what logo should I use for this I have a couple here we go Oh that'll work except it won't because the text is you know what we can just do this that's fine that will that will work always gotta have a logo except and now it's getting really annoying like thing around it expert okay I'm calling this segment the best of trash now over the past four months or so a lot of games have been sent to me which I then forward to Great Sphinx who's been helping me vet a lot of Sunday stream material and you know sometimes the packs are garbage but there might be a couple gems in there like two or three so this is the best of the worst and we're gonna call it the best of trash because I wouldn't want that red letter media guys coming after me all right so let's begin getting all my files ready and the first game is called ascend which is almost a catchphrase here on the stream this might end up being a two-parter because there's a lot of them there's a lot of trash this is strictly trash or if it's a mix of weird good bad and trash Boggis that's bad so we'll find out all right here we go WASD press a button to start or a button it was the spacebar that started not just any old random button level 13 oh my god I can just like summon like Satan's to help me the victorious hero starts his ascent back out the dungeon to where this all began raw power courses through his mind trump his mind trying to find a way out never heard that expression before the hero tries to hold on but he starts to forget choose what is forgotten I didn't want that but that's fine what the I don't know wow so this is kind of cool in its own weird little way it's dungeon crawler it seems maybe it's randomized I'm not sure but it's yeah minimal and cool again I should point out that yeah apparently this is not all just bad games so even though we're calling it the best of trash maybe something will be more on the best side and less on the trash side the hero feels his mind slipping the heroes memory struggle from his grasp and he begins to fear that the knowledge of this place was not meant for him yes give me the finger of God finger Vinny you're choosing what to lose oh man oh I get it now yeah I lost my good fire the backwards RPG except now I'm totally mega dead it's a roguelike in Reverse that's awesome his ascent back out of the dungeon let's get rid of the shields even though I'm probably gonna regret that doesn't seem randomly generated either which is also refreshing and I am terrible at this I am pure garbage at this game that is very good as opposed to very trash but don't worry there's a game with Jar Jar in the title up next so if you're looking for trash you're in the right place okay so I lose one of my passives tigereye key to all this okay what am i losing this time blessing run 25% faster kind of sucks that you kill your own demons but it makes sense yeah my health is down pretty substantially I'm gonna get rid of Oh what summon beastmen so now I just summon like zombies nothing all that special oh you got some chirps all right well it's called ascend and it's actually really good I think I would definitely recommend that so you know check it out I of the terrors that awaited him well there's motivation here at least we know that daddy short legs wants to have sex with his wife which is good I mean there's good values there it's his wife it's not like bulk milk em I'd only pay who got her daddy short legs kind of sucks it's kind of kind of terrible at like anything this is a game maker game not it looks like a flash game but it's made in game maker good hit boxes I was hoping the angle for the game would be something like daddy short legs is a really self-conscious because the other daddies have the big legs the long ones but this one reason he could put up any fight at all you'd think you might use his smarts to do something interesting but no all he wanted was destruction that's stubborn fool sure destructions fun why not make a little money too after I make $500 that is what I in them got a multi test right it's not that hard to figure this stuff out I have to give that arrogant Punk some credit he didn't leave the door wide enemy you suck otherwise you always have the weapon it really is the perfect mix of Castlevania Kirby I don't know how to speak the ability out so I can get another one though sorry I don't really have much to say kind of running out of steam here pretty quickly [Music] you know you can't you can't fly oh yes you can get a press up and then you can fly [Music] yeah plays well it really is an excellent game like I said the only issue I have with it is that the resolution is horrendous it's really really small [Music] sphynx we may have to find a different title for this feature for the part two I don't know how much more trash is in this pack but that's mostly not trash that was actually really good stuff most of it definitely worth playing and I'm still not even really halfway done with the games so yeah I think there needs to be a rebrand there's another Mario game in here too but I'll save that for next time and maybe next time I can get pasta power to work grab bag okay grab bags not a bad idea cool best the best and the worst that's not a bad idea let's check this one out DC's an Isis fault clearly this is the best game of the entire collection anyway thank you this was a little bit less of a train wreck than last Sunday stream but some people like the train wrecks some people prefer the train wrecks I'm done we're gonna take a look at the art I hope you enjoyed whatever was going on here soon you know I have so many corruptions so soon we'll do some of that I have the vine sauce planet coaster park I have more of this stuff I have more weird getting weird with it so I think there's enough for next week and you know what people have been sending in like I've been getting emails about different plugin plagues and some of them actually look legitimately interesting so plug-in plague maybe won't come back right away but at some point soon I'm probably gonna have more plug-in plays that are awful and maybe actually worth streaming
