what's up guys my name is khan and we're back today with more scrap mechanic co-op survival how's it going dude are you ready for this dude i am you know how ready i am for this episode you know why warehouse keys oh i guess we've got to go far yeah so i guess we should tell the good people what we're doing today we're going to uh hopefully they can read the title yeah that's true this was from your comments wasn't it we're going to lasso a red bot that's right seems really stupid oh perfect the wheel ran out didn't make it it was it was too short a burst excellent did you die no i'm good i'm good uh so anyway we're going to lasso red bot we've got a bunch of warehouse keys red bots apparently can't kill warehouse keys or you can only do it very slowly i guess i honestly haven't tested yeah oh boy so i guess do you want to grab a vehicle and and prep a prep a vehicle probably your like red car that you speak so highly of uh why are we using my vehicle well i don't have anything to use unless you want to put a lasso on the zamboni oh fair enough i'm just gonna lay these these warehouse keys out in like a big um a big circle and kind of overlap them and i mean i'm gonna make them as big as possible i guess a bit of an issue here okay you can't add them up end to end they can do this right and then i can do this but then i can't put this one on the next i can stack them that way okay okay so we gotta do like this well that one's not too i can only attach two together there's some weird they got a weird attach like i can't attach anything on top of this but i can attach to the bottom okay i think i know what i have to do hold on so if we do this yeah i know that that that doesn't we gotta we gotta attach some like overlapping underneath they only attach on the one side in like three sides it's really freaking weird um so we gotta do like okay so i can delete this glass and fix it after we go like this and then if i go like that and then i go back this way and go like that you see what i'm saying okay and then i think and then this way and then i don't even know how we're gonna do the corners but i think these are all connected um i think if i delete the floor was something wore over your face i was very concerned about underwear i was gonna say you need a couple of minutes yeah you might have to go change really what we should do is because i've got a spud launcher here on the front of my truck really we should just uh throw it on the back uh hook it up to a spot container which we do have and while they're pushing us just having to fire off spuds what at him at him yeah but i thought we wanted to use him not kill him but while we were farming for oh oh i see oh i while we're yeah sure sure let's see if one wider is enough i want to like minimize on my list we're actually using the build platform as a build platform isn't that cool look at all these chests too isn't it amazing or we're going to grow this to be like 50 wall street storage yeah it's great oh i have a key here oh there's more keys i have yeah i have okay i have four on me now then cool but build here take this metal three build your swivel mechanism however you see fit and then i'll start mounting the warehouse keys to it um sounds good man it's funny how this truck had both of these containers and we took them off and i was getting them back yeah but it's being repurposed exactly that's what this thing was made for all right i'll go i'll go um light up the farm okay sounds good don't actually burn it down please what's up guy i hey you're playing the game wrong oh and then it killed me when it put me up on top i lost all 100 health and it killed me sick sick he says bro unauthorized farming detected how how do you think they detect it um you said visual last time but i don't see any bots around do you um i think they must sense um the amplified percentage of gases in the air that are being emitted from the i don't know man okay i don't know you know what i think they do what do you think they do i think there's this trigger inside the game code right and yeah they see that trigger and then they go oh dang somebody's farming that's that's what i said what you're saying is we're living in the simulation we're living in a simulation wow you're one of those people so weird things happening when i'm planting all these uh crops well i'll tell you a weird thing that's happening from my perspective so i can't see the soil plots until you plant a seed and then i can see the soil it yeah the weird thing that i'm seeing from my perspective is uh as i plant the potatoes um the soil plots like change color it's almost like they're still kind of watered right but they're they're not i don't know i think i know what you mean it goes from like the whole thing being looking like it's water to it being just like a circle right yeah yep i know what you mean someone told me to also turn up my gamma at night when we were playing the game because obviously with recordings the uh the darkness doesn't come through very well that's right and uh you know i should probably have like a little a macro key to turn up my gamma yep um i don't really do i'm gonna do it right now just to prove the point uh let me see here is there brightness the pod bar looks awful 100 percent brightness on scramble cape there you go guys now it's just like bled out the whole thing is like everything just looks gray you know what i mean yeah like we're in some really old school horror movie but hey at least i did it we'll see what people think i honestly don't know i've never done it before i i mean i could just