- [Camerawoman] Are you ready for this? - I'm never, ever going to be ready. We're at P.F. Chang's, and I'm going to try the
most popular menu items. All of them. I just don't even know the
proper stomach stretching, I feel like it's this motion or this motion. (bass thumping beat) Let's see how this one goes. I think we're doing almost
50 menu items today, I'm not sure. (text message beep) My mom just sent me a picture and she's starting a new diet today. I feel like the irony
right now is really rich. (slow bass thumping) I feel like I'm playing tetris right now. (video game synth beat) So I asked everyone their
favorite menu items, everyone was talking
about the lettuce wraps. These are the original, these are what has made them so famous. The number one menu item at every single P.F. Chang's location, even internationally, this is
their number one menu item. I think the lettuce
wrap makes you feel like it's a little bit like a
low-carb, healthy thing. Man down. Everything's perfectly
crunchy, and it's light. So it feels really satisfying
when you're eating. - [Camerawoman] Startin' off good. - This one looks way
prettier than the original. After a few extra bites in here, then it goes straight to
slaw, or like a salad. This one is meat all the way through. If I had to choose between the two, I think I'd go with the original. This one has more flavor,
it has more depth. I think this is a nice little switch-up, it does have a little bit of spice, but I think for me I
would add Sriracha to it, and add a little bit more warm. This is their Moscow Mule. It comes with a little
bit of candy ginger, but the one thing that they do here is it is house-made ginger beer. (low-key techno beat) That's very nice and refreshing. I feel like that goes
perfectly with the appetizers, if you're eating anything spicy, having that ginger in there. I like that one. The server said to put a
bunch of lime juice on it to make it taste even better. It's kind of like a very
high-end fancy french fry from P.F. Chang's, because they
don't do french fries here. I love Mandarin salad so much. This is a really good shareable one. It has mango in there, I like when people play around and add fruit to it. (Asian beat) Probably a healthier one, but it doesn't taste like it's healthy, which is always a good sign to me. I'm into this one. I'm really excited for sushi. And this one is a Shrimp Tempura Roll. So you got the little crunchy bits on it, I'm gonna go like (kissing noise) Dip. If you're new to the sushi world, this is the one that you would really like 'cause it's not too
crazy, it's not too wild. This one is the Kung Pao Dragon Roll. You can see, that looks like it's Sriracha or a Sriracha type sauce. Ooh, that's got some really good heat that hits the back of your... That's nice. Oh my God, it's all on the bottom. This might be the one that does me dirty. I take back what I said. I like the shrimp tempura one more. I like the tuna on it, I feel like that's really good. But I think this one actually
is way more fun to eat, it has more flavor going on than this one. Round two. I'm extremely partial to this round, I feel like this is gonna
be my favorite round. I love dumplings and anything
remotely in the shape of one. I'm just like, praise be. Sangrias get a bad rep because they're always red with a
crazy amount of fruit in them, so this one I'm excited about
being a water-like color. I'm not the hugest saké fan, but this is really good. You can't taste too much of it. I would drink that
outside on a very hot day. Pan Fried Shrimp Dumplings. I'm gonna stab the dumplings
'cause these are slippery, and my chopstick skills are not that good. I really enjoy the sauce on these, I'm trying to get all the flavor in there. (quiet melodic beat) Has just the right amount of spiciness with the chili flakes, soft on the top and then
crispy on the bottom. I would definitely not share these. I've never had a dumpling
like this before. I like how crispy it is on both sides, and it's really flat. These are really rich,
a little bit creamy. No spice at all. I would put these in my pocket
and take them home with me. I wonder if it's just like a rangoon, but they're calling it a Wonton. 'Cause the rangoons have
that cream cheese in there, I'm hoping there's cream cheese in here. (crunch) I'm not tasting any cream cheese. It's light, but yet the same time because it's crab, it tastes very rich. Because they are so famous, people freak out over them. We made our own copycat recipe of it. On delish.com. It's like frying your guac in an egg roll form. We have Chang's Spicy Chicken Noodle Soup. We're gonna attempt to
put this into the bowl. Okay, it's always what
you eat when you're sick, and it can be very bland and boring, but this one is not very boring at all, it actually has a little
