[Music] hi guys it's nicole and welcome back to my channel so there's this trend going around on youtube waking up at 5 00 a.m for a week so that's what we're doing for today's video usually i wake up around like 7 00 or eight am so five am yes it's a little earlier but i'm actually only going to be doing this from tuesday to friday because today is monday night it's february like eighth i think and i didn't have school for some reason we just had a three day weekend and i'm not totally sure why like i don't know if there was a holiday or something but since today i had like a day off i decided to do this video starting tuesday which is tomorrow but yeah i'm going to be waking up or i'm going to try to wake up around 5 a.m every morning this week don't know how it's gonna go but should be fun tomorrow i have a full day of online school as well as dance practice but like i don't even know what i'm gonna do in the morning i guess i could edit a video i could bible study i've definitely heard there's so many benefits from waking up like really early in the morning so we'll see how that goes this week and i'll like do an update at the end but i'm kind of excited i just hope i don't miss my alarm like when i wake up like i hope i actually wake up at 5am so yeah i want to start this video tonight though monday night because i wasn't gonna start it tomorrow at like five in the morning with me all like this so welcome to the video we're going to be waking up at 5 a.m every morning i hope you guys enjoy let's do this i will see you guys tomorrow tuesday at 5 a.m [Music] alexa stop good morning so 501. you guys i am not used to waking up starting also it's pitch black outside i don't start school till nine what am i gonna do for four hours at least i woke up though you know what this feels like this feels like i'm going to the airport you know like when you wake up really early for a flight it feels like that and no one's awake either surprisingly i'm like awake i tried going to bed at like a decent time so i went to bed at like 11 which is really early for me i usually go to bed like past 12 but i think i'm up so yeah i don't start school for another four hours so i think i'm gonna get ready probably like tidy up my room and then we'll see what i do from there brb i'm gonna get ready okay my room is clean it's 5 24 right now and i'm gonna go downstairs and eat something no one is awake this is so weird because my parents are sleeping pretty sure christian went to bed like two hours ago because he stays up pretty late but like but this is so weird i'm like the only one awake in the house i'm gonna eat a z bar and i was going to work out but i do have dance practice later like in person so i think i'll try to work out like tomorrow morning it's so early i'm surprised i didn't go back to sleep though i was like nicole you gotta do this video like wake up i can definitely tell waking up at this time that you obviously don't feel rushed because it's super early you don't get distracted really and like you just have time to get stuff done i'm gonna fill up my water bottle here's your reminder to drink some water good morning dad i'm doing a video where i wake up at 5 a.m every day this week every day you wake up at 5 30 yeah around 5 90 i pray for a little bit morning good morning are you going downstairs okay thank you i'm currently making a to-do list for the day so i can figure out like what i'm gonna do right now i actually have a video to edit the valentine's video with maddie and i sure have time right now to do it so i might as well just do it right now so i think that's going to be the first thing on my list is to edit the valentine's video hey update it is 6 58 if you can see the light is starting to come in finally gosh but right now i'm actually about to post a video on youtube because it's tuesday so i'm gonna get like all my posts ready because i need to post on my community tab my instagram story as well as my snapchat story so i usually do this at 6 58 like this is the time i would wake up on a tuesday and friday the video that i'm posting is my girl talk video it's literally like 20 minutes long if you guys haven't seen that already i'll link it down below but i'm super excited for you guys to see this and i'm just gonna get it ready but you guys i have been editing this whole time my head not gonna lie it's starting to hurt it's seven new youtube video i think i'm gonna take a break from editing so that i can reply and like comment so i'll probably do this for like 30 minutes to an hour and then i'll get back to editing um it's like 8 50 right now bro my voice still sounds like i just woke up anyways i can't believe i've been up for almost four hours now but i finished editing the valentine's video i'll also link that down below i'm so glad that i got it out of the way so yay we're being super productive i also had to move to my bed like 30 minutes ago because i was starting to get tired of being in my chair and my bed is just so