keep doing that it's not too hard to go into the scrap mechanic options and turn up the brightness if they're saying like gamma outside of it with like nvidia console or something that would be a whole other it would be nice if you could uh you know have like a night mode feature but i guess that defeats the point of having night night yeah it's only really for us stupid people recording games you know like it's right all right i think this is enough potatoes i'm not gonna do uh did you pull a cosmo and oh yeah okay well i'm not gonna do the whole field you know i did i did enough i hear the watering system going yeah i just realized too i forgot to turn it on and the pumps on so it's gonna there's also a raid coming in like 10 seconds five seconds oh you want some help i mean sure it does it's two seconds not really a big deal where are they oh there's like okay there's like three guys on this side oh there's a bunch of guys on the far side they they can actually they legitimately i just watched a haybot hack a plant through the fence that's a legitimate thing you guys are all a joke that should be it yep all right six all right how's the truck coming it's uh it's getting there i got the swivel like thing basically done i'm just uh hooking it all up and testing it all right bro the truck is done well as done as it gets right now and uh i do need your help though uh-huh do you need your help i'm trying to do this repeater circuit for the cannon oh and um oh you want to lift the whole mechanism yeah like that oh dude this can be so hard to line up though what do you mean you just go like poop yeah but but what if he's too close i thought we were just going to lift like just the top part you know what i'm saying i mean we like have a u that he walks into and then just lift the top part are you that he walks in like have the u of keys here static right and then keep this part this is perfect this is actually good though we can just we can just mount the u we can we can anyway uh logic circuit right where's your logic do you have logic gates yeah they're all up front here okay so all you do is you connect these three gates an and gate a nor gate in a loop like a triangle oh that's what i was missing i didn't connect him with a loop and then and then well you can't have your spud gun hooked up to a switch number two you gotta have it hooked into logic there you go now turn it on excellent okay yeah no i was thinking because because my concern is like you got to flip that down how are you going to flip that down and catch like you got to be perfect with your red guy so you were thinking you okay i see what you mean so no this is good though we can just move this whole thing uh up you were thinking of flipping down an l right yeah yeah yeah just the top part in the back yeah because we need to push the red guy let him come in first and then close him okay so let's rebuild that quickly all right cosmo it's harvest time harvest time a lot of these plants are a lot of these plants how's your truck coming harvest time oh there comes the truck harvest time perfect that looks might be too it might clamp them too much yes we could we could always build the arm up though because i also don't necessarily want to lift up the wheels off the ground right yeah yeah i want to just keep up control of the truck yeah yeah we'll have to we'll have to test it honestly and see what the tolerance is in the meantime we're just going to gather all these potatoes potatoes potatoes and now we'll have potatoes for days oh my goodness so many potatoes oh hold on it's getting dark out better crank up the brightness oh it's just terrible it just feels terrible it just so in daylight it just bleeds out the colors and at night time it just bleeds out the color i don't know whatever i cranked it up we're doing it this whole episode man i'm cranking up the brightness all right sounds good you ever had it where like you dream about scrap mechanic oh i don't think i've ever dreamt about scrap mechanic no i i play too much scrap mechanic apparently it's probably probably should probably have that looked at but anyway uh i had a three this solid calculus problem in my dream once and i was just baffled a calculus problem yeah i was like i couldn't figure this thing out and i spent coz is just like two plus two is four oh come on minus one is three i think that's quick maths uh-huh but i know you're saying calculus problem solved calculus problem yeah what was the problem audrey remember i don't remember man this was a long time ago oh okay well no i anyway i had a dream about scrap academy but it was really weird because it was like a hybrid where it was like a combination of scrap mechanic and real life right so like there were like tote bots but in real life and then like you were there and you showed up for some reason with like a spear and like five tote bot heads around your neck in like some weird necklace dude that does sound like me because i've been collecting toad bodies and i was just i was just very confused and then i woke up and i was like all right well that was fun just roll with it yeah there's probably like some psychologists watching this is like well clearly this means you have issues with your father and as a result you're seeing the tote bar head is a metaphor for something yes what do you charge per hour [Laughter] if you have to order you can afford it's one of those it's one of those don't ask the price you know right what about a shorter episode yeah right well we didn't realize we needed 6 000 warehouse keys this is the problem right we had