okay so a couple of days back i said i was gonna show you guys how to change your screen resolution i set my resolution at 2k which i'll say how to do this in another video which it isn't a hard job to do it's pretty easy and straightforward so in this video i'll show you how to do that and this is for only nvidia cards i don't think amd though this is the same stuff just a little minor detail for you guys who wants to check what your graphics card is to make sure that it's nvidia you want to go to task manager in order to do that you can just press ctrl shift escape well sequentially rather and uh you want to go to performance the performance tab you want to go down to the gpu and you'll notice that mine is nvidia you'll notice here if if it doesn't say what brand it is if it's nvidia or amd look up where your gpu is and see if it's from nvidia or amd and you'll know so just that's to keep something in mind so first things first you want to right click your empty screen to do that as you might see i don't have any icons or any shortcuts you want to go to view well you're gonna have to click on an empty box in your desktop uh yeah your desktop thing background so you're gonna go to view and then you're gonna click here as you can see i don't have desktop icons on if i turn that on there you go now my desktop has icons so turn it off just do that you want to go and right click this go to any video control panel again this is only for nvidia cards in the end video panel you'll see that i have all these options over here in the change resolution from lowest to highest for whatever my pc can handle and a refresh rate obviously which mine only goes to 59.60 um that's good that's just because uh that's the default of my screen if you're trying to get the uh super dynamic super resolution right here this is what you're trying to get as you can see i have set my 22k well in order to do this you want to go to manage 3d settings here you'll see that there's a bunch of settings what you need to worry about is you're going to look all the way down the dsr factors assign dynamic super resolution as you can see from below here dynamic superior just produces smoother image by rendering a game at higher resolution than down scaling it to the native resolution of the display using advanced filtering so you got to go to dsr factors and once you click this it might take a bit to load i don't know depends on your computer speed you'll see all these check boxes most of them are going to be off turn them all on and once you turn them all on you go back to change resolution and you'll see a dynamic super resolution tab which you can click on and this will change your uh display screen uh scaling and uh if if things look odd you can go back over to the manage 3d settings section and you can change the smoothness and by this you can just scroll around and uh you'll see a few differences if i put this to a hundred it's uh and i click apply it's gonna look weird i'm not sure if that's gonna pick up on video but if you were to do this your screen would uh look kind of blurry i'd say so i set it at 20 well i mean i could sit at 30 and uh that would be just fine for me although i'll i would definitely put some smoothness in there if things look a little too sharp for you to even read the letters you can also turn some of these settings off it's uh if your graphics card is kind of uh dying on itself if i go over here i can also change all of these to be scaling turn it off and on until you get all the resolutions you have for your computer now whenever i exit this may not change not save anything and you go to display settings you'll see that you now have different settings they could put although i'm not sure if windows already comes with that because if it doesn't kind of uh reset time i'd say but if it doesn't there you go there's a fix for that so yeah that's how you do it i also worked for your second screen all right well hope you guys have enjoyed that uh thanks for watching and i'll see you guys next time [Music] you
