hey there this is a quick tutorial on how to use screen shaders in unity so that you can learn how to incorporate them into future animation projects and hopefully make things like this quick disclaimer up front please use screen shaders in moderation they are very useful tool and it's easy carried away with them so please keep your limits to a minimum and do not create world shaders because no one appreciates those the screen shader we'll be using is leviance screen space uber shader that will be a free download in the description the way a screen share works is when applied to a 3d mesh any area within that mesh or any camera sorry will be affected by the shader so we now have a sphere which will function as our radius we will create a new material called sphere and we will apply leviance uber shader now the sphere has disappeared any camera in this area will be affected by these shaders if you want to learn the capabilities of the shader you can hit randomize all and it will randomly apply different effects obviously but please do not upload any avatar with this enabled what we will be using is two very simple ones girl scam which adds this glitchy distortion on the x and z axis and then static bring this up to the middle it'll even out a little bit change the alpha and lower the brightness a little bit so as you can see pretty simple i might lower it a little bit if this was going to be constantly activated but you see the basic method of how to activate screen shaders now if you wanted to animate one same concept you create an animation and as the timeline progresses you change the values of the screen shooters you turn them on and off or you can change the alphas in my animation i am constantly changing the strength of the blur and the static intensity foreign
