dealing with it so it was an issue to me it's just a part of being mentally strong and being able to pull it off even in tough situations in my practice I trained to run in all conditions because we amazing out here in Kingston I always enjoy it proud is amazing thanks for the welcome guys the weather when you saw that rain did you think it probably caused a problem it's a condition will let you run into race so yeah all right you need to do a Jamaican language class Harry so what was overall experience competing in Kingston it's an awesome feeling you know Jamaican is over for me my coach is Jamaican my cousin's friend is Jamaicans uh Patois so we can consider your yard then yeah man give me some Jamaica now um welcome to Jamaica my day is um I love the atmosphere um what's up fried dumplings porridge so all right all right you want the fried dumping and if you're going to drink your water from us when you're finished at all all day long so I'm just excited to be out here you know competing and the Rainy conditions how did that affect your race oh it was poor you felt like Jesus sent down the rain two minutes before I started warming up but you know my culture always tell me not to focus on the external factors that you can control so I just you know got out and started warming up just like the rest of the badly all right thank you good morning one time zero nine it's okay come on stand back up again I feel like it was enough it's amazing experience you know Jamaican fans they're always enthusiastic and they really enjoy and love the sports so it makes it a lot more fun being able to come out here and compete in front of them um a great atmosphere the weather was pretty decent could have been a little bit better I wish it wasn't raining earlier um but I felt good overall so it was an exciting meeting I'm excited to come back over the next few years but at the time you've been here you must have heard us talking I'm going to talk to you in Jamaica right now and see if they can respond hilarious one I think you said how is the race going or how did it go good translation the race went pretty well um I felt all right I felt all right I know when I look back at the film I know what my coach is going to say in terms of like you know I'm saying um improving but I was able to come out with a win and so we'll take that and take it on back to the lab and keep training and be better next time get to go sub 10 today what was the reason for that oh man just um I guess it just wasn't that one of those days you know you always had those races where you just kind of like fixing little things and cleaning it up um and so I was happy to come out with the win and I think next time I'll be I'll be a lot better all right thank you thank you I appreciate every time if my mother could come to every meat that I attend she will she live in central time she's here and up on the water sure just want to show them nice so definitely my mother is always here you can always contact my mother to show but I think not having her when I was back in high school most of the time to be excelling and doing so well now while my mom is here it's a sacred feeling how many children do you have been an only child for her I know I don't want her to have anymore sometimes I want a sister but I have babies I have needs I have got um child so definitely 29.
