So today we're going to tackle the age-old question how on Earth do I make golden World of Warcraft this is the number one question unusually I mean the exasperated answer on Wow economy is just make gold um because these questions are obviously incredibly Broad I mean wow has been out for for 15 years it's an old game there are literally hundreds of thousands of hundreds at least maybe thousands of items that you can sell for for a profit um so how on Earth do you start so obviously we're going to look at this um from the perspective of someone who's coming into dragon fight starting from scratch right now um the number one way to make gold early on is to focus on max level markets that's my opinion generally speaking they sell much faster than anything else so I would in general suggest focusing on max level markets now what do you focus on in dragonflight well dragon fight is kind of hard to get into why multiple reasons one of them is this right here Professional Knowledge this represents are a pretty hefty barrier to entry for a new character most recipes are not going to be profitable on Rescue unless you have the correct build um so you need to have the enough knowledge to get the the correct um whatever stuff you want to craft now we're going to look at this from this character which is my current main which I didn't play at in 10.0 at all you can see I'm not even Max skill and Alchemy or engineering for that matter um but I I can still do profitable dragon fight double crafts with this character um obviously I have a decent chunk of knowledge but um for the main thing I'm crafting with this character um there's very little that matters what matters is about um 15. so 35 65 maximum transportation and Max Mark resourceful routines so obviously what I'm doing on this character specifically is crafting breakfasts um which is a thousand gold profit per record test that's pretty good on average and I'm even missing some available multicraft um so this is a very nice recipe and these are the best recipes right now in my opinion for someone looking to start out dracothest and the cooldown cloth from tailoring ashoree Grand cloth why because they've fixed the cooldown reset bug which means that people can't craft infinite amounts of these so even though you're on the region-wide auction house where you're competing with everyone in your region I mean people can't craft infinite track with this they can craft one per 16 hours um So based on that I'm making about 1800 gold profit per 24 hours per Draco test Crafter um so so that's pretty nice and I don't even have to log in that often to do it I can log in every three to four day four days and I'll I won't run out of charges um so this is a very very nice Market to be in the same thing is roughly true for for the cooldown cloth is a little bit less profit per item but it Stacks up to more charges um so this is just fantastic I mean even um if you have well it's 1800 gold per grack of this so based on the current price of a token on EU you would need seven dracothe test Crafters just logging on to those crafting a direct with us um using our boiler charges if the current price holds and you would get make a token in a month seven Dragon test Crafters so that's pretty consistent and not a lot of work so it's a very nice lazy gold making approach um combined Alchemist tailors then you can log in every three four days just go to both of the the Looms to craft special items and um you're making a couple of thousand gold a day per character that tailors can be set up they require more knowledge than Alchemy but there's also a lot more sources of of knowledge right now so even getting a tailor online it's not going to be that hard you're going to be crafting profitably um probably at 50 60 in Olive something like that which you can just Farm by picking up most of the treasures are doing uh first craft bonuses you're going to get there those is one other item that I've had a lot of success with that I really like and that's the sap throttle Soul inhaler this one you can craft many of and the reason why this is so good is because subtle Soul inhalers one of very very few professional items that sold only on your realm it's not stackable you're not gonna have to sell it on the region-wide auction house and people want this people need this this is the only way to get the Fiery Soul the frosty Soul the stuff that you need to get your um your cool toys and your best installed epic items um so this one is very nice and it's also extremely easy to get so you learn the recipe simply from scrapper20 which requires 25 knowledge and since the only bonus you can get this resourcefulness which has a fairly low bonus as you can see here just 32 Silver we can know that just looking at the profit margin and how little resourcefulness matters here that even though I have 144 resources that's like 30 gold difference if I just took off all my gear and removed all my resourcefulness I'd still be looking at a thousand gold profit on this um now this has a region average daily sold of two so you can expect to sell one or two of these every day and I liked I usually crafted like 10 of these and just threw them all out on the auction house um and I would some days all of them would sell so this is just a great little item obviously it's not going to make you rich by itself but this is for something someone just starting out this is an item that requires 25 shots well you can get just from doing first craft bonuses to unlock the recipe and then you slam it up this is also great for for an ALT that you're not planning to do anything with if you have a level 60 character spared learn this maybe learn uh tailoring and get some knowledge and try to work on the cooldowns if you want to but just this is perfect now outside of these items almost every other crafting opportunity in dragonflight will be guided either behind a ton of knowledge points like say file Mastery which would need probably maxed out this entire tree and even then you're competing on the region-wide auction house which means that margins are going to be racer thin or you're going to be doing something like crafting gear once again you're going to need to have probably most of the the gear nodes unlocked for whatever profession you're looking at and then on top of that you have to be sitting all the way down in trade chat hunting competing with people you can see the trade Scouts bam just behind my head um so you have to sit there so both of those options mean that you have to spend more effort than I personally like to do one one gold making I don't like setting in trade chart having to Source my deals I don't like having to cancel scan consistently just to get very small profit margins which were which is what you're going to do mostly on the regional white auctions items sell quickly they either sell or get undercut which means you have to repost again Post in small quantities whatever it's going to sell and then repost over and over is what you do for anything that's uh that's dragonflight craftable pretty much um so yeah I don't like that uh which is why I don't really put that much effort into dragonfly cold making right now even though generally speaking like max level gold making is where I've made most of my gold in the past um so right now I'm chilling we're just doing some some multi-realm flipping not making huge amounts of gold doing that but it's it's consistent bringing in um a couple hundred thousand uh a week something like that and if you prefer a more hands-off approach there's stuff you can do you can do Flipping Cosmetics battle pets preferably on multiple rounds that's better but obviously 10.1.5 I get a change of that market significantly with the ability to trade cross markets you can craft the shadowlands legendaries a cosmetic Market that's very doing very well right now um and you can do