comfy anyways my mom got me an omelette from this one place so before school starts in like 10 minutes i'm gonna eat real quick because that granola bar did good for about like two hours and now my tummy is growling again here's my omelette dang oh my goodness i'm about to go into my first zoo meeting today i have school from nine to 1 45 and then i have practice at 3 30 in my high school so then i'll have like a little break i have a feeling i'm gonna take a nap then because i'm a little tired right now so i think later i'll probably take a nap before practice but yeah i'm going to be doing school it is 11 41 and i just ended my second class of the day so i only have one more or like i'm on lunch right now and then i have one more class i'm doing okay on energy but i want to show you guys sadie right now look at her she's just in the bean bag this is where she goes like all the time if she's not in my parents room she'll go on this beanbag you're literally the cutest thing ever mmm so fluffy look how perfect she just fit herself right here hi shady say hi to the vlog shady you guys if you want to do a different time and i'm very comfy hey y'all 1 57 p.m i'm gonna take a nap i ended class like 1 45 and i've just been lying here but i don't have practice until 3 30 so i'm going to nap until like 2 55 because i have to get ready and then i practice at 3 30. so i'll see you guys in about an hour because i'm going to sleep hi guys i'm all rested up i had my nab it was really good i kind of didn't want to wake up but i'm good now i got ready for practice i'm wearing sweats because we're doing hip hop today i just have to fill up my water bottle and then pick a little granola bar feeling good again i'm rested for dance practice and yeah i think the next time i see you guys will probably be like later tonight and i'll update you on how my day went bye for now hi guys it's 10 51 pm right now i should be going to sleep soon but i wanted to give you like an update on my first day of waking up at five this week i would say it was pretty good i got a lot done this morning i guess i was a little tired because i got like six hours of sleep which isn't too bad but i did take like two naps but tomorrow i plan on doing a small workout in the morning so we'll see how that goes but that's my little update and i'll see you guys tomorrow morning wednesday at 5 a.m good night morning it's 501 i want to go back to sleep like why am i doing this like i'm so comfy right now happy wednesday i literally just contemplated if i should go back to sleep but no yeah i'm gonna complete this week it's only four days waking up at 5am so i wanted to do like a workout because like yesterday i had practice later in the day so i didn't want to do anything in the morning but today i don't have practice later so i want to do like a small workout because i have four hours i'm just gonna go on my phone for a little hopefully i don't fall asleep and then i'll go get ready i got ready it's now 5 32 and once again i'm the only one awake right now like my dad hasn't woken up yet but i'm like not fully awake yet i'm gonna have another granola bar and by the way this is the area where i'm going to work out just like in the living room i've actually been doing this for the past few days i just bring a yoga mat in here and then i do some guided workouts just on youtube and i'll show you guys the videos that i'm going to use today but usually i never work out before school it's always like after school good [Music] morning [Music] [Music] and today i'm gonna do some abs cardio and like before i need to stretch but here are the videos that i use i discovered madfit's channel the other day and this is the ab video that i've been doing it's a 10 minute video and then i'll also do one of her dance workouts they are so much fun i am also listening to music i got my water it's time to work out at 5 42 in the morning just let me show you everywhere go home again me it's now 6 59 i can't believe it's already been two hours i feel really good like i said i never work out in the morning and i don't really shower in the morning either i'm like a night shower but i feel so refreshed and so good and i do have some editing but before i get to that i wanted to read my bible and do a little bible study i'm still trying to figure out like where i want to put my bible study into my routine and i think it's better to do it in the morning just so i can like start my day off with god and just like read scripture you know so i think that's what i'm going to do like apply this to my morning routine because i do think that this is most effective in the morning time now i have like an hour before school starts and i think i'm just gonna lay in bed and like rest i was thinking of editing but i don't want to like overdo it this morning because i have time to edit tomorrow so that's what i'm going to do i'm just going to lay in bed maybe watch tv just chill before school starts but we got a lot done today and