back to the channel so today we are here at the gun squad garage and today is going to be another one of those different type of videos because we still don't have that one part for that G63 but no worries we're still gonna get a video out for you guys and today is gonna be something super exciting something a little bit of scary a bunch of mixed emotions if you will because we just got an emergency phone call that there's an epic piece of property that's not on the market yet that's up for grabs that could be the next potential goon squad Factory field whatever you want to call it it's just going to be absolutely insane and you guys seen previously where we're cleaning up this garage right here and we were going to kind of finish that up today and the reason why we're cleaning up is honestly because we're getting a little bit kind of overcrowded here and that's the reason why we're trying to maybe move on to something bigger and expand so we don't really know what's going to happen right now we're gonna go look at this property and see if it's just the perfect piece we're gonna get your opinion guys first of course but it just would be epic to just move on to some something much larger so that might mean that we might have to sell this place right here which that's the scary part of the whole thing other than that everything is just exciting and it's just going to be absolutely epic so right now I guess we're just going to go ahead probably find something to hop into maybe like something like this that way we could maybe take some off-roading or do some off-roading if we have to go check this property out and see what you guys think [Music] thank you [Music] [Music] alrighty guys so we have made it here to the property top secret property right here dude dude this is nice already gate right here and just pull in they already cut the the grass right there that looks like they're gonna make some bales of hay or the big old rolls dude that's awesome dude I just want to see the big fields I mean gotta grab a road you know may have to pave that or something you know so it looks like there's a neighbor right there I don't like to see that Bang Bang look at those fields though beautiful beautiful feels right here and it was like about a 40 minute drive from the shop which is not too bad um you know so that's that's a good commute right there yeah it's got a gravel road right here which we would definitely turn into a drag strip dude just paved this whole entire thing maybe do just asphalt somebody mowing I see somebody out there probably doing some farm work but far more going on looks like there's like I don't know if it's a well right there or I don't know if this place has got water it's got one barn on it right here but I think it's like a barn slash house so yeah I think there's three bedrooms in there too that's a nice Barn right there dude look there's a pond over there and there's like a sweet Creek that goes to it and it says fully stocked man that's that's what it's my type of stuff right there turn into a fishing channel honestly look at this it's got a tree house right there remodel that sucker and you live in that thing that's what the first thing we're going to do is remodel The Treehouse and what I like seeing is see how these culverts these are poured concrete which is really good because during huge thunderstorms culverts over time they can get washed out and you always have to repair them These are nice so somebody definitely did a nice thing on that yeah somebody's taking care of it so this farmer here the story behind it is basically there was like a husband and a wife that is splitting or something like that yeah I may be wrong but it's it's something along those lines and it's not it's off market right now only a few people know about it you know because our brother's a realtor or a builder a builder and his wife is a realtor you know they get around they know a lot of property so he kind of mentions we talk we tell him you know find us some good property because maybe soon we want to expand and look at this package [Music] this right here is perfect for throw up a brand new shop back here you know dude get up a big old building that would be insane right out of the shop you just right when you get it just even off the frame machine just drive off and just go into here and just go full full speed I would pave a little like a little circle track you can even pave it like all in this area I already envisioned like a nice like a course like for like this like the What's called the fiber dude do like a legit like race track race track with like little like lines and everything that would be sick that'd be awesome but I wonder if that's actually allowed out here the regulations might be a little funny so that's the most important thing that's the most important thing we wanted to come out here and we wanted to like talk we want to look it over the main thing is to get a property that has no restrictions you know zero restrictions that means you can build a building with just a building permit and that's it you can do whatever noise burn out and you know it don't matter you land a helicopter out here and we're gonna drive around we're gonna hit the perimeter that looks like there's a fence perimeter a little Electric fence which you know throw a horse down here a donkey you know whatever you want you know yes sir yeah throw some livestock out here and start hey that's the most important thing too you know kind of want to get some livestock just you know it would be fun you know what I mean dude I love animals dude the pet moose dude we get those I don't know if you want one of those yeah you got turkeys over there running around in the field probably just perfect for what we need because you don't want to have too much maintenance now do you yeah I mean mowing this thing dude probably takes like a day a full day of just hacking at this you know basically straw you're going to turn this into straw you're gonna you have to buy equipment you know you're gonna have to buy a hay bale or whatever you call those things yeah you can't just let it grow out because it will turn into a forest yeah it'll turn into a forest for sure but I wonder if there's any woods that comes with this um property you know because it'd be cool to have a little bit of wooded area maybe like right there is a little bit of wooded but there is enough room to do a track like a track I mean obviously not like a track where you're going up above 80 miles an hour maybe you get 40 miles an hour I get 120 up over here you can do a long straight all the way to the front and all the way back that would you can easily do that dude that Viper wouldn't wake up all the neighbors dude dude that's my only concern is if we can make Ruckus out here dude yeah we have to I mean there's no point of even buying this you know that's the only thing is the noise I don't want no noise complaints all right let's step outside and let's see if we can just listen to the environment right quick smells so good so fresh dang dude well they taste like you gotta try one it's not a fresh one but one of them dry ones right there there you go dang that makes me just want to go fishing right there huh it's down and then you come in you have a little bank right get them butterflies and then you do a trip I'd be insane but I don't even know if we're driving the perimeter or not but um I guess we need to look at the maps and see where the lines are and everything but I believe I see a creek right here gotta have some water if it don't have water [Music] oh no that ain't good you know it probably it's probably all runoff I ain't seen this single thing hop out of that font right there dude not one fish jumping yeah I've seen a frog though frogs means food for fish true hey they're probably sleeping you know it's nice and warm right now you want to fill that water