a feeling man i had a feeling we think of these ideas and we're like oh it's such a cool idea and then it's like oh well we're vastly underprepared and then it's like oh yeah that's a six hour recording to get prepared and then everyone sees like a 20 minute maybe a 40 minute video that was a the last one was like a long video it was a 40 minute video i am cutting most of this right but everyone sees like these these short videos and then they're like man these guys like they just have materials and they never do any work to get those materials they must be cheating and it's like yes that's clearly that's clearly that's why i've started doing longer episodes because then people are like can can enjoy the suffering that we have to enjoy well here's the kicker too though it's like i've been working on some solo videos and i'm doing all the grinding off camera because i don't have like like i can't be doing granny episodes you know multiplayer and solo yeah wow so i'm already uh i'm already expecting to get called out for cheating i have made a bunch of videos right and i think if i look at the title a bunch i don't know but if i look at the total time i've spent making videos versus the total time i spent playing it is a vastly terrible like i've spent way too much time just playing the game let alone yeah uh everything's uh going for your truck cool let's just uh hi guys can we just not attack the truck thanks i'm just gonna put it oh wow all right boys gonna dance in circles we're good i was not ready what are all my spots all my spots are not in my inventory just uh literally pick up stuff from the yep yep i was not realized did not realize this was happening sick so anyway as i was saying spend way too much time playing scrap mechanic compared to like it's funny i love this game don't get me wrong i really do enjoy playing scrap mechanic it's really cute it's a really fun game and there's a lot of like even the grinding stuff i'm not i don't really care so much about grinding like you know having to grind yeah like as far as grinding goes scrap mechanic isn't isn't the worst no i mean like play arc on original settings and then come talk you know like people people complain about scrap mechanic grinding arc we used to play arc on modded servers private modded servers and it was you know only private modded servers yeah and you turn resource rates up so that you don't have to spend but if you want to build like a house you have to smack a tree for six hours like you know it was it was insane or like if you're trying to breed dinosaurs for example good luck you have to be like there yeah 24 hours a day for three days straight or something you know it's insane yeah yeah no thank you but at least at least in scrap mechanic you know we spent six hours clearing out a forest which is a lot of time but uh now we have wood for days that's right and i don't know what to do with it yet well we're gonna run out and then we'll clear out another forest it'll be fine i'm honestly gonna kill these potatoes if they don't grow i'm gonna i'm gonna i have my hammer out i'm going to kill i don't want another raid you know what i'm saying i agree i think you should just kill a man there's like five of them yeah dead area where we were dude the respawn makes no sense we were here first we killed this guy like last night and now he's back all right hold on i'm gonna do this i'm gonna just bait him out here got him nice the old jump shot he made he's mad he's gonna climb over this rock come here bud uh he's gonna trip he's tripped oh now he's sliding sliding you see him sliding all right all right so now what great you seen a few more warehouse keys like two more i would say to finish off the t-piece and then we have a successful way of of capturing red guys and love it doing stuff with them awesome i don't know what i have i have some ideas on experiments this is actually sick this is the coolest vehicle we've made so far i agree like we're going to have to try and find that comment and hopefully uh give credit to the person and give us the idea nice dude all right so rad all right bro yo get the truck get the truck i found the final we okay so swear to god we've been searching we've been searching for so long for another red guy all of a sudden they just disappeared yeah we broke the spawns we had like a perfect red guy spawn and i swear every 10 minutes they would spawn there at least and now they just don't spawn at all nope they're like bye yeah anyway i'm gonna i'm gonna experiment with this hey bro can you raise the gate please i'm just gonna delete the gate very nice all right you'll see you'll save those pieces for me yo yo yo well i'm gonna bait them out because i don't know how many more tape bots there are back up back up back out where back up back out i don't want to go fight him in there because tape bots and you know stuff and yep come on buddy okay i gotta get my seat i gotta get my seat yeah that's right come here come here get in there here we go oh all right i think he doesn't jump perfect all right let's go up the hill a little bit let's just bring him away from the warehouse here oh okay there we go ah see i feel like he's getting maybe he bueno i can't believe that dude i can't believe that that's like the first time well i guess we're gonna modify the truck and then uh do some experiments i mean it does work there's just some fine-tuning to be done yeah you poor thing it works no it works real well i just oh i'm wasting ammo i left the i think uh oh nice yes yeah i could just uh i just put i just put it back on this will
