Ultimate Travel Essentials | You Shouldn't Travel Without

I travel a lot and if there's anything I've learned is to equip myself with a few key travel accessories to make my journey more enjoyable and I don't gatee keep so here's my list of items that I never travel without number one a suitcase cup holder when I first realized this was a thing I ran to get one the amount of time I've spilled or fumbled my coffee at the airport because I don't have an of hands is Criminal I like this cup holder from Rema because the top of the holder is elastic so it can hold different sized cups and there are two pockets for drinks so you can hold your travel Buddy's coffee too it velcro over your suitcase handle and even has a third little pouch in the back for extra storage it also comes in tons of fun colors and patterns for $13 take my money number two an air tag I've already gone on and on about these on my channel and how handy they are for travel coming from someone who's lost their luggage I've got trauma throw one of these in your checked SU suitcase so if it gets lost or stolen you know exactly where to find it these are just over $20 and well worth it for the peace of mind I think I've finally broken the curse of terrible neck pillows this pillow is a British invention of the Year winner after hearing a flight attendant Rave about the J pillow I ordered one immediately for my next overnight flight and when I tell you I actually got sleep I was shook specifically the chin support is is what sold me on this my head is constantly nodding forward when I try to sleep on airplanes but not with this pillow if you're serious about getting some airplane sleep you should give this one a try number four compression socks this might seem like a gimmick but it is not sitting on an airplane for hours is no good for circulation wearing compression socks can help immensely not only will they improve circulation they reduce swelling and risk for developing blood clots flight attendants always have hot water on hand because most people request tea but you can go ahead and request hot water for your cup of noodles laugh all you want but this is a genius hack I can't take credit for this because yes I saw another Creator post about it but I had to spread the word and boom Gourmet airplane food if you are not into the hydration packet game you are missing out if you're someone that feels so bad after flying headaches and fatigue not to mention irritability you might just be dehydrated an airplane is literally drier than the Sahara look it up that's where electrolytes come in they replenish vital minerals while helping our bodies hold on to that water you can't just chug straight water not only will you be less hydrated you're going to be seeing a lot of the airplane bathroom I like element zero sugar electrolytes this one is going to be good if you're looking for something a little higher in sodium or an OG fan favorite hydrate ation multiplier by liquid IV because airplane technology is not always Cutting Edge you might encounter one of these old school headphone Jacks if you want to watch a movie in Flight that's where this airfly Bluetooth adapter comes in just plug this into the airplane's headphone jack and connect to your airpods via Bluetooth Airlines usually dim the cabin lights when it's time to sleep but pack one of these anyway you never know how bright your hotel room might be and quality sleep while traveling is so important I find this particular sleep mask to be super comfortable and I can't even feel it on my face when I sleep and I am not a heavy sleeper so that is saying something noise cancelling headphones we love your baby and we are so happy you're bringing them on your trip but listening to a baby cry for hours on an airplane is a special kind of torture noise cancelling headphones to the rescue these soundcore anchor life headphones are great and come in under $100 you're welcome if you're not planning for safety when traveling you need to there's no need not to have one of these Hotel door locks don't risk your safety and peace of mind this is super portable easy to throw in your luggage and easy to use it's also very effective another must in the safe category is this personal safety alarm if you didn't know you can't bring pepper spray on an airplane they will confiscate it and throw it in the trash ask me how I know so the genius workaround I've discovered is this personal safety the alarm keychain when you feel unsafe pull the top of the device this activates a loud siren as well as flashing strobe light to stop the alarm simply reinsert the top and yes you can take this on a plane this next item is going to be a little much and I understand that hotel travel sheets these are going to take up more space in your suitcase than say the door lock but for me it's a price I'm willing to pay you decide for yourself but Hotel sheets usually creep me out so I just go ahead and pack my own it's like a little sheet sleeping bag this is serious and we're talking safety again there have been several instances of Travelers passing away in their hotel rooms due to carbon monoxide poisoning it's impossible to see your smell so bring along a portable carbon monoxide detector on your next trip stay safe people also bonus item I don't actually have this yet but it's on my wish list so I thought I would share how
