Uncharted Legacy of Thieves collection - startup crash [FIXED]

charted Legacy of the game but as you try and opening it it will say it will not say anything it will just load up boot up like this loading a few pictures and then it [Music] will crash on you mine is not crashing because I fixed this and I'm I'm going to show you how so if you're crashing after a few pictures all you have to do is go down here go to settings go to display go down here Graphics default and this as you can see here needs to be off I have it off so I need to uh restart to turn it on if I if you have this on the game will crash if you turn this off the game will open pretty easy pretty simple again if you uh and if you do not have this option this is not an option in your settings you might have an older system I have not seen this work for anyone yet but if you uh go to your library go to the properties go in here and type window that could work it didn't work for me because I have this option if you have this option you should start by turning it off restarting your computer then you'll come back and it'll be turned off and you can open the game um in the description I'll have a video linked where I try and opening the game with this turned on um but it it's as easy as that so you just right click or search settings open settings it's already opened going to system display scrolling down to Graphics going to the default and turn this off if it's on the game will crash if it's off the game will launch and uh I have I haven't played this game yet because uh I just found out about this recently and I have uh haven't had the time to play the game yet so uh it's an easy fix hopefully we'll be able to play a game by [Music] now um in a I'll test and write in the comment if you can turn it back on because the setting we turned off does help other games to launch faster so let's see if I can skip this intro kind of thing and here we have the game so I'm actually Danish nice to see that have uh that it has that setting oh I T something wrong there oh you can only scroll so this is an um PlayStation optimized game so some settings might not be optimal for uh for Mouse like you cannot tap this as I have tried just a few times now but I like setting uh settings in English even though I'm Danish there we go um brightness and important settings I tend to get it too dark uh because or too light you want it about in the middle maybe five or four um I am not I wouldn't recommend doing much maybe you would want to do ultra um as you can see that would not make any sense for me this is quite all right already so I'm here I could go here but that would would just increase the the occasion where I could uh get into some lag or something making making the game crash or whatever it all depends on your your video memory that's your I guess your I'm not sure if this is on your graphics card or the vram on your motherboard or no but um I have an 1060 an old card I'm going to buy the uh 3080 TI I think because I was waiting for the 4080 but I'm not going to buy that card because it has the D lss3 and um I'm not sure that's for me I'm more into the dlss to but again pretty easy fix on how to opening the game and if I should do like enhance it a bit I guess I would turn Shadows down a bit keep this as high as you could because that's your character you want him in Focus you could do we're going a bit above yeah these are pretty I mean there's no there's really no reason to change much much here keep it as as recommended um let's see what's happened if I do so what is this hold PlayStation it collects data needed is needed to upate game whatever um okay I would just give full consent why not so it just crashed as I tapped full consent well that's nice anyways turn this off restart your system and you'll be able to play the game um yeah pretty easy let's see if I can uh play the game hopeful hopefully it will let me go through settings set up and actually enter the game maybe I can do a mission but this is not skippable that's kind of annoying it's telling you once you to record so I believe this is like Legacy the original and this is the the fourth I haven't played this a lot I played the original uncharted on my PlayStation uh many years ago let's try this why not so let's see what happens oh so this is just a like a hop for the two games so two games in one Hub I believe that's the same Assassin's Creed are going to do in 2023 with the Assassin's Creed Mirage and the hexa and all that code red and stuff so this is kind of weird just telling you I don't know why the game would have highlights whatever doesn't really matter just going to go through this real quick um no need oh I'll do the story I guess extra story I'll do the story new game let's just go with the moderate uh lock on AIM I'm not sure what this is It's immediately aligns camera to the direction of the movement movement while driving designated for players who are new to driving in games so I'll not have this I guess it's kind of like the GTA 5 kind of settings automatically aligns designated for players players who are new to action games so you should just keep it all off and I mean if you need log on name just go on a [Music] easier game mode oh that's laggy down that a loading icon it's nice though but it's laggy so let's see if I like the [Music] [Music] game this is kind of stressing my system I'm running at 45 40 going about 40 to 45 CPU temp I believe it's package temp so it's across all package packages 40 is okay I guess I'm just used to play like CS go at 25° let's see if it gets a bit down it's going down to about 30 so the game isn't too intensive even though I have it at high the build a naughty game so this is the old game with the old graphics and stuff um it's just been allowed on computer I think and this is because they're about to roll out the new new game and the new game will be on available on all platforms so it's it's a nice little thing to do give us their old games before releasing the new one for all those who have never had a PlayStation they can I try this out it makes sure eyes doing good does it now have price if you B too wow you again is this your store no my experience I guess you can't go inside without removing your shoes I know I just wanted to look at the Mand so should I take off my shoes can I do that um no so where can I go can I jump nope can I oh I can take my shoes off over here uh maybe not so let's if nothing and she is to no help even though she is supposed to be my guide I can pass through right here did I miss that before or was it not Legacy I'm not going to play anymore um the the controls is for you to find out yourself I guess um yeah again if you uh are having a hard time to open the game this is the setting open settings system display graphics default and this needs to be off this first one so I have it off if you have it on turn it off restart your computer and you're good to go and um if you're not going to play the game game for a while turn this back on and restart your uh computer because it's it's better on with other games so kind of annoying but the game is not really optimized yet for computers also Shades is only at 60% that might be why uh it was so blurry I'm going to let it load up to 100 close the game and maybe play at some other time this is just how to open open it turn this thing here off and restart your system and you should be good to go
