what's up guys it's sophie welcome back today i'm with lexi rivera um hey hey guys um you guys didn't know um lexi and i used to do gymnastics together like a long time ago that is true yeah here's the picture right you're here tiny i know anyways um i'm gonna be teaching her contortion and um by the end of this she's gonna be doing this exact pose i don't know who sophie thinks i am but fingers crossed i can do this by the end of the video let's try i don't know here we go let's go all right so for the first pose i'm going to keep it pretty simple kind of a little bit more on the basic side she says this and it's going to be super complicated i already know brent's going to be giving it a shot too he's 80 years old today but howdy but i'm gonna try and try it as well all right so so what do we do basically the pose it's very simple so you basically you just get into the back then oh okay and then from the back then you kind of just like sit and then cross your legs huh all right all right who's going first all right he's just gonna go right into it oh you don't need your cane or anything no i don't i don't get that okay okay back then all right oh my gosh i'm impressed now i'm kind of like stick your butt out stick the butt out stick the butt out the way oh and then cross your legs okay okay oh no we killed him it was his time anyways where's my cane yo that's hard wait so what are you supposed to do so you're supposed to do a backbend and then cross your legs then cross the legs in the back all right here he goes there you go there okay yeah it's pretty close not bad really close no salute thank you all right well i gotta go i have a doctor's appointment now okay because i broke my back see ya all right see ya i mean you could have just taken out your spine it would have been a lot easier but all right i'm going to give this one a shot now okay so back then first [Music] and then you have to kind of like sit your butt down say brush my back yeah okay try to like stick your yeah oh god wait let me let me stretch a little bit okay oh all right here it goes so back then oh okay and now you're kind of gonna like sit like pretend like you're sitting like that yeah okay and now you're gonna cross the leg okay yeah they did yeah doing it yeah it's close all right sophie that's gonna be your clothes that's going to be it for me today i don't think i can do anymore it's not bad my favorite thing is that she says this is like the easiest thing and i just well it's like it's like kind of contortion that's why you're crazy sophie you're crazy it's fine by the end of this you're going to be a contortionist so by the end of this i'm going to have a broken back by the end of this my voice is going to be completely gone because it's like already kind of gone if you can't already tell all right the next one whoa okay so you're just kind of gonna reach back and grab your ankles and then after you grab your ankles you're going to cross your arms on your feet like this and then you're going to twist your body so this is actually kind of like a little bit of an optical illusion it's like a little bit of an optical illusion can i tell you something yeah are you trying to kill me no lexi i would never oh my god i would never but um yeah i'll give it a go back then right back button okay and then i see i can't even do this hey guys and then you like cross your so so go so go in more of an arch so your arms have to go this way okay yeah and now cross your arms like this okay and then you're gonna have to turn your body like that yeah but like you have to keep this hand on this foot i'm so done with you sophie you can leave across this way and stand up like sit up there you go getting close you're so close i tap out i'm done she was so close guys wasn't she so so far i've gotten zero thanks right um so far i haven't been able to do anything you know you were close and that's what counts that's all that matters that's all that matters you tried and you were close i tried and i failed all right so for this next one we're using a chair as you can tell this is a chair now we're using props so this one i feel like you can do this one i really feel like you can do this one wow thanks for believing in me sophie means a lot what are you doing so you're gonna put your hands here we're just going to go [Music] is she for real just like she's you guys are you guys seeing this this is what she expects me to do right now oh no you cannot do that there's no way you're doing that back in one more day i used to be able to do that i usually get lastly walter's always trying to control me now how do i get started all right so you have to put your hands on the side okay yeah oh oh oh oh all right granny that's pretty good that was a great job sorry lady just had to show you up like that the nine year old can do it better than i can i don't know ah i'm swatching oh god is this chair steady yes do this i can't see this is all right okay you actually got that for like a good split second freeze frame that that was it i can't that was the scariest thing i've ever done in my life that was like you still got up in the handstand you got we're gonna freeze frame that you got that let's move on okay next moving on to the next one guys all right so for the next one um this one's this one i feel like this one's simple i really feel like oh my gosh okay again with the simple stuff and then she like pulls out so crazy you're just gonna grab your foot shut it right now like just go with me after that swing my foot grab your foot okay pull to the side pull it to the side and then once you pull it aside you're gonna stick it on the ground stick and then you're gonna put your foot right here you're just gonna kind of like sit there like this and my foot okay right there okay and then you're gonna try to put this like kind of under your chin-ish how or you can't like try just like this you know okay okay like that right yeah okay there you go okay and then you just kind of sit there and then i'm just gonna sit here as my back breaks that's kind of supposed to be like a relaxing pose you know i get chilled out there is not anything relaxing about this i'm going to sleep like okay yeah wake up in the morning in this position like kind of pose can we can i get out of this now i mean i mean if you want dude how come i can't even do the most simple stuff honestly all this video has done is like make my confidence going the thing is it's all mental you've got this like it's literally just all mental all right i got this sophie says i got it so i got it a spine is a state of mind all right no no you see who i'm getting at i don't know what you're talking about the spine is stamped isn't it am i right yeah see okay just that very easy very simple [Music] do you really think i can do that yes all right let's give it a shot i don't know if it's my which leg should i do oh god okay there you go there you go but i can't straighten it i can't go any further than this how did you strain it you gotta grab on your shin right now you're grabbing your foot you gotta grab your shin so start here and then you're gonna crawl from to the shin yeah like the ankle there you go there you go whoa okay yeah was that it yeah she's just being nice at this point guys comment down below how amazing that was okay sorry i'm sorry anyways so the next we're going to do some duo poses because because i can't do anything so this will like help your your mental state you already showed that you can bend in half okay you removed your spine right just in that last clip right there right so we're gonna do some do a let's do it okay let's do it all right so this one's the first one and who's gonna do what um maybe i'll be shopping near the bottom i don't know if i can okay maybe well i can't drive let's try it okay okay so you put your hands down through the handstand over right you have to try to grab your foot okay so you have to kick enough of it in there you gotta lean more there one more there you go gotcha and then my other foot is coming at you on the other side give it like okay there you go one two three we got it how's that i feel like that looks good i feel like that was really that looks really good all right i'm actually very happy with that i'm proud of myself for the first time in this video okay now the next one all right okay i'll be the bottom one on this one okay all right so the bottom person was in the split and then she had she like gorged yeah okay and the top person was