see what it oh there's another frog careful though don't go sinking right there is it warm um yeah it's pretty warm but that's you know that's the surface water you know you gotta swim out to the middle I wonder if you could clean all this stuff out you know that's growing clean all the algae get it looking clean but I think algae is kind of good for some for the fish I think a little bitter I have no idea how that works what if we even expanded it you know dug it out a little bit more maybe this way a little bit maybe a big one that way possible you can throw jet ski in there you know that's the most important thing man dude that's very possible right there another thing that I'm wondering is if there's a spring on here this all looks like it's like Creek fed or something yes it's all runoff I don't think there's a spring on here but if you wanted to dig down and get a well you could easily do that yeah I'm sure it'll be super easy to dig a well here you know especially right now we're not too high up in elevation you know you probably digging you could even hit a spring to be honest you probably could easily oh that was a bass jump you see those original Largemouth right there too I think you ate a frog if I'm not mistaken damn thing's beautiful that looks like it was built new look at this right here guys that's an important part so it's got City Water I'm guessing because there's a water meter on it that's a plus we're not used to that this barn looks uh I don't even know if you call this a barn this is like a house slash bar look at this looks like something eating at it Woodpecker's getting at it got some bees now I mean it's all normal Farm stuff right there yeah I think this is slash like air living area because this bottom part is I think horse stalls and I think it's even has AC in it so we're gonna dude this is some crazy doors right here look at that this is a good solid Barn right here dude look how huge it is wow ass we've got your horse stalls there so you got looks like three horse stalls man what do these even look like man we definitely got to get some horses wow those are nice no poop or anything dude and it has AC in this whole area yeah the horse would be comfortable or whatever zebra these are for them uh expensive horses you know what I mean probably 500 000 horses right here they got the AC 500 000 horses uh Aventador right there I know and it's only one horsepower this is super legit I mean if we were to get this what would we do with this Barn right here would we'd probably transform this all into living area dude yeah you could you can make this all into a living area I don't know if you'd want to have horses in here you know if we do have a horse it's not gonna be like a super expensive one we'll probably build a whole nother like separate little Barn for it you know I'm guessing that's to like the apartment unit probably yes probably closed got a nice little wash hand station right here what's up here wow man going to suck out all the heat that's what you're making to a living quarter right here you can make this a whole entire apartment up here dude wow nice a lookout area man the only thing that I really don't like is how close the neighbors are right there that's still this property I think the property line is somewhere like right there so they built this barn on like The Far Side of the property which is not bad let's tell you what you want to do you know you want more of the land and where you're gonna stay at you build it close to the property line you know what I mean yeah you might end up putting in like an offer or something but you know we're all about getting a good deal so we want a good deal on this exactly you know how we like to get stuff a little wrecked a little mangled hey what's this Dent right here knock off a hundred thousand what's this stations literally a fuel station we need this perfect I don't know how for the cars look at the dude we'd fill that all full of race fuel right there dude just go ahead and fill it up right here just pull up fill up you even have to go to the gas station that isn't that it's kind of small though that run out fast with one or two with the Lamborghini Aventador dude dude it's like that in a day where's that one tree house at me house is over down I think Down Yonder right there just seen it from this side looks pretty beautiful I'm sure that sucker was built like in 2005 or something it's kind of old property line is where these trees are so backed up to the neighbors right there no big deal though yeah no big deal I mean you got all that property that way um I'm uh almost wondering if this is still the property line right here you know what I mean yeah I think so here let me put my socks all the way up we might buy it just for this tree house you know what I mean oh yeah I don't think this is I don't think this is this property Street house you don't think so because look at this Trail going out there yo look at this oh yeah so this is probably the other owner's Treehouse this is definitely the neighbor's property not buying it now which that's weird why do people build so close to property lines yes they do it on purpose you know kind of get your oh marking your territory getting your neighbor riled up a little bit you know like hey but it's nice you know maybe we'll be like hey can we buy it off of you let me looks like nobody ever uses it though yeah I mean somebody did spend a lot of time building it looks like it even has electricity out there or something you see that little thing maybe you got like solar panels or something you know maybe but anyways let's get on out of here dude neighbor warps season one what if that's why they're moving and that is kind of weird you know you're literally building a treehouse to overlook into your neighbor's yard that is a little weird but they did the same thing with this massive barn but also the one thing that you got to really look out for is your neighbors when you're moving to a different location you got to meet the neighbor you got to greet the neighbors you got to get to know them because if you don't you might meet an absolute just terrorizing neighbor dude exactly the neighbors are the most important thing if you don't realize I mean we've had issues with neighbors even at our old parents old house you know whenever that's why we had to move out you know had issues with complaining and stuff like that which it kind of forced us into a good thing though yeah it forced us into a good thing but you know we want to know what if this is why the people are selling this place the neighbors are probably bad that property right there is nice because you know Farmers they got connections with the cops and everything yeah they're a big part of the whole Community yeah they got connections to like the Mayors the politicians around here hey they could be the mayor of politics that's what I'm saying so like you have to really take that into consideration because it's a lot of money that we would spend on something like this you know you don't want to get into something that you can't back out of right oh 100 but it's also a good investment if you were to just buy you could honestly the for the price of this property you could probably buy this and resell it and make make some money you know lots of money and buy a Bugatti beautiful gate though I love that well I need that at the shop so we are back back at the Goon Squad garage here guys and we are gonna have to cut this video a little know what that's kind of what we did here at the Goon Squad garage it was just like almost nothing piece of property and we turned it into something absolutely insane and we love it here so who knows maybe we'll keep this and just stay here for another couple years or maybe we'll buy the or make buy this new property hold on to this for a little bit improve that property and then just slowly make