bit of a kick to it, and it has tanginess, it's sweet and sour. Yes. Thank you. Round three. (louder melodic beat) This is the Blushing Geisha, which I think is now the
prettiest of the three drinks. This one has grapefruit vodka in it. Ooh, and blood orange. Oh, the blood orange is strong. That is some strong flavor. If you like blood orange, that's for you. If you do not like blood
orange, that's not for you. Imagine you're on a date and
you have to eat into this, and you're just like, (quiet chomping) which is what I'm gonna do. But like... The crispy bits, I love them, but they really are ruining my bites. (slow Asian beats) Intensely crunchy, crispy, it's super sticky. The sauce, it's way more tangy than sweet. I'm impressed, I'm very impressed. I'm gonna really (beep) up and
make it really messy first. When I eat my Pad Thai, I strongly believe in mixing all of it. I like it to be dispersed evenly, so I get a little bite of everything. I like that they have a
lot of cilantro in here, and the green onions. They have the right amount of everything, it's all living in harmony together. ♪ We belong together ♪ This Geisha is way more than blushing. She's like, out at the
party like "Wooooo." She's not blushing, she's
doing way more than that. Out of all the dishes we've had so far, I feel like this one looks
like it could be served at a very classy five star restaurant the way it's plated and everything. Smooth like butter. I really like this one. My mom and dad are in the Navy, so we used to live in Hawaii. And we used to Mongolian barbecue. We'd always put too much in our bowl, and I would have mine this big, and I would eat that much of it. I hope it tastes like how
it did when I was a kid. (rhythmic wind chime) Yep. My best way to describe it is like, a softer beef jerky. And then the sauce is a little
bit more on the bland side because the meat has so much flavor. And then you have your green onions. Ooh! Strong. (gagging) I wanna spit it out. I think the green onions are
strictly there for color. In flavor, do not actually
eat the green onion. (techno beat) Oh my God. Oh. I'm stretching the Chilean Sea
Bass out, and the dumplings. The dumplings are trying
to fight for space. (fast-paced techno beat) I'm happy there are so
many bowls on the table, these are like full-on meals. And they're so warm to the touch. She said this is the
strongest drink on the menu. I feel like if you
drank that entire thing, you'd be blacked out before dinner ended. I think I'm gonna go back to the Geisha and I think you have to
take this one from me. We're gonna start with
the Chiang Mai Noodle Bowl which has coconut curry in it. Coconut curry is always super rich. I can't imagine eating this entire thing, especially 'cause there's huge
chunks of chicken in there. Some crispy fried onions
too, it's so beautiful. I slurped it. (video game beat) I would eat this on a very
cold winter's evening, and in a very large baggy
sweatshirt and sweatpants because you will need it
after eating all of this. (slurps) Did you like it? - [Camerawoman] Yeah, I did. - It's strong. That's like, pure alcohol. With a little bit of pineapple juice. - [Camerawoman] I mean, it's making me feel a little weird... (both laughing) - It's hitting. Families are coming in
to eat and they're like, why is this girl crying
drunk at P.F. Chang's? If you've never had Bibimbap, it's a Korean dish. You can have beef with
it, you can do chicken, you can do shrimp, you can do veggie. This is like the perfect lunch bowl. You gotta get a little bit of the yolk, that's honestly where you get
a lot of the sauciness from. (slow playful music) Perfectly balanced, it has
the right amount of sweet, and the right amount of spicy. You can't go wrong with it. I really like these cause
they're super well-rounded meals. You've got your noodles,
you've got your veggies, you got your meat all together
in one big happy bowl. They got the green onion, which I'm not going to
eat an entire bite of. 'Cause we already know. Udon, I have to say, is
one of my favorite noodles. I just like how thick and chewy they are. I feel like they got an oomph to them. It's a basic dish. I don't know if I would order this one. We have the Chang's Spicy Chicken here. It's really chewy, it's the
right amount of crunchiness, it's got that fried feel to it. I don't think it's that spicy. I would add a bunch of Sriracha. My mom might find this spicy, but I don't. Kung Pao Shrimp. You can see they have the peanuts, and then they have those chili peppers. You have to be very careful with those. These things can burn your
mouth off, just trust me. You don't... those are
usually pretty intense. Perfect cute little baby sizes. I feel like a little fried
little happy little shrimp boy. (text message ring) Ooh. I like this one. This one is awesome, I would
