Traveling to Indonesia 2021 - Quarantine Hotel in Jakarta

[Music] welcome back everybody we are here with great news because we are moving finally to indonesia to our favorite place in the world and we are flying from frankfurt germany to jakarta yeah we will find out what traveling in 2021 is like yeah it's totally different because of covet but not different at all so this is our first flight for one and a half years yes we're so excited so the crew is wearing overhauls with masks and gloves and everything there it is [Music] what do you think about the weather in abu dhabi it's 34 degrees at midnight yeah but i love it so we just landed in abu dhabi with the airline etihad and i think the flight was very empty like the last flight i took with her believe before they went bankruptcy uh how did you like the flight i liked it very much also the stewardess were extremely nice the stereotypes were so nice never mind this flight will be full crazy our very last flight we're going pretty exhausted and we didn't think that this flight would turn out so full at the first the airport was pretty empty then some aircraft arrived and it turns out this aircraft will be very full [Music] all right it's hot [Music] all right so we picked up our luggage nothing is destroyed the customs was very easy if you just keep in mind to print all of the commands have them ready make as less work as possible and they will let you through easy it's so hard to breathe it's so hot and humid in this airport with this mask and having like 30 kilos on your back it's not easy apparently there will be a guy waiting for us from the holiday inn hotel our driver and then the current time will begin excited excited that's so hot [Music] yes welcome to jakarta how are you i'm doing good how are you i'm excellent i know what's your name please mark and lara okay thank you very much so you keep the passport [Music] okay oh we're going to the airport right now now to the hotel retired but they took our press parts and you will get them at the end of the car turn back [Music] so we arrived at the hotel it was a pretty long drive but yeah [Music] so as you saw we have many many different control points where they take pictures of you for reference but the dude at the reception was super nice and it seems like our room is super nice as well it actually is oh wow okay okay okay so this is the view out of the working space this is the bathroom it's like the clothing area queen size bed little sofa i like this corner a lot then we can edit we just took a shower unpacked a little bit got our first quarantine my meal which is some spaghetti some some vegetables and yeah this video was the first impression how it is to travel in 2021 it was hectic we saw many police and military guys taking pictures of us scanning our documents giving us a hard time but overall it was a pleasant experience we are now in the hotel and if you're interested in our whole jakarta and indonesia journey hit that subscribe button give it a like and maybe write down some recommendations for jakarta because yes next week we will make a video about jakarta our first impressions and maybe we'll also do some photos you will see yeah so we see you in the next one bye as some of you may or may not know i'm leaving the country next week and this is actually all my luggage i think that's enough or too much so [Music] [Music] you
