How stupid do you have to be to use the argument “he’s doing the best he can”? So, he’s doing the best he can, yet this entire thing is a complete disaster, and he’s handled it worse than just about every other leader in the world. If that’s the best he can handle it, clearly he can’t handle it. That’s like putting someone in charge at work, who completely fucks everything up, but someone wants to keep them in that position because they’re “doing the best they can”. If doing your best is a complete disaster, clearly you’re not fit for that position. I just don’t understand how little intelligence you have to have to think that “he’s doing the best he can” is a valid argument in this situation. Then again, I’m not at all surprised when something like that comes from Trump’s base.
