording this next segment so apologies for the noise anyway if you just go ahead and open up your weapon wheel and you can select any pistol you can see it's a different type of draw and a different type of hold in this case and if i type slash as it can open that menu and you have the aim style should it be normal could it be gangster could it be hillbilly you have the holster style what could it be from the front from the back etc so now if i go ahead and um take it out it's going to come from the front and it's a hillbilly kind of hold rather than the gangster one so there you go that's how you install this hopefully you do enjoy and i will see you in the next video in two or three days depending on school see you next time everyone [Music] [Applause] oh
