Tractor dangles off freeway while container is on fire

[Music] all right good morning people let's get straight to the action it's been a minute since i posted a video it's been crazy busy it does not stop but uh i had to bust up the phone for this and i don't even have my gopro all right sorry about that i had to talk to the firefighters for a game plan it's so smoky in the front they're going to cut a piece of the container out in the front and oh there's the rain when it rains it pours this guy's overloaded to the max over 50 000 pounds you can see it right there i mean just busting out we're gonna use big flipper to uh open up the door for them so i got my dad and big flipper right there we got hulk on the other side let me show you guys what the tractor looks like if i can get that oh it's pouring hard that's the tractor wheels right there and without trying to fall over the edge that's the tractor okay so i had to stop because of the the heavy downpour let's open up this door it's real heavy it's real slippery and it's wet out here so the fire department don't want to risk pushing it up and hurting themselves so that's all right we'll help them out it's a big ripper perfect i got the gopro in the truck i'm gonna see if i can get that uh mounted properly to get some good footage [Music] so [Music] foreign all right good job now that we got the back open for them they're gonna spray it down a lot of hot spots inside almost feels like a movie scene out here great job all right gopro don't kill me now ready so they can't contain the fire it's pretty bad what i'm going to do is i'm going to use hulk right here to lift up the rear or the front of the container and sky it absolutely high so the back ends open essentially i'm gonna dump all the load out come on how's it looking set on the other side all right i'm on this side down there is a massive drop they want me to keep going higher until the uh until the boxes start falling so let's give them what they want while watching that overpass sign well that's a good question for my containers things right there that's good lifting up the front to fall out so the load falls out didn't work it's back too tight you can see the fire back here oh man yeah that's bad but just keep wetting it in the meantime let's see how hulk looks whoa 20 22 calendar shot right there already we can put chains there yeah our ideal work look yes 15 footer watch out watch out all right this is going to be a big moment so what i'm going to do is when my dad operates big flipper get my stick on wireless headsets but it can be in constant communication on either side let me get back to you in the smoke here [Music] i've been doing a lot of rigging and working with the fd so i haven't been on the gopro much but the tractor is stuck up underneath here oh you can't see jack you will right now when it comes up you guys big fish it looks like the fire got contained without us having to empty it out so all right we'll try some position i'm going to yep it's coming up good that stand clear i'll slipper hold on i feel like i'm stuck let me drop and then rotate can you rotate it or extend out okay guys i had to reposition the fire was starting again and i switched my rigging all right is that clear ready is that on fire yeah you have a fire no hey what big flipper this is what we can do dad let's put it now we can put this on the inside of the wall let's get look how short jack big flipper is all right we're gonna bring it over now i'm gonna hit it with the fire so i can hold it yeah okay there's a truck how about i put it to the tires on the guardrail then i dropped it okay vacuum perfect perfect excellent okay switching to the phone mode now we're doing this to swing the container it's not overhead power lines it's freeway signs see i'm using the cables instead of swinging to get it nice and over and that out with this done done done got the container fully over now i can pull forward and do the tractor okay we successfully split the container from the chassis and the crazy limited space we have i gotta get down and help my dad we're gonna drag the chassis out and then flip the container i'm horrible at this i don't have my chest mount on me go figure but you can see the extent of everything very difficult risky job on this overpass connector right here that's the 10 freeway it's a major freeway and then here's uh we're on the connector part to exit so not a lot of room we successfully got the locks loose in the back disconnected it now i can pull the tractor chassis out of the way that'll go in the landau and then uh my dad and i can flip well we'll flip the container so we'll put the outriggers away okay luckily for me the fifth wheel wasn't too hard to disconnect things all jacked up and broken anyway so i disconnected the fifth wheel use holes to uh slide it rotate it and winch to disconnect it is now disconnected from the chassis we've got two three landlords in rod i think um i'm gonna pull forward i'm gonna hug the wall as much as i can so i can get this off the side set it on the landau and that chassis either do the same or flip it and limp it back to the yard we'll see right now but now that it's daytime i mean i wish it showed better when i first showed up but this thing was all the way down there you can see the there's the hood did a lot of fire damage all right i got my chains up on the front axle that's pretty busted and on the middle of the rear i'm gonna lift up we're gonna push it out we're gonna set this on the land all in this crazy limited amount of space we have now i gotta do this carefully while playing with the boom because i'm short-jacked which means my outriggers are barely out hulk is strong in a 50 ton but working off the side and swinging around the corner like this is very very risky i'm just glad that this tractor is not a full tractor there you go there we go all right perfect so now we let out on the front and i bring up the back much better how's it looking jake no stand clear we're almost ready bear witness the power of hulk i'm going to tuck in and boom up tuck in and boom up the higher i go the stronger i am and just rinse and repeat alright keep going up baby up up up up up and away so it's all right the more i rotate to the middle the further it gets away from the truck look at that that's excellent now i just boom up i'm happy with it there back up my dad please moment of truth good job look barely clear the outriggers in the back okay the reason i'm stopping them here is because i'm not uh perfectly off the side so once i go off the side i can make it more uh to the front you know what i might need my saw to cut that piece right there if i go down it's gonna splat and hit my truck okay yeah this rain isn't making my video better it just started pouring out of nowhere hands are filthy i got gloves on it's hard to record we got it on uh he's just gonna do this to pull forward coincidentally our shop is this exit you get off here exit boil make a left boom so we're just going to chain it super good and limp it about a mile to the shop i'm going to put this forward and you should be able to pull out from there we got that out of the way next is this my dad and i could probably flip it from right here big flippers in the back and i'll just use hulk for my hair to to flip it have a heavy toe it out and then it's this big boy i'll get back to you when we start this process all right second last step before we do the container dad and i are gonna handle the chassis so i got my lift right here and my catch pick up on the lift and let me tell my dad we're ready now that i'm in position sweet all right he's got the pressure up so let's go now i pick up with the white which is my lift setting up on the catch a bit i'm sure my cash doesn't have too much lag good oh shoot my lift came undone it's all right my dad's got it all he doesn't need my help beautiful the good thing is my lift cable got stuck under the landing gear lever which helped out so now it doubled as a lift down the catch how often does stuff like that work in our favor man i will i gotta use a boom and put the poker part clean it's not that funny okay we got it up right now i'm gonna do uh what we call in the industry walking the dog brakes are caged we did that while it was upside down and i'm gonna use hulk to walk it out so you see how it's airborne and i went in really tight with my cable so i don't have that pendulum swing to rock forward into me and i'm extended out far enough to where i'm gonna drive it all the way out to the end of uh where that first tow truck is and then from there he's gonna take over all right ready all right let's walk this big dog ah that looks so funny i never get tired of doing this see what i mean by the pendulum that's why i went in as much as i safely could that way i can't swing into the back of me also why i'm gonna send it out a good amount put the fifth field plate on top oh yeah that's good all that before hold that look gekko cool now that we worked the ford we got room for the land all and now we can i can get it off the side and we can safely load the container what a job what a great job this has been drops like this that really push you that make you think outside of the box perfect job perfectly executed all right get echo backed up all right echo nice and straight but if you're not straight it's all right we got rotators light duty so i gotta stop him when he gets about six inches from the top right here almost perfect now we use the cables to play with it i like it this side's