actually put it with tacos. That would be amazing. Asian mushrooms, truffle oil, and then those are toasted
bread crumbs on it. I'm just kind of interested to see what their take of mac
and cheese is going to be. Very chewy. You can tell there's more
than one type of cheese in it. The mushrooms are what sets this apart from other mac and cheeses, because the mushrooms
are super chewy in it, and doing mushrooms and truffle oil, it gives you that umami flavor. Bring on round five. (tropical music) I always wonder at this point, when the server comes over, if she's just concerned for
my well-being at any point, or if she's just like,
this girl is (beep) wild. Tequila is going to bring me back to life. (exhales) Fried rice is just fried rice to me, it doesn't usually stand out to me, but it's always really good
to see what theirs is like. It's a really good base, you would order it for the table and just add in all the chicken things that we've tried earlier on. And this is perfect for that. I actually had a lot of
people tell me to order these. It's one of their favorite sides to order. It looks like it's super, super crispy. They do look almost black, the
way that they've been cooked. Oh! Spicy. Okay, I really love this
Kung Pao Brussel Sprout. These are perfectly cooked, and they have the perfect
amount of spice on them. (tropical beat) Definitely, you have to order that one. We got tomatoes, fried
crispy onions in here, looks like we got some egg. We got shrimp, we got a
little bit of everything. It doesn't look particularly
saucy, which I like, but it definitely has
that curry flavor to it. (coughs) Okay, don't smell your noodles. Crispy, and crunchy, and savory. This curry is extremely beautiful, she is a gorgeous girl. That's like a hug, I like that one. I don't usually order pepper steak because I do not like peppers. I'm gonna try to be as
unbiased about this as I can, but peppers and I are not friends. I don't like peppers,
they're not nice to me. It's very standard, very basic. I would wanna put more Sriracha on it. And I would add rice to make
it like a whole bowl thing. You don't wanna go all
out and go wild here, that's a good place to start. This one looks super fancy. One of the prettier girl dishes. Something you could make and
really impress someone with. I eat salmon for dinner
almost every single night. If you eat the same thing every day, isn't that the sign of a serial killer? - [Camerawoman] Um... - I don't know though, I feel like serial killers
don't eat salmon every night. I feel like they eat just
a chicken breast raw. - Oh, okay. (suspenseful music) - It has that really good miso tang to it, but it has a little bit of a sweetness. It's really light, I would say. If I wasn't eating my typical
salmon dinner every night, I could switch it out
for this salmon dinner and I would be very happy. - [Camerawoman] Are you ready for this? - I'm never, ever going to be ready. (tropical beat) Oh, my God. I can smell it all. This looks like a very
heavy dessert in a cup. That tastes like a beach vacation. Our waitress that we had, she said this is her favorite. And a few other people have told me that this is their favorite as well. So I have high expectations on this. The banana and caramel, I don't know if there's
actually rum in any of this, but it does taste a little rum-like. I wanna know how to make that at home. I like that a lot. But I have to say, lava cakes have a very
special place in my heart. Oh, my God. The chocolate on the inside
is so gooey and it's like, very warm and happy. This one might be a hug too. This one might be another
one of my hug meals. You have your typical
cheesecake right here, with some raspberry sauce. As someone who lives in New York, I can be a little annoying
about my cheesecake. I'm gonna withhold judgment. That is smooth as (beep). Holy (beep). How is it... I'm so happy how smooth it is. That's a really damn good cheesecake. We have to end today with the Great Wall of Chocolate. First of all, great name choice. Phenomenal. Second of all, when I
asked a bunch of you, What's the number one desert here? Every single person said
The Great Wall of Chocolate. Goodbye, world. Hello, chocolate. (electronic beat) Wow. I don't even wanna know
what they put in here, I don't wanna know. It's so good. It reminds me of when a brownie's
just a little undercooked. It's like, really, really
soft, and dare I say, moist. This is a good birthday cake. (moaning) The Great Wall of Chocolate. That's where it's at. Wow. He's having an angry
phone call over there. I'm at a loss for words. P.F. Chang's has done me
dirty in the best of ways. Tell me where you want me to go next. I will listen. We are bringing all this
food back, we always do. I promise you I'm not lying to you. Every single person at my
office eats this, I promise. I'll see you guys next time. Until then. I gotta go. (electronic beat)