i'm feeling really good i will see you guys later if i have any updates or anything bye sadie say hi okay so i just finished school i'm playing with sadie my brain you guys hurts um my last class was kim and like i was just gaining all this information but my brain was hurting look at sadie looking at me you're so cute i didn't take any naps like earlier in the day but i might take one now because i'm finished with school and i think i have to do like a little filming later but i think i have time for a nap so i'm going to take a small one look how cute that is it's thursday made it to the third day 501 i want to go back to sleep [Applause] um hi guys it's 7 27 and i'm just now getting out of bed i mean i woke up at five because i filmed that clip then after i was like no i'm going back to bed sorry i was just like so tired i know at least i'm not like late for school though i still have like an hour and a half before school starts so i can get some stuff done like i need to edit something for a brand so i'm going to do that i kind of knew that one of the days i wasn't going to be successful so yeah sorry but it's okay it's 7 30 and we're gonna start our day now so i'm gonna go get ready get a granola bar and i'll see you in a bit i'm not my desk i am ready to edit i have an hour before school starts so i can just take my time with this i don't have much footage to edit originally i was gonna edit this and then also all the footage i got from this week because i haven't worked on this video yet like the one i'm filming but i guess i'll do it tomorrow because tomorrow morning for sure i'm going to wake up at 5. like there's just no exception that i'm going to miss tomorrow as well i don't know why but like my eyes just feel really weighted anyways i'm going to edit it's now 8 56 a.m and i just finished editing i've joined my first zoom class for school in five minutes but um i still got some stuff done so i'm good and i'll update you guys later probably like tonight hi guys it is now thursday night and i wanted to tell you about my day because i feel like i didn't film much today not gonna lie it was low-key like an off day as well i don't know why but it just felt like a little different than all the other days this week i think just this morning i was so tired as you guys saw and it was just kind of like that i guess for the rest of the day but my schedule was like the first day of this video i had practice so then i took an hour nap after school but i'm gonna get some good sleep now because tomorrow is friday it's the last day of this video thank gosh i cannot wait for next week where i can wake up at 8am again but i do plan on waking up at 5am because we are not going to miss tomorrow as well i will see you guys tomorrow friday at 5 in the morning day four baby good morning you guys it's 501 friday i feel so good right now what the heck like that's so weird i don't even feel tired anyways it's the end of the week last day i'm like ready to jump out of bed but today is gonna be a great day i think my plan is to edit do some bible studying and then it's a friday so i'm posting a new video i'm just gonna lay here for a little bit until i'm ready to get up and get ready [Music] i was thinking about way back [Music] i can't imagine if i stayed back what would happen if i never found you [Music] and i finished everything that i had to this morning i edited a video i posted a new video and then i also did some bible studying again i'm feeling so good today i don't know if it's just because it's friday and i'm just like excited because the weekend's almost here or if it's for a different reason i'm not sure but this is going to be the end of the video but before i end it i wanted to give like a quick review of the week so i would say waking up at 5am is so productive if you have things to do obviously it's not reasonable if i didn't have anything to do before school like if i didn't have to work out or if i didn't have to edit i would literally just have four hours before school started but thankfully i had a lot to do this week and i think waking up at that time was very efficient for me i got a lot done and i think i'll definitely do this more if i have more stuff to get done i probably wouldn't do it for a whole week but like let's say one day i have a whole video to edit editing in the morning is super efficient because i don't get distracted and i'm only focusing on editing honestly i did find myself being really tired though throughout the week oh by the way i'm pretty sure when you do this you're supposed to go to bed at like 9 00 p.m but i went to bed at like 11 p.m or later so uh yeah maybe that's why i was always tired but 5 a.m is not going to be like my ideal wake up time because that's just like really early for me but again like i said if i had to like edit a video i would definitely wake up at five because getting stuff done at this time works really well all right that is everything that i want to say thank you guys